It’s been increasingly difficult to keep up with Youngboy Never Broke Again‘s romantic suitors as there are just too many to keep track of. Perhaps we can now add Tommie Lee, star of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta, to the list.

Youngboy Never Broke Again’s followers received a notification last night that the Baton Rouge rapper was going live and, anticipating some song snippets, people were quick to tune in. After all, YB is one of the most popular artists on the entire planet, dominating YouTube statistics on a weekly basis and being hailed by Birdman as somebody that could potentially end up being one of the all-time greats. Reality star Tommie Lee was among his viewers last night but she decided that she needed to take a break from her not-so-secret fandom, joking that she would get pregnant if she stayed put any longer.

Commenting on the live-stream, Tommie wrote, “Let me log off dis for I get pregnant.” While that’s not effectively how babies are made, Youngboy Never Broke Again seems to have a special power over the ladies. At just twenty-years-old, the rapper already has a handful of baby mothers.

Fans aren’t sure how to react to Tommie Lee’s public admiration of NBA Youngboy, especially considering their age difference and their respective criminal histories. Lee is fifteen years the artist’s senior and both have very controversial backgrounds. Would they be a good match though? For what it’s worth, Lee says that she was hacked but… some people aren’t buying that.

Paul George is easily one of the best players in the NBA when he is at the top of his game. The Los Angeles Clippers have been thriving with him in their lineup and as the playoffs approach, it's clear the team is a contender to win it all. Having said that, players like George are able to get away with a lot. When you're a star, the officials give you the benefit of the doubt, especially if you've been kind to the referees over the years. On Monday night, that's exactly what happened to George as he got away with an absolutely egregious non-call.

In the clip below, George can be seen with a ton of space in front of him. When he gets the ball, he takes an obscene amount of steps before going with a dunk. If you watch closely, it's clear he took way more steps than you're allowed to. Regardless, the referee let it slide and George went on his way. 

It was a celebratory, yet somber day in Los Angeles and throughout the world for those who tuned in to watch Kobe Bryant and his daughter Gianna’s Celebration of Life ceremony. Tens of thousands of people descended onto the Staples Center in Downtown L.A. to attend the memorial service and watched as Kobe’s friends and loved ones shared memories of the fallen basketball star.

Vanessa Bryant delivered a moving eulogy for her husband and daughter. Over the past weeks, she has openly shared her grief over her loss and thankfulness for those offering kind words since Kobe and Gianna’s passing. Following her speech at the Celebration of Life, two of her friends shared the same photo of Vanessa on Instagram with messages of admiration and support for the widow.

“My MVP?❤️ @vanessabryant I tell you everyday you are the strongest woman I know,” Lala wrote. “The strength I watched you show today is unmatched❤️Your words today were so beautiful. The epitome of love and grace. You are an amazing friend, mother, & wife. I got your back today, tomorrow, & forever. LOVE YOU V..❤️ #mambaandmambacitaforever ?”

Over on Ciara‘s page, the pregnant mom expressed her respect for Vanessa, as well. “You are the true definition of a Woman. I admire your strength, grace, and resilience,” Ciara penned. “Truly so proud of you. I know God is proud. Kobe and Gi Gi are smiling down on you. We love you and the girls @VanessaBryant❤️?? Heaven is Rejoicing Today #2 #24.” Check out their posts below.

Artists are excited when industry professionals and label executives express interest in giving them a record deal, but not all that glitters is gold. For decades we’ve listened to stories about artists being taken advantage of, and rapper 600Breezy recently shared some advice to rappers during his interview with DJ Smallz.

600 Breezy said the biggest mistake artists make is “signing to other rappers.” He added, “He gotta do his job, too. Like, he’s still rapping. You gotta sign to somebody that don’t wanna be the person that you are or don’t want to hold you down to not get bigger than them. You sign to another rapper it’s always a hidden agenda there.”

There have been “plenty of times” when label-owning rappers have attempted to ink deals with 600Breezy, but he said he’s had to turn them down. “If it’s like, a rapper that’s not rappin’ no more or don’t really care about it, it’d be cool,” he continued. “But not an active rapper. Everybody seen me with Drake all the time. I wasn’t signed to Drake, bro. ‘Cause at the end of the day, he’s still an artist. If I signed to him, he’s gon’ sign me to a label. I would have other people over and it ain’t gon’ be like I’m dealing with him. He’s still on the road doing shows, making albums. So, if you sign to him and he’s really who you singed to and you gotta do the professional part, too, they ain’t gon’ get nowhere ’cause he gotta focus on himself.”

Another mistake that artists make is “taking bullsh*t deals” like “360s.” Artists who take advances for a number of albums over a certain number of years is also something that he warns against. “That’s where everybody f*ck up at.” Watch 600Breezy talk about Drake and share other thoughts about the industry below.

Michael Jordan fans have a special appreciation for the Air Jordan 6 as it was the first sneaker he won a championship in. The shoe was released all the way back in 1991 and the "Infrared" colorway marked Jordan's ascension as one of the greatest basketball players of all-time. There were various OG colorways of the model, including the "Carmine" which featured a white leather upper with red highlights all the way throughout. This sneaker got its very own retro back in 2014 and sneakerheads have been asking for it to come back, ever since.

According to Soleheatonfeet, you may just get your wish as they are reporting the sneaker is set to return in 2021 as part of the model's 30th birthday. Of course, this report is simply a rumor but it makes sense considering the significance of the anniversary. The Air Jordan 5 is currently celebrating its 30th birthday and there are plenty of colorways planned throughout the year.

Another defendant in Tekashi 6ix9ine‘s federal guns and racketeering case has been sentenced for racketeering and narcotics charges. According to Complex, Aljermiah “Nuke” Mack, one of the twelve defendants in the Tekashi 6ix9ine case, was hit with a 17-year prison sentence after a judge disagreed with the government’s suggestion to punish him with 30 years in jail. 

Nuke was among the only two defendants in the Nine Trey case who went to trial but even as he fought the charges, he was found guilty of robbing co-defendant Roland Martin and selling heroin and fentanyl. The government pushed to put him behind bars for thirty years but the judge made it clear that just because Nuke fought the charges, doesn’t mean that it should be held over his head.

“It begins to look like there’s a trial penalty,” Engelmayer told Assistant US Attorney Michael Longyear. “I’m worried that because Mr. Mack went to trial, the dump truck is being unloaded on him.”

Engelmayer also read letters written in support of Nuke which had little impact on the decision. Though many of them painted Nuke in a positive light, the judge didn’t really budge much, especially since the judge claimed Nuke didn’t accept any responsibility for his actions. The judge said if he had actually accepted responsibility, his 17-year sentence could’ve potentially been reduced further. 

“I see this all the time. The same person can be capable of great goodness and great—I’ll say it—evil,” the judge said. “Remember all the beautiful testimonials your friends and family wrote about you. Aspire to be that guy.”

Kobe Bryant's passing is something that many people have yet to come to terms with. It's hard to put into words just how much he meant to not just the basketball community but the world as a whole. What makes his death more shocking, is that it was alongside his 13-year-old daughter and seven other people. Their lives were lost way too soon and it's hard to fathom how the families are coping right now. Today, a memorial for Kobe and Gianna was held at the Staples Center and it featured some touching tributes.

Near the end of the event, Kobe's former teammate, Shaq, got up on stage to tell some stories about their time playing together. Shaq told a particularly hilarious story in which he had to confront Kobe for not passing. When Shaq said "there is no I in team," Kobe clapped back and said, "I know but there's a 'M-E' in that motha fucka."

Russ recently came through and showed some major love to two of his favorite producers of all time: Canadian producer Boi-1da and the piano slayer himself, Scott Storch. Hip-hop is a musical genre where ranking is no simple habit - it's a way of life. Lists ranging from top-50 to the highly personal and oft-discussed top 10 have become commonplace, with many using a specified window to express their appreciation of a particular rapper's craft. For Russ, who seems to be in the midst of a serious hot streak, it was high time to celebrate a few of hip-hop's unsung heroes.

"Boi1da is in my top 5 producers of all time I got two plaques with him," writes Russ, taking to Twitter to honor his collaborators. "Scott Storch same thing AND is the reason why I started making beats." For the record, Russ is referring to plaques earned for the Boi-1da produced "Best On Earth" and "Civil War," as well as the Scott Storch-laced "The Flute Song" and "Wife You Up." 

While Russ' admiration for his collaborators is no secret, it's still cool to see him showing love to Boi-1da and Storch, two veteran hitmakers with no shortage of classic records in their repertoire. Talented though they may be, it's uncommon to see them placed so highly in a given Top 5 list -- perhaps it's time to start giving the storied beatmakers a more thorough examination.
