B. Simone has transformed into somewhat of a controversial person in the past few weeks. Her comments about the protesters caused a storm on Twitter. Last week, she made comments about how she can't date someone with a 9 to 5 job, only CEOs end entrepreneurs. This led to a whole Twitter spat with many clowning B. Simone for working a regular job before publishing her book. This week, it's her book that's at the center of controversy after allegations were made that parts of it were plagiarized.
Meek Mill quickly came to her defense on Twitter earlier today when he slammed the criticism by minimizing her actions. "B Simone canceled because she finessed a book and made her way from the bottom lol," he tweeted. "what major companies y’all cancel for ripping our culture off? finding ways to display hate towards our own when they start doing good is showing amongst us a lot!"
The plagiarism claims stem from claims that she copy and pasted worksheets from Pinterest accounts for Baby Girl Manifest The Life You Want without actually getting the permission to use them. But even as many pointed out the differences between finessing and plagiarizing, Meek attempted to shift the conversation towards rappers lying on their records.
"N***as rap about selling drugs and a life they didn’t live is that not finessing their own tho? A Louie shirt a stack ... a Chanel 5500$ I don’t even think they donate to blacks they number one in our culture ... Im just getting confused what we standing for collectively," he replied. Adding, "give me ya point why a girl from where we come from should be canceled because she finnesed a lil bit.. I really wanna know how people really think?"
Meek's tweetstorm continued but not without the TL reminding him exactly why he started beefing with Drake.
B. Simone Exposed For Plagiarizing Bloggers’ Work In Her Book
B. Simone has been accused of stealing multiple bloggers' work and completely plagiarizing it in her book, "Baby Girl: Manifest the Life You Want."
B. Simone is in hot water after multiple people have come forward and exposed her for stealing different bloggers' work and plagiarizing it in her book. The Internet personality is getting dragged left and right after it was revealed that multiple sections in her self-help book, Baby Girl: Manifest the Life You Want, were copied word-for-word from content creators without any credit or compensation. The self-proclaimed entrepreneur was first called out by Boss Girl Bloggers on Twitter for plagiarizing her own work, and she came through with the receipts.

"Would love for @TheBSimone to STOP taking small content creators’ hardwork and selling it as her own!!!" the blogger wrote, along with side-by-side photos of her own list, titled "50 Questions To Find Your Best Self," and the identical page in B. Simone's book. "Disgusting. This is not entrepreneurship. This is PLAGIARIZING." The same user followed this tweet up with some clearer photos, saying, "My content & her book she’s selling. Word for word. Gross."
Another blogger replied to the tweet with a photo from a different page in B. Simone's book, showing that it had been stolen from the Happiness Planner.
"Wow, just a look through her twitter and she has also plagerized [sic] an identical page from @happinessplannr too..." she wrote. After that, yet another Twitter user dropped some receipts of B. Simone's plagiarism, this time stealing a "Journal Prompts For Self Discovery" list from The Morning Buzz Blog.
"Went on Pinterest and found this exact page..." the user said. B. Simone's manager, Mary Seats AKA Mz. Skittlez, has responded to the controversy, although it's unclear where on Instagram her comment was made. In her response, Mz. Skittlez tried to place the blame on the company that designed the book. "Definitely a mistake you have to imagine she hired a design company," she wrote. "Check your DMs. We are in a lawsuit with the firm.”
B. Simone was already getting lit up last week after she said she could never date a man with a 9-5 job because she needed someone with a similar lifestyle to hers. She later clarified that she does not look down on people who work regular hours, but that she would prefer to date an entrepreneur like herself.
Khia Goes After B. Simone Following Trina Feud
Khia took a break from Trina and shaded B. Simone for her 9-5 comments on Twitter.
Is it safe to call Khia the queen of shade? For the last several months, she has come after Trina, Bobby Lytes, and tons of others in her own unique fashion. Her charisma and nerve tell the entire story as she captivates her audience with unique disses and reads that always seem to end up in the headlines.
As she takes a short break from Trina, Khia found herself dragging Nicki Minaj for her collaboration with Tekashi 6ix9ine before one post caught fans off-guard.

All week long, B. Simone has been taking heat for claiming that she would never date a man who works a 9-5 job. An office job is nothing to be ashamed of. In fact, Tory Lanez reminded her that some people who work regular careers make more money than artists and entertainers. After the fiasco, Khia came for B. Simone and warned her that more was coming.
"Y’all Been Sending This Whoraaaa In To The Docket," wrote the artist on Twitter, posting a picture of B. Simone and referring to the drama on social media. "Yall Know I Have A Few Encouraging Words For Bum Simone. Girullll."
She kept it at that for the night but we wouldn't be surprised to see an entire video series devoted to B. Simone at this point. Khia is beyond petty and she has nothing to lose.
Tory Lanez Explains The Reality Of A 9-5 After B. Simone’s Comments
B. Simone's comments on a 9-5 job have been heavily criticized today.
B. Simone seems to find herself in the middle of controversy every other week. Despite the fact that there's a lot going on in the world, her thoughts on dating someone with a 9 to 5 job has sparked outrage. Many thought she was narcissistic for her comments while others thought it was plain unrealistic. Either way, the criticism poured in for the second time in a matter of weeks.
"He can’t have a 9-5... He can be a hustling entrepreneur," she said. "I think entrepreneurs should date entrepreneurs…you’re not going to understand my lifestyle. You’re not going to understand why I’m up at 3 a.m. He has to be an entrepreneur.”
Though it seemed to be more about the lifestyle rather than the income, it still rubbed many the wrong way with Tory Lanez being the latest to chime in. Hitting Twitter, he essentially said that even some of the rappers that flex hard for the 'Gram aren't making as much money as those with a regular job.
"Lolol i guess no one told my dog B.Simone that the world got ALOT of people who work a 9-5 THAT GET MORE MONEY THAN SOME OF OUR FAVORITE RAPPERS /ENTERTAINERS ?!?!???" He tweeted before extending an invitation to all the ladies working normal hours.
"For me on the other hand ... all y’all ladies with 9-5s hit my line I got time," he added.
B. Simone Snaps Back At Her "Entrepreneur" Comment Haters
B. Simone speaks further on the comments concerning her dating preferences, that went viral earlier.
B. Simone became a hot topic across twitter this morning when comments she made during a recent interview with Nick Cannon went viral. The personality was speaking on her love life, and who she would like to date men-wise with Cannon, when she listed the qualities she’s looking for, which included a man who holds his own as entrepreneur and does not work your average 9-5.
The reactions to these comments proved unfavorable, as many fans questioned how B. Simone could make her dating credentials so lofty, when she herself used to be homeless, and had almost nothing in her bank account. It seems the backlash finally got to B. Simone as she hopped on an IG Live session with LightSkinKeisha to expand on her initial comments and explain her thought process.
“I am the only entrepreneur in my family, you think I’m saying fuck family?” she questions. “It’s deeper than scheduling and flexibility. It’s a mindset.”
Simone continues: “You cannot build generational wealth working for somebody. There is nothing wrong working for somebody, everybody doesn’t want to be an entrepreneur, but i know my goals for myself and my future family, and I can only reach those goals by beingwith and marrying an entrepreneur.”
The two go on to say that there’s a double standard when it comes to men, who are seemingly allowed to state their preferences outright without any risk of criticism.

B. Simone Says She Won’t Date A Man With A 9-5 & Gets Dragged
B. Simone is coming under fire for comments she made during a new interview with Nick Cannon.
While most of us already know that B. Simone's ideal man = DaBaby, Nick Cannon still decided to grill the TV personality on the traits she looks for in a would-be partner during an interview. Her answers have resulted in some strong twitter reactions, making her trend this morning across the platform.
In the interview, which was actually conducted two weeks ago but is receiving renewed life thanks to a clip that The Shade Room shared (below), finds B. Simone talking about her love life and the possibility of going on a blind date (set up by Cannon). When Cannon presses B. Simone about what she wants in her man, Simone states, "He can't have a 9-5," she continues, "he can be a hustling entrepreneur," before confirming with Cannon that she wants someone who is "CEO status."
She continued, "I think entrepreneurs should date entrepreneurs," before claiming that anyone else would not understand her lifestyle. Now that the public has zeroed in on these remarks, they have things to say. Check out some of the reactions across twitter this morning in response to B. Simone's ideal man wishlist.
DaBaby Breaks B. Simone’s Heart With Wild ‘N Out Proposal
DaBaby trolled B. Simone with his proposal on last night’s episode of Wild ‘N Out, breaking her heart in the process.
DaBaby has been toying with B. Simone’s emotions for months. Is he emotionally invested or is he just playing with her feelings? Nobody really knew for sure. B. Simone was DaBaby’s co-star in one of his recent music videos and, in a preview for the new episode of Wild ‘N Out, the two were seen being extra flirtatious.
Nick Cannon ended up leaving the fans with a massive cliffhanger in his final promotion for the episode, posting a video of DaBaby getting down on one knee for a random woman before B. Simone flips out on him, causing him to actually give her the ring. Unfortunately for Simone, things didn’t play out exactly as planned.

After she interrupted the proposal, DaBaby turned around and got down on one knee for B. Simone, seemingly getting ready to pop the question. He held her hand before looking her in the eyes and asking the rapper to tie his shoes for him.
“Alright, anything you want,” she says before Baby completely dubs her.
“Aight, appreciate you,” he adds before walking away to a screaming B. Simone. Sometimes, you don’t get the fairy tale ending that you were hoping for.

DaBaby Proposes To B. Simone On Wild ‘N Out
DaBaby gets down on one knee and proposes to B. Simone on a new episode of Wild ‘N Out.
DaBaby has been courting B. Simone’s advances for months and, finally, he decided that he’s ready to take things to the next level with her.
Recently, the two entertainers were on Wild ‘N Out where they flirted incessantly with each other, as they always do. B. Simone has seemingly been trying to enter a relationship with the Charlotte rapper for the last year so she must be pleased about this new development.
On an upcoming episode of the show, DaBaby actually decided to get down on one knee for his queen, pulling out a ring and popping the question in front of a studio audience.
B. Simone took command of the situation, getting decked out in a wedding dress and getting ready for her new life with DaBaby — or, as she would call him, Jonathan.
Check out the exclusive clip below, courtesy of Bossip, where the brief exchange goes down. Of course, you’ll need to tune in to the full episode once it airs to see the aftermath.

DaBaby & B. Simone Get Very Flirty On Wild ‘N Out
DaBaby and B. Simone couldn’t resist each other on a new video from Wild ‘N Out.
DaBaby was a guest on a recent episode of Wild ‘N Out where he and B. Simone got very flirty in front of the studio audience.
Filmed before the quarantine started, Nick Cannon has just released a new clip from Wild ‘N Out, which is catching everybody’s attention because of the chemistry that DaBaby and B. Simone share. For the last year, Simone has been begging to spend some romantic time with the Charlotte rapper and it looks like he’s finally down for her.
After appearing in one of his music videos together, the two look to be continuing their flirtationship on the new episode of the freestyle rap show. Participating on the “In The Classroom” challenge, Baby and Simone dedicated some of their time to each other.
Keeping the beat going, DaBaby kicked things off by saying he’d like to get a kiss with B. Simone “in the classroom” before things eventually got back to her. She retorts by giving up the freestyle, simply walking over to the rapper and asking for his phone number. He jokes back, pulling out his phone and pretending to add her number to his contacts.
Seriously, these two need to just get together already. They’re basically already a hip-hop power couple. Make it happen.
Tamar Braxton, Christina Milian, Tammy Rivera Glow Up In #DontRushChallenge
Tamar Braxton, Christina Milian, Bia, Porsha Williams, and a few others participated in the social distancing #DontRushChallenge.
The TikTok takeover is real. The social media app has been long hailed as being one for young people to enjoy dance challenges and the like. However, as this quarantine has much of the world on pause, TikTok is finding that many of their users are of a more mature crowd. The #DontRushChallenge has taken off and is a favorite for those that like to show their glow ups. The challenge features the song "Don't Rush" by Young T, Bugsey, and Headie One, and although the track was released last Fall, every video breathes new life into the hit song.
The latest group to take advantage of the #DontRushChallenge are a few recognizable faces. Whether you've seen these ladies on reality television, watched them in films, caught up with them on social media, or listened to their music, they've become fixtures in entertainment. Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams shared the clip to her page and tagged all of the participants including Christina Milian, Tamar Braxton, Tammy Rivera and her daughter Charlie, Kat Tat, Bia, B. Simone, Lightskin Keisha, and more.
Kwaylon Rogers, also known as Blame It On Kway, got the short end of the stick at the conclusion of the clip, but all of the ladies looked great. Check it out below.
