Carmelo Anthony and Dwyane Wade have had their fair share of fun alongside LeBron James although some situations have proven to be a lot direr than others. Recently, Wade and Melo were on Instagram live where they reflected on their favorite Kobe Bryant stories while also giving some insight on other great stories. One of those tales involved the Banana Boat crew and one of their signature vacations.
In the clip below, Anthony recounts the time LeBron had to save his life. Melo describes wanting to go snorkeling and eventually, things went left. Next thing he knew, LeBron was jumping off of the boat and rushing into the water to drag him back with one arm.
"It was my fault though, I was still trying to see the last bit of the barracuda, snorkeling and all that," Anthony said. "I look up, the current is taking me to the middle of the ocean, like opposite from the boat ... It was windy, all type of shit was going on through my head, I'll be honest with you. Then I look up at the boat and I see 'Bron jump off the boat like he is MacGyver. … He jumped off the boat into the water. He was bringing me back with one arm."
Thankfully, LeBron was there to save the day. This will certainly go down as a legendary tale that further adds to LeBron's mystique. Hopefully, we get more such stories throughout the rest of the quarantine period.
LeBron James Saved Carmelo Anthony After He Was Nearly Lost At Sea
LeBron James was praised as a hero after Carmelo Anthony and Dwyane Wade recounted the story of a Bahamas vacation that almost went sour.
Iman Shumpert recently recounted how LeBron James has a “superpower” basketball IQ, and adding to his superhuman abilities is Carmelo Anthony with another story about the Los Angeles Lakers star. Carmelo and Dwyane Wade were on Instagram Live Friday evening (March 27), and during their split-screen conversation, they brought up an incident that occurred while they were on vacation.

“That got me sweatin’ thinking ’bout that,” Carmelo said before asking Dwyane Wade where he was during the frightening moment. Wade set the record straight that he didn’t leave their boat. “Remember we jumped off the boat in the Bahamas. We went—everybody swam to the little grotto underneath,” Carmelo recalled. “We came out. All of y’all went to the boat and I’m… It’s was my fault, though. I’m still trying to see the last little bit of the barracuda snorkeling and all that. It was my fault.”
Then, Carmelo looked around and notices he was alone. “The current is taking me in the middle of the ocean. Like, opposite from the boat,” Melo added. Dwyane chimed in that no one could see him. “It was windy, all type of sh*t was going on through my head. Imma be honest with you. Then I look up at the boat and I see Bron jump off the boat like he is MacGuyver.”
The two friends laughed as Carmelo described his LeBron James rescue. “He was bringing me back with one arm. He swimming with the other arm and he carrying me in one arm… He saved my life.” Dwyane added that he’s told people that he’s watched as LeBron has done amazing things in the paint, but nothing tops seeing him jump in the ocean and swim to save Carmelo Anthony. Meek Mill is living it up right now, and he looks to be doing so down in the Bahamas. The hip-hop superstar has been sharing various clips while vacationing at the tropical paradise this past week, and on Sunday, footage surfaced of Meek and some lady friends hilariously attempting to do the #OutWestChallenge from TikTok.
The dance itself is to Jackboys & Young Thug’s “Out West” record, while you bounce your shoulders back & forth and toss your arms opposite direction, before eventually throwing your hands up and shaking your hips. Its a viral dance craze that has gotten a ton of attention on TikTok & Triller recently, and it was only right Meek try his attempt at it while on vacation.
While he may not have the rhythm and timing down, Meek was all smiles and having a ton of fun while dancing to “Out West.” Check out the hilarious attempt (below) and sound off in the comments.

Kendall Jenner Is Living In This Bikini While On Vacation
Kendall Jenner had her famous followers reeling after posting a series of bikini shots, portraying the “love story” between herself and her favourite suit.
Kendall Jenner definitely picks favourites, and these shots of her rocking her most beloved bikini had Instagram going crazy. The model has been pretty lowkey about her trip to the Bahamas alongside sister, Kylie Jenner, but Kendall decided to bless everyone’s timeline with a series of racy photos, showing off not only her runway-ready figure but her most treasured swimsuit. She captioned the post, which features four shots of her posing in the tiny, multi-coloured bikini, “me and this bikini: a love story.”
It’s no surprise the post got a ton of love from some of Kendall’s most famous friends. As her travel companion, Kylie had to gas Kendall up, commenting a simple heart-eye emoji to show her sister’s post some love. Another sister of Kendall’s, Khloe Kardashian, as well as her fellow model friend, Gigi Hadid, followed in Kylie’s footsteps by commenting a number of heart-eye emojis themselves. Paris Hilton followed suit, adding some fire emojis to her comment, but the most notable compliment came from Kendall’s good friend, Tyler, The Creator. “This lowkey hot bro,” he wrote on the post, saying what everyone was probably thinking.

While staying at what was reportedly a $10k/night villa, Kylie took a bunch of high-quality swimsuit shots that have been popping up on our feeds for the past few days.
Aside from those of her and daughter Stormi in matching Dior outfits, Kylie’s posts were largely dedicated to displaying her curves in fancy swimwear. One picture of her and sister Kendall, both bikini-clad in the sand, was humorously titled “rise and fucking shine” – a nod to her viral catchphrase from last year.
After giving a shoutout to Dior in the Stormi post and one to Chanel with her dress in another, Kylie showed some love to another luxury brand: Gucci. Today, she wowed us with some close-up solo shots. Her bikini appears to be rather simple in comparison to her previous pieces, but then she zooms in to give a peak of its gold Gucci logo chains. “TALK TO ME NICE,” she implores in the caption. Kylie Jenner, her daughter Stormi, and a few of the cosmetic mogul’s friends are enjoying the sun and sand in the Caribbean.
In luxury that she can certainly afford, Kylie Jenner is balling out of control in the Bahamas. The young billionaire cosmetics mogul is on an island vacation that many people can only enjoy in their wildest dreams. The 22-year-old is currently in the Caribbean with her daughter Stormi, Anastasia Karanikolaou, Amber Asaly, and a few of her other friends as they toast to the finer things in life.
According to TMZ, the crew is staying at Villa Rosalita on Harbour Island. The beaches reportedly have pink sand and the seclusion makes for a worry-free time in the sun—and the property’s specs aren’t half bad, either. “The brand new, 6-bedroom estate comes fully staffed and it’s decked out with a swimming pool, massive verandas offering stunning views of the Caribbean Sea and a lush tropical garden surrounding the property for total privacy,” TMZ reports.
Over in the main house, guests can expect to climb the twin staircases that reportedly lead up to “second-story veranda, which includes a cozy lounge and elegant open-air dining table.” The guesthouses are just as divine as they feature private entrances and terraces as not to disturb neighbors on the property—or to just sneak around without being seen. Machine Gun Kelly Swims With Pigs While Vacationing In The Bahamas
MGK embraced his inner Ace Ventura while visiting the famous swimming pig beach known as Meeks Patch Island in the Bahamas.
Swimming with pigs on a beautiful Bahamas beach sounds pretty ideal right about now, which is why we can’t hate in the least bit on rapper Machine Gun Kelly who happened to be doing just that while soaking up some sun at Meeks Patch Island recently.
Joined by the real-life Ace Ventura himself Brother Nature (seen above), MGK took some time away from giving his fans sex toys on Valentine’s Day in order to enjoy clear waters for a bit while swimming with little piglets. Meeks Patch is famous for the wild pigs that inhabit the area, which you can also feed and pet. Kelly was also joined by his drummer R00K in addition to fitness model Sommer Ray, and it also appears that reality star Draya Michele was down there as well based off the last photo in his IG post and her own recent pic on the ‘Gram that she used to promote Fashion Nova digs. All we can is that it must be really nice to be amongst such good company — we’re referring to the pigs, by the way!
