N.O.R.E. & Lamar Odom Nearly Come To Blows On "Drink Champs"

N.O.R.E. & Lamar Odom have some sort of history that nearly led to the two fighting on set of the "Drink Champs" podcast.

N.O.R.E. released a preview for the upcoming episode of his highly-popularized podcast, Drink Champs, and it appears that the friction between him and his special guest Lamar Odom almost led to the two fighting on set. Since Lamar Odom's departure from the NBA in 2012, the 6'10 forward has struggled immensely with addiction and sobriety for the past several years. Fortunately, in recent memory, the two-time NBA Champion has been focused on returning to the professional hardwood and created a solid foundation with his fiancee, Sabrina Parr. Unfortunately, it looks like Lamar Odom's old demons were reawakened during a recent taping of Drink Champs. N.O.R.E. & Lamar Odom Nearly Come To Blows On "Drink Champs"

Kevork Djansezian/Getty Images

In the thirty-second clip, Noreaga and Lamar Odom can be seen toasting before an intoxicated Odom says, "I feel disrespected," slightly slurring his words. In the next frame, a befuddled N.O.R.E. asks "how" while the former NBA Sixth Man of the Year urged the Lefrak rapper to end the conversation nonverbally. During the exchange, Odom's frustration grows which eventually leads to DJ EFN asking the production team to turn off all of the cameras. In the final frame, all three Drink Champs participants quickly rise to their feet before the clip comes to an end.

While this was most likely just a disagreement between two Queens brethren that needed to be handled off-camera, you can't help but wonder if things got physical between the parties involved. Somehow, with Odom's past struggles with addiction and sobriety, his cooperation on a show involving alcohol doesn't sit well with those who are avid supporters of the famed basketball player.

With Lamar Odom coping with the death of his brother, Kobe Bryant and still attempting to get his professional playing career off the ground, this might not have been the best public relations move for the former Los Angeles Laker.

As of right now, it is unclear whether or not the full episode of Drink Champs featuring Lamar Odom will be released in the near future but, check out the clip of N.O.R.E. and Lamar Odom's brief dispute in the video provided below.

DaBaby Previews New Song: Listen

Preview an upcoming new song from DaBaby.

After lending out several features recently, it looks like DaBaby is readying a new song of his own soon. On Saturday, the Charlotte sensation decided to take to his IG to share a snippet of an upcoming song from the front seat of his car.

There’s little to no information about the record other than its produced by DJ K.I.D., but it definitely sounds fire. With his signature rapid fire flow intact, DaBaby raps about having his way with his bitches.

“Bitch I’m a dog thats how I be talk/ she like the way I be cussing/ Yeah bitch, she like the way I be fucking/ Put her forehead on my forehead go head tell the bitch the pussy mine ain’t no discussion” he raps with his spitfire flow. No word yet when we could expect to hear the final outcome, but we’ll definitely keep you posted. Check it out (below) and let us know how its sounding.

This snippet comes just days after DaBaby found himself in some legal troubles this week after he was seen slapping a woman at his show. That woman is now suing DaBaby for the alleged assault, but that case is just starting out and will probably be settled out of court.

Patrons Bar Crawl For St. Patrick’s Day Despite Coronavirus Advisory

Despite the call for social-distancing due to the coronavirus, citizens are flocking to bars in celebration of St. Patrick's Day.

Citizens in major metropolitan cities across the country are hitting their local pubs in celebration of St. Patrick's Day despite the novel coronavirus being declared a national emergency. With major productions like Coachella, the NBA, and more postponing their seasons and festivities, that isn't stopping the Irish communities around the nation from gathering in tight enclosed spaces to celebrate St. Patty's Day this weekend. One city, in particular, Chicago, known for its Irish population, has seen people come out in droves to commemorate the annual holiday. As reported by the Chicago Sun-Times, the streets are flooded with patrons wearing their green festive gear.

One man told the publication he traveled from Colorado to celebrate St. Patty's Day with his Chicago cronies. Kyle Thomas told the publication:

"I’m not about to put my life on hold because this is going around. I’m being careful, I’ve got my hand sanitizer, and I’m washing my hands. So much has already been canceled and we might be overreacting."

Of course, Thomas' comments were met with some backlash on Twitter. Not necessarily because he could potentially risk getting and spreading COVID-19, but because he is a nurse and could potentially pass the virus to his patients. Some of the Tweets calling out Thomas' recklessness can be seen below:

On Saturday, Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker revealed in a press conference that 18 new confirmed cases were discovered within the state's borders, bringing the total number up to 64. Pritzker stated that he was disturbed by the long lines outside of local bars. According to Block Club Chicago, Pritzker urged citizens to stay home, saying:

"I realize it’s St. Patrick’s Day weekend. But large groups gathering is just not helpful. People, please stay in your neighborhood, stay home if you can."

According to CBS 2 Chicago, law enforcement has the authority to shut down bar crawls with over 1,000 and city officials have urged businesses to limit their capacity to no more than 250 citizens.

Major metropolitan cities including New York, Boston, Philadelphia, Detroit, and Chicago have either postponed or canceled their St. Patrick's Day festivities as a precautionary measure. Unfortunately, that hasn't stopped the masses from flocking to their favorite watering holes. Hopefully, this doesn't directly affect the lives of those who are participating in this year's St. Patty's Day celebrations and they are able to return home to their loved ones in full health.

Adidas UltraBoost Gets Dressed In "Superstar" Vibes: Photos

The Adidas UltraBoost is paying homage to the classic Superstar silhouette.

Adidas has come through with some pretty iconic sneakers over the years and the Superstar is one of them. The leather tennis shoe is perfect for any occasion and can be worn with pretty well anything. If you’re a big fan of the Superstar, there have been plenty of times to cop them as they have become more of a necessity than a limited shoe.

Now, Adidas is looking to pay homage to the Superstar by developing an UltraBoost that looks identical to it. Yes, that’s right, Adidas has developed the UltraBoost “DNA” which has the exact same colorway as the original superstar. Unlike most UltraBoosts, this colorway is covered in white leather while black stripes are placed on the side. From there, the Adidas logo on the tongue is gold. Gold is also found on the “UltraBoost” branding near the heel cup.

According to Sneaker News, this special UltraBoost is set to drop on April 1st for $190 USD so if you’re in the market for a running shoe that also bears a resemblance to a classic silhouette, these are most definitely for you. Let us know what you think in the comments below.

Tom Brady Has Two Requirements For Teams Trying To Sign Him

Tom Brady has just two requirements for teams attempting to sign him.

Tom Brady is entering the final era of his illustrious football career and he has just two requirements for those franchises hoping to land his services. While it is rumored that the 42-year-old quarterback is unlikely to resign another contract with New England Patriots and renegotiations with the franchise have gone sour, Tom Brady is now courting the idea of signing with another NFL team and leading their franchise to a Super Bowl opportunity. But, only on two conditions.

Al Bello/Getty Images

ESPN’s very own Dianna Russini has revealed what Tom Brady’s two requirements for any team attempting to sign him stating on the Get Up this week:

“Some of the things Brady wants: Control over roster [and] he wants to be part of making decisions the play calling.” Russini then went on to add, “I talked to Tampa Bay. They would love to have Tom Brady. They are willing to give Tom Brady the things he needs, he wants.”

While footage of Tom Brady FaceTiming Titans’ head coach, Mike Vrabel, Tennessee’s wet dream of possibly landing the most-winningest quarterback in NFL history could quite possibly be over. While teams like the new-look Las Vegas Raiders and San Francisco 49ers appear to want to go all-in for the six-time NFL Champion.

With the NFL free agency set to begin on March 18, Tom Brady’s list of options could be dramatically shortened with his demands of playing the role of partial general manager and offensive coordinator. However, with his record of reaching the Super Bowl a total of nine times and his career coming to an end, are his demands that far-fetched? According to ESPN, there are eight teams willing to provide Tom Brady with whatever he wants for him to take over at the quarterback position for their franchise.

Check out Dianna Russini’s segment on Tom Brady’s free agency requirements in the video provided below.

Disney+ Releases "Frozen 2" Early Due To Coronavirus

Disney+ has released “Frozen 2” three months earlier than planned to keep kids entertained while schools are closed because of the coronavirus pandemic.

Disney+ has taken one for the team and decided to make Frozen 2 available for your viewing pleasure a whole three months before it was intended to be released on the streaming platform, as a kind gesture to the kids forced to stay home from school while the coronavirus pandemic persists. The rapid spread of coronavirus has been cause for major concern around the world, and has led to the cancellation and/or postponement of tons of big events. Among those are premieres for major studio films like the James Bond flick No Time To Die, one of the countless films that have had their initial release dates pushed back months (or, in some cases, years) due to the ever-present threat of coronavirus.

However, according to Deadline, Disney+ has done the exact opposite, pushing up the release of Frozen 2 into its catalogue three months early since, as a streaming service, it can. In light of the school closures occurring all around the world that are keeping kids at home with little to do, the major streaming platform has recognized how applicable the uplifting film is to the current state of affairs, and decided to put a little light out into a world that really needs it right now.

“The themes of perseverance and the importance of family are messages that are incredibly relevant during this time, and we are pleased to be able to share this heartwarming story early with our Disney+ subscribers to enjoy at home on any device,” said newly-instated Disney CEO, Bob Chapek. Frozen 2 will be available for streaming in the U.S. beginning Sunday, March 15th, and will be released internationally on Tuesday, March 17th in Canada, the Netherlands, Australia and New Zealand.

Instagram Gallery: Lizzo’s Most Boss Ass Pics

Lizzo shows us how to boss up.

Unapologetic and in-your-face about her deserved spot in the industry, Lizzo is more than ready to let her fans and haters alike know that she’s not stepping out of the spotlight anytime soon. Grinding in the industry since 2013, Lizzo is far from an overnight success considering her 2019 smash entrance into the mainstream came by way of her 2017 viral sleeper hit “Truth Hurts.” Despite the overwhelming acclaim for her uplifting lyricism, commitment to body positivity and unique onstage talents (when’s the last time you’ve seen someone bust it down with a flute in hand?) the Detroit-born hitmaker is not immune to barbs from detractors who say she doesn’t deserve the level of success she’s achieved.

Creating a niche for herself as a hybrid pop artist in an industry often dominated by women who are neither her size nor her skin color, Lizzo has risen above the critics who label her as “too large” or “too performative,” by retorting that she is who she is, and she makes music for everybody. Transferring that same creative inclusivity to her refusal to conform to the body standards set by both her label mates and society at large, Lizzo is proud to show off her talents and her body in equal parts.

“Hopefully by existing, there can just be more opportunities for people that look like me that are, you know, beyond what a trend is,” says Lizzo, hoping her message of self-love and body positivity creates a pathway for those who come after her. “And that they’re there on the merit of their talent. They’re there on the merit of their beauty. And they’re there because they’re good enough.”

For further proof that Lizzo is a self-confident HBIC who isn’t afraid of convention, check out her Instagram feed below.

Justin Timberlake Accidentally Broke Into Alcatraz Once

Justin Timberlake revealed that he and his *NSYNC bandmate, Joey Fatone, once broke into Alcatraz while they were shooting a music video back in the day.

Justin Timberlake may have lowkey broke into the Alcatraz prison along with fellow *NSYNC member, Joey Fatone, way back in the early aughts while they were in the middle of shooting the music video for their hit, “This I Promise You,” in San Francisco. JT recently made a stop at The Ellen DeGeneres Show to promote Trolls World Tour, alongside his collaborators on the animated film’s soundtrack, SZA and Anderson .Paak. During their visit, Ellen had them play a game of “Spill The Tea,” where guests have to share a secret with the show’s producers and Ellen has to then try to correctly match the secret to the contestant. The game revealed a lot, like how Anderson has a tattoo on his stomach that says “trust your gut,” but Justin’s story about unintentionally breaking into one of the most historic prisons in the world really takes the cake.

“I accidentally broke into Alcatraz one time,” he begins. “We were shooting a video in the Redwoods outside of San Francisco, and we ended up shooting this one scene on this pier directly across from Alcatraz. At that time, I was watching The Untouchables over and over again, and I was obsessed with the fact that Al Capone was—that they put him in Alcatraz. I said, ‘Who wants to go see Alcatraz with me?’ and Joey [Fatone], who’s usually game for anything, he was like, ‘I’ll go with you.'”

The two of them ended up hitching a boat ride to the island with the fire department in exchange for some photos with the group, but there was a catch: they didn’t have tickets, and they couldn’t buy any at the actual prison. They successfully snuck in by pretending that the people behind them in line had their tickets, and just joined a tour group once they got inside.

“We had just gotten to Al Capone’s cell,” Justin continued, “and we get a tap on the shoulder and they’re like, ‘Come with me,’ and I was like, ‘Joe, we’re gonna go down in history as the dumbest people ever. We got caught breaking into a prison.'” However, things didn’t turn out quite as bad as they could have. “They let us go away with a warning,” he explained, “and obviously, we had to pay for the tickets.” Phew! Check out the music video for “This I Promise You” that led to this spontaneous “crime.”

Coronavirus Causes People To Spend Millions On Bunkers

The coronavirus panic has made people clear out their local markets and purchase doomsday bunkers just in case things get worse.

The coronavirus mania is here, and we’re waist-deep in it. The COVID-19 virus has been officially classified as a pandemic by the World Health Organization, but even before the official title, people were beginning to panic. The shelves of markets are vacant as people have begun hoarding items, especially toilet paper and hand sanitizer.

Travel bans have been issued, contact with other people is being avoided, millions are self-containing themselves to avoid contracting the virus, businesses are sending their employees home, sports leagues have suspended games, schools have halted their class schedules, live shows have been canceled, and apparently, people are spending big bucks on doomsday shelters. TMZ reports that companies who make and create bunkers have told the publication that business has been better than ever in the last month.

Rising S reportedly makes shelters that can cost you anywhere from $50K to one million dollars, and they’ve been inundated with new inquiries and orders. They also “can supply, at an extra cost, non-perishable food and medical supplies. And, for those who plunk down a pretty penny, there are free perks — customers will get a 5-gallon hand sanitizer (made by Rising S), masks, rubber gloves and bleach.”

Two weeks ago, someone in Japan is said to have recently purchased 1,000 air filtration systems from them for $3 million. Another company, Vivos Underground Survival Shelters, told TMZ that their profits have increased mainly from people leasing new bunkers for upwards of six months. When the panic dissipates, it might be difficult to sell off your coronavirus shelter.
