SAINt JHN has been celebrating a legion of new fans after his four-year-old song “Roses” was revived on social media after a remix by an underground Kazakhstan-based producer went viral, helping him get the record to Billboard Hot 100’s Top 10.
For the first time in his career, SAINt JHN has gotten a single in the Top 10 of the chart as a lead artist. The Brooklyn artist has written songs for Rihanna, Usher, Jidenna, Beyoncé, and more but, as a solo artist, he has not seen the same success as the musicians he’s helped out with his pen game. Now, he surprisingly can celebrate a new achievement with a song he had likely never expected to take off like this.

Fresh off the official remix with Future, SAINt JHN is cradling his head in his hands after “Roses” marked #10 on this week’s edition of the Billboard Hot 100.
The track’s popularity has been bolstered through a remix by Imanbek, who released the remix after attempting to reach JHN on Instagram. He did not receive a reply and, shortly after the song’s release, it blew up on Tik Tok.
“Wow,” wrote SAINt JHN on Twitter, reacting to his feat.
This week’s chart also saw DaBaby earn his first-ever #1 record with “ROCKSTAR,” marking Roddy Ricch‘s second time at the top after “The Box’s” early success.
