Macy Gray stormed off The Masked Singer yesterday (January 11) after the panel voted her out of the competition.
After reaching the final two, the singer-songwriter, who was dressed as Toad In The Hole, was eventually axed from the ITV1 show resulting in her storming off before her identity was even revealed. You can view the moment below.
The judges Jonathan Ross, Davina McCall, Mo Gilligan and Love Island presenter Maya Jama were left open mouthed by her departure before host Joel Dommett announced that she would return to the stage.
When she was unmasked onstage, Gray did not look impressed and gave one word answers to most of the questions.

Gray previously appeared on the Australian version of The Masked Singer in 2021, where she performed as the character Atlantis.
Two years later, she finished in fourth place as Sea Queen during the American series. Her UK stop-off marked the first time anyone has competed across three different series of The Masked Singer.
The show’s latest series kicked off last Saturday (January 4) with six contestants showcasing their talents. The remaining six took to the stage on the subsequent night’s episode, which saw two celebrities revealed.
Spag Bol was identified as Good Morning Britain‘s Kate Garraway after performing Geri Halliwell‘s ‘Look At Me’. Later, Pegasus was revealed to be Great British Bake Off‘s Prue Leith, who sang ‘Oh, What A Beautiful Mornin” from the musical Oklahoma!
Other characters in this year’s series of The Masked Singer, include Pufferfish, Bear, Wolf and Bush.
