Calvin Harris brought out Kasabian’s Serge Pizzorno for his two huge homecoming shows at Hampden Park. The collaboration, which saw the duo perform their track ‘Release The Pressure’, served as a highlight for the 100,000 fans in attendance across the two-night residency in Glasgow.

The Scottish musician and DJ’s biggest hometown concerts to date took place over the weekend of August 1–2, with the first night broadcast live across the BBC. As well as performing his signature hits like ‘We Found Love’, ‘Bounce’, and ‘Feel So Close’, Harris invited the Kasabian frontman to join him on a secondary stage in the middle of the stadium.

“Hampden Park get your hands in the air, and make some noise,” Pizzorno declared during the performance, while Harris commanded the main stage surrounded by an impressive display of pyrotechnics and lighting. Harris later paid tribute to the frontman on social media, with Pizzorno echoing the sentiment, noting that the DJ had successfully transformed the home of Scottish football into the home of dance music.

In addition to the musical collaboration, Harris surprised fans by launching a limited-edition run of “rave haggis” to mark the milestone event. Created in partnership with Scottish butcher Stahly Quality Foods, the product was marketed as a tribute to Scottish culture and featured artwork inspired by the concert posters.

The weekend also featured a guest appearance from Clementine Douglas, who joined Harris to perform their 2025 BRIT Award-nominated single, ‘Blessings’.

Reflecting on the collaboration earlier this year, Pizzorno told NME that he and Harris had been in each other’s orbit for nearly two decades. After reconnecting, the pair decided to head into the studio, resulting in the high-energy ‘Release The Pressure’. Pizzorno noted that upon hearing the initial demo, Harris messaged him simply: “Banger incoming. Hotel vibes.”
