“Tiger King” Joe Exotic has got to be screaming and punching the air in his prison cell after it was announced that Carole Baskin, his longtime nemesis, was granted control of his former zoo.
The feud between Joe Exotic and Carole Baskin was chronicled in the ultra-successful docu-series Tiger King, and it appears as though a major new development has been made in their story.
A judge has officially ruled in favor of Baskin’s Big Cat Rescue Corporation in a lawsuit against Greater Wynnewood Development Group, which was formerly owned by Joe Exotic. With the judge’s decision, Baskin now owns the land that Joe Exotic operated his famous zoo on.
The GWDC must vacate the premises within 120 days.

In addition to the 16 acres of land that Carole Baskin now has access to, she has also been granted vehicles, cabins, and more.
Joe Exotic is currently serving a 22-year sentence in prison for threatening to have Carole Baskin killed in a murder-for-hire plot. He allegedly tried to pay a man $3,000 to kill Baskin, also breaking the law when he shot and killed five tigers and lied about selling baby lemurs.
Jeff Lowe, who took control of the zoo following Joe Exotic’s arrest, made a statement his attorney.
“We anticipated Carole Baskin getting the title to the former park that once belonged to Joe Exotic, and we did not challenge her attempts to do so,” said Walter Mosley. “All of Jeff’s focus is on opening the new Tiger King Park in Thackerville, (Oklahoma), which should be opening in the next 120 days.”
