Our thoughts and prayers go out to Sebastian Telfair and his family right now as it has been reported that both his mother and brother have died as a result of COVID-19 complications.
The New York-based hooper has had to say goodbye to two of his loved ones after they lost their battles with the coronavirus. Erica Telfair, the star's mother, died on Monday morning (April 27) after contracting the virus. Her official cause of death has not been determined. She was 64.
Sebastian Telfair's older brother, Dan Turner also passed away from COVID-19 complications several weeks ago.
Sebastian and his younger brother Ethan Telfair have confirmed the news on social media.
"Miss my big brother already," wrote the former NBA star on Instagram about his brother several weeks ago. "Let me see them x-rays, I ain't no expert, we just hurt," he wrote following his mother's death, quoting Kanye West lyrics.
It was revealed this week that over one million people in the United States have contracted the deadly coronavirus, placing the country far ahead of any other nation as far as confirmed cases go. A second wave is expected to hit soon, but non-essential businesses are still set to re-open soon.
Rest in peace to Erica Telfair and Dan Turner.
Lori Harvey Provides Insight On Her Quarantine Activities
Lori Harvey has been spending quarantine with her family and it’s making for some cute festivities.
Due to the Coronavirus, everyone is stuck at home where they are in the midst of self-isolation. The proper terminology for this phenomenon is called “social distancing.” Essentially, we are making sure we come into contact with as few people as possible in order to not spread the disease. Even if younger people will most likely survive the virus, we could pass it on to someone more vulnerable which could lead to some serious problems. Even celebrities are taking part in this quarantine and many of them are giving fans insight into what their routine looks like.
When she isn’t in quarantine with Future, Lori Harvey is spending time at her brother’s house with her nephews. In the video below, Harvey displays some of the games she and her brother play with the kids and it looks like a pretty fun time. As you can see, they’ve pretty well turned the kitchen table into a slip and slide.
In the coming days, weeks, and even months, it will be interesting to see how celebrities cope with the quarantine boredom. These games are fun for now but they could get old quickly. With this in mind, we’re curious to see what people come up with next.
What are you doing during quarantine? Let us know in the comments, below.
