At this point, it’s just become a given for Youngboy Never Broke Again to top the charts on YouTube every week. For damn-near two years, he has been the most popular artist on the platform, regularly doubling artists that are of similar stature to him. Some rappers have come close to surpassing him and finally, it looks like we’ve got a new King of YouTube.
Uh oh… the game in trouble. Lil Baby has officially hit a new high-point in terms of his popularity on one important streaming platform, surpassing the almighty Youngboy Never Broke Again in numbers.

Usually, when these charts are released, NBA Youngboy’s name sits comfortably on top of everybody else but this week, he drops down to #2. Last week, the Baton Rouge rapper clocked in 46.7 million views while Lil Baby managed to earn 51.2 million.
The only other person that got relatively close to beating YB was Future, who finished with 3 million fewer views than the 20-year-old.
Considering Lil Baby’s growth to a superstar level this year, he may actually remain on top for a while. Especially since Youngboy Never Broke Again announced his hiatus from music.
Are you surprised by any of the artists on this week’s chart?
