The 2020 awards season will kick off Sunday night with the 77th annual Golden Globe Awards ceremony. It marks an early start to the awards season with the earliest date that the show has ever seen. This time around, Ricky Gervais is returning as host of the show which will honor highlights in both film and television of the past year.

The winners will come from the pool of nominees hand-selected by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association, composed of 90 total journalists across the globe. Top nominees include Netflix’s Marriage Story, which earned six nominations while the streaming platform’s The Irishman logged five nods. Notably, Netflix clocked in 34 nominations across all categories, marking another major milestone for the company and the future of streaming overall.  Keep up with the winners of the night down below.
