Rudy Gobert has been the subject of a lot of jokes over the last little while due to his role in the NBA being shut down. Of course, he was the first NBA player to be diagnosed with the Coronavirus and it all started after he was caught on camera, not taking the virus seriously. Ever since his diagnosis, there have been rumors of a fractured Utah Jazz locker room and many fans are upset with Gobert for his recklessness. Needless to say, the last two months have been very difficult for the star.
Recently, Gobert was live streaming video games on Twitch when he started to get agitated by some trolls who told him that he was the reason for the Coronavirus. Eventually, Gobert snapped and clapped back at the kid, saying "go to school pussy."
What makes Gobert's comments face-palm worthy is the fact that you can't go to school right now because you could end up getting the virus. Needless to say, Gobert hasn't exactly learned much from his recent experiences. Although, one could make the argument that there simply wasn't much thought behind his statement.
Moving forward, it doesn't appear as though Gobert will ever be able to live his transgressions down.
BMF Kingpin Big Meech Gets Shut Down
Demetrius “Big Meech” Flenory has been denied an early release from prison due to COVID-19 concerns.
Earlier this week, it was reported that Terry “Southwest T” Flenory, co-founder of Black Mafia Family (BMF), was released from prison early due to COVID-19 concerns. Already, 50 Cent has been helping him fight his battles, calling out a number of rappers who owe him money and giving them a deadline to pay up. It was also reported that Demetrius “Big Meech” Flenory, T’s brother and one of the most notorious drug kingpins, had also requested his early release. Unfortunately, he got some bad news from the judge.
According to The Detroit News, Big Meech has been denied his early release from prison. He is still set to be released in eleven years.
The 51-year-old Detroit native is currently locked up in a federal prison in Oregon, and a judge has ruled his request for compassionate release premature. A separate request was issued to federal officials about Flenory’s health issues and once that is answered, the judge may reconsider.

Flenory says that he should be released because of his age and health problems, which include hypertension and heart trouble. However, prosecutors argue that he should not get the same treatment as his brother.
Big Meech has spent time in solitary confinement and he has illegally owned a cell phone in prison according to court records. Due to his record, prosecutors believe he should remain in prison.
Black Mafia Family was run by Big Meech and Southwest T, who were both sentenced to 30 years in federal prison in 2008.
Michael Jordan Allegedly Used To Take Horace Grant’s Food Away
Michael Jordan was a competitive guy who could be a real pain with his teammates.
Michael Jordan had a reputation for being one of the most competitive basketball players of all time. However, sometimes that competitive spirit manifested itself in some pretty toxic ways. Of course, I am talking about how he used to treat his teammates. Throughout the course of "The Last Dance," Jordan's antics when it comes to practices has been well-documented. He would do absolutely anything to win basketball games and sometimes, that involved motivating his peers in odd ways.
During a recent podcast appearance, former Bulls reporter Sam Smith spoke about Jordan's relationship with Horace Grant, who is one of the secondary figures in the ESPN documentary. As Smith explains, if Grant played a bad game, Jordan wouldn't let him eat and would take his food away from him.
"Players would come to me over the years and said, 'You know what he did? He took Horace's food away on the plane because Horace had a bad game,'" Smith said. "He told the stewardesses, 'Don’t feed him, he doesn’t deserve to eat!'"
Simply put, Jordan was starving his teammates if they played poorly. Clearly, his teammates didn't mind it too much as they helped him win six titles over the course of his storied career.
We can't wait to see what other stories come from this documentary.

Joe Rogan Fans Blast Him Over Lack Of Jeffrey Epstein Questions On This Episode
Joe Rogan hosted Adam Perry Lang on a recent podcast episode, who was once the personal chef to Jeffrey Epstein.
Joe Rogan doesn’t usually hold his tongue. He usually speaks out on his beliefs, and when it comes to Jeffrey Epstein, he’s made his view on the matter abundantly clear by way of a series of memes and hashtags– namely– #JeffreyEpsteinDidntKillHimself. The hashtag has become commonplace across the internet in the wake of his death. If, for some reason you’re not up to speed– Epstein was a financier with connections to many a high and powerful people. He was reported to have supplied said high and powerful people with underage girls, resulting in sex trafficking charges.
He had already served time for soliciting an underage girl back in 2008, and was a registered sex offender when he was arrested last summer. About one month after his arrest, he was found dead in his jail cell in New York. Officials ruled it a suicide, however, Epstein’s brother (among many others) claim it a homicide. Epstein’s brother hired a pathologist who also concluded it was a more likely a homicide than a suicide– especially considering the amount of volatile information that Epstein had in regards to powerful figures, and a series of other missteps including the lack of camera footage.

Now that you’re up to speed– Joe Rogan’s recent guest, Adam Perry Lang, was actually a personal chef to Epstein at one point, as confirmed in unsealed court testimony. You would think then, that Rogan would have asked Lang a question or two about Epstein, but he didn’t touch the topic at all, much to the dismay of his listeners. Rogan’s comment section on YouTube has become filled with criticism about the lack of questioning around Epstein on Perry Lang, as well as his twitter page.
“This guy was Jeffery Epstein private chef and Joe is obsessed with him and there is no mention of Jeffery Epstein in this whole podcast ?,” one commenter on YouTube questioned. Another wrote, “Very dissapointed with Joe. This guy was Epstein’s personal chef and flew in the lolita express. Joe should have asked questions, like if he saw underaged girls there and WITH WHO. Joe not even asking 1 question about Epstein is the worse thing he could have done. Now this guy doesn’t get to either help clear up the story or clear his name and Joe comes off as complicit in a coverup.”
A twitter user responded to Joe, “No mention of his affiliation with Jeffrey Epstein? I refuse to believe Joe does not know of his ties to Epstein.” Many others echoed this similarly.

Instead, the two had a rather long conversation about steak and the restaurant business in the wake of COVID-19.
What do you think? Should Rogan have asked about his relationship with Epstein?
Stay tuned, as today’s guest on Rogan is none other than Elon Musk.
Dwyane Wade Makes Gabrielle Union Watch His Old NBA Games In Quarantine
Gabrielle Union told Jimmy Fallon during a virtual interview that her husband Dwyane Wade makes her watch his old NBA games in quarantine.
It looks like the combination of his recent retirement and quarantine has Dwyane Wade feeling nostalgic. The former NBA player’s wife, Gabrielle Union, recently sat down for a virtual interview with The Tonight Show host, Jimmy Fallon. During their video chat, they each shared what they’ve been up to since going into isolation, and while Jimmy’s been pretty busy with his regular hosting duties, Gabrielle has had a little more free time than usual. She revealed that she’s been recording some workouts for a free fitness app, and that her former pro athlete hubby has been training her from home. Not only that, but he’s also been making her watch his NBA games from back in the good old days.

When Jimmy asks Gabrielle how Dwyane is coping with having no sports to watch on TV, she reveals that he’s been keeping himself entertained by watching Michael Jordan‘s docuseries, The Last Dance, on Netflix, as well as his own games. “Like he doesn’t know how they end?” she jokes. “We watched the ’06 finals, and obviously I’ve seen it over the years, but never with him, you know? Like he’s live tweeting this game, and he’s like, ‘Oh, good move, D-Wade.'”

“But then I started watching it like I didn’t know how it ended,” she confesses. “And he missed these two free-throws at the end of the game and like, I didn’t want to talk to him for the rest of the night.” Watch her full interview with Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show below:
50 Cent Loads Up Another Round For Irv Gotti
50 Cent turns a wholesome day by the pool into a nightmare as he unloads yet another meme on his old pal Irv Gotti.
During his rise to hip-hop stardom, 50 Cent was no stranger to calling out names on wax. Songs like “How To Rob” made him an instant nemesis of damn near every rapper on the scene, drawing animosity from the likes of Ghostface Killah, Raekwon, Big Pun, and Jay-Z. All the while, Fif found himself trading shots with his lifelong nemesis — Ja Rule — on songs like “Life’s On The Life” and the incendiary “Back Down.” It didn’t take long for 50 to become one of hip-hop’s deadliest lyricists, especially in a combat setting.

Alas, those days are long behind him, and the once-mighty wordsmith has since opted for another weapon: the meme. By now, we’re used to seeing Fif unleash crude photoshops and unflattering images upon his foes like a scorned diety out for blood. Especially those indebted to him, inadvertently awakening “Fofty” and forever looking over their shoulder. For Irv Gotti, the man behind Murder Inc and BET’s Tales, such a reality has once again become his fate.
Not long after being threatened by his longtime foe over unpaid debts, Irv has found himself on the receiving end of yet another unflattering attack — it was supposed to be a wholesome day at the pool and nothing more. For 50, even the most innocuous of images can be a weapon. “This goofy ni99a still ain’t check in,” writes Fif, alongside an image of a scantily-clad Irv. “Man where the fuck is the money at, @bmfboss_swt_263 said he want that $1,200 you just got from Trump punk, you ducking ni99a’s.”
By now, you know the drill. Money. Monday. The Fofty way.
Earl Thomas Had Gun Pointed At His Head By Wife Who Caught Him Cheating: Report
Earl Thomas reportedly was involved in a crazy incident involving his wife and his mistress last month.
There was a tense standoff between Earl Thomas and his wife last month after she reportedly caught him cheating on her. According to a report made by TMZ, the Baltimore Ravens player and his wife, Nina Thomas got into an argument on April 13 after they clashed about his drinking. Nina told authorities that Earl’s brother picked him up from their home after the NFL player became upset and wanted to leave. She hadn’t heard from him and didn’t know where he was, so she decided to log into his Snapchat to see what he was up to. What she found was Earl Thomas allegedly at a nearby Austin, Texas Airbnb with a woman.

Nina claims after she came across her husband’s infidelity, she called up two of her friends, grabbed her husband’s 9mm Berreta, and made her way to Earl’s location. There, they found Earl and his brother naked in bed with unidentified women. Nina told police that she only had the gun to scare Earl, but she admitted that upon finding her husband in bed with another woman, she pulled out the gun and aimed it at his head. She said that she didn’t believe she could actually harm her husband because she’d taken out the magazine. What she didn’t know was that there was a bullet in the chamber.
One of the unidentified women recorded the incident with her phone, including Nina holding the gun “from less than a foot away and it can clearly be seen that Nina’s finger was on the trigger and the safety is disengaged.” Earl was able to get the gun away from his wife, but Nina did strike her husband in the face before the altercation was over. She reportedly aimed the gun at the women in the house as well and yelled, “I got something for all you hoes!”
When police arrived, they arrested Nina and her two friends, one of which is said to have brought a knife. Nina was slapped with a charge of ” burglary of a residence with intent to commit aggravated assault with a deadly weapon – family violence.” She posted bail and was released. Earl and his mistress filed for and were granted restraining orders against Nina.
Tyrese Speaks On Black People Not Taking Health Seriously Before COVID-19
Tyrese spoke about Black people putting “a band-aid on something that needs medical attention” prior to the COVID-19 pandemic.
There has been much said in the media about COVID-19 disproportionately affecting the Black community. While statistics are thrown around daily regarding marginalized communities being hit with an increase of cases, celebrities have stepped forward in an effort to use their platforms to encourage people to exercise precautions. Tyrese recently spoke with journalist April Ryan in an Instagram Live interview where he talked about how the Black community has dealt with health issues and mentioned certain noteworthy moments that changed their outlook.

“On that level, we had Magic Johnson, the most infamous and famous legendary iconic basketball player and then we had Eazy-E, and then it all hit home for us that maybe we are all capable of catching HIV-AIDS,” Tyrese said. “This is not a homosexual community problem. This is not a gay problem. HIV-AIDS can be contracted by everybody. And Black people never came to that ‘come to Jesus’ moment until these two Black significant iconic Black men had announced [it].”
Tyrese added that the world witnessed how quickly Eazy-E passed away following him learning of his diagnosis. “With that being said, we are dying by the numbers,” he said. “We wasn’t going to do a regular doctor’s check-up before [coronavirus]. We never had insurance before [coronavirus]. We would go and do any and everything we could to put a band-aid on something that we know needs medical attention.” Watch the clips of Tyrese and April Ryan below and let us know if you agree with him on this.
Keyshia Cole Can’t Get Mary J. Blige To Agree To A Collaboration
Keyshia Cole said she’s tried to get Mary J. Blige on a track, but her efforts over the years have failed.
There have been quite a few hitmakers that Keyshia Cole has collaborated with throughout her career. The Bay Area singer has charted with songs like “Let It Go” with Missy Elliott and Lil Kim, “Last Night” with Diddy, “Trust” with Monica, and “Shoulda Let You Go” with Amina. While there are plenty of other artists that Keyshia Cole would love to work with, the singer spoke openly about her desire to connect in the studio with Mary J. Blige. While chatting with Hollywood Unlocked, Keyshia revealed that she just can’t seem to get a solid answer out of the R&B legend.

Keyshia was on Instagram Live when a fan asked her if there was anyone that she would like to interview on her show. After she named Mary J. Blige, Keyshia delivered a couple of memories of Mary, including her failed attempts at getting the “No More Drama” singer in the booth.
“I ain’t gonna lie. I was so happy Mary even let me open up for her at a show that she had in Miami,” Keyshia Cole said. “I’ve been asking Mary for years and years to do a record because the fans want to hear it and it would have been amazing to do something like that at the height of my career and at the height of her career. That would have been super amazing, I felt like.”
According to Keyshia, it’s been a few years since she spoke with Mary J. and tossed around the idea of collaborating one day. “I asked her this last time and she said, ‘I don’t—I don’t know.’ And I was just like, ’Hm?’” Mary didn’t give Keyshia the green light, but she didn’t necessarily reject her, either. However, there’s been no progress.
“She said, ‘Don’t you prefer me to be honest with you about it?’ I said, ‘That’s true.’ ‘Cause at least she didn’t lead me on and tell me, ‘Probably.’ Even though ‘probably’ is better than no,” she reportedly said with a laugh. Would you want to hear these two on a track together?
Meek Mill & Drake’s "Go Bad" Goes Quintuple Platinum
Meek Mill and Drake’s reconciliatory anthem “Go Bad” continues to act as a sales juggernaut.
When Meek Mill dropped off Championships in November of 2018, one of the immediate standouts was “Go Bad.” For one, the track marked his first collaboration with Drake since a lengthy and admittedly ugly beef, one that many felt did not exactly end in Meek’s favor. Yet by the time the project came around, Meek had once again solidified himself as a man of the people, who had unified behind him following his unjust incarceration. As such, “Go Bad” felt all the more triumphant, a transformative record with a value far beyond the musical.

It didn’t hurt that the track was a banger, with two swagged out verses from Drizzy and Meek, both of whom took to the Wheezy-produced beat on equal footing. Before long, “Go Bad” had become a radio staple, not to mention an instant favorite for those patiently waiting for a reconciliation between the former collaborators. While it might have been easy for the song to crumble under its own weight, “Go Bad” continues to have longevity, its shelf life lasting far beyond our expectations.
Case in point, we’re officially looking at a quintuple-platinum joint — a rare accomplishment, to be sure. The news comes on the same day Meek locked in a few additional plaques to his name, with “24/7” going platinum and “Respect The Game” going gold. If that’s not proof the birthday boy is buzzing like never before, what is? Congratulations to Meek Mill and Drizzy for this one, and go stream “Go Bad” in celebration.
