Cindy Parker may have dropped her paternity suit against Future, but the rapper’s legal woes with his other alleged baby mama, Eliza Reign, rages on. Future faced two lawsuits from Cindy and Eliza who both claim that the rapper is the father of their young children. Recently, it was announced that Cindy has decided to drop her lawsuit, however, the reason why was never shared with the public.

Eliza and Future have been engaged in a legal drama that has spilled over into social media. The model hasn’t been shy about sharing her alleged struggles with getting Future to take a paternity test. Reports have stated the Future penned in legal documents that he believes Eliza got pregnant on purpose and is now using her child as a way to make money—an accusation she vehemently denies.

Bossip reports that Eliza also has made a formal request for child support, and the number is jarring. The outlet states that Eliza has requested $53K from the rapper per month to help pay for the expenses of her daughter, Reign. Although she is the caregiver for Reign, she’s also suing Future for custody. The rapper is also battling it out with Eliza over the need for him to turn over his financial documents. He reportedly fears that is he submits them, his records will be leaked to the public, so he’s hoping a court will only force him to turn over a select few.

Future has been wrapped up in baby mama drama for years but, in the last twelve months, two additional women have come forward to claim he had fathered their children. Eliza Reign and Cindy Parker have been in and out of court as they attempt to prove that the world-famous rapper is the father of their toddlers. Reign seems to have more of a case built but Cindy Parker’s hope has been slowly dying down. According to several sources, the Texas-based woman has now officially dropped her paternity suit against Future.

On Friday (March 13), Cindy Parker reportedly decided not to go forward with her lawsuit against Future. Court documents report that a non-suit was filed, which essentially means that Parker wants the case dropped completely. Her reason why is currently unclear.

Cindy Parker has been after child support for her son Legend for the last year, and her decision to no longer go through with the paternity suit means that she and Future possibly settled outside of court. In a DNA test filed as part of the case, Parker revealed that Legend is 99% likely to be half-siblings with another one of the rapper’s alleged baby mama’s kids.

One of Future’s alleged baby mothers shared some snaps of a Valentine’s Day photo shoot with his alleged child, amidst her ongoing court battle with the rapper.  Cindy Parker has been adamant that Future is the father of her infant son, Legend, since he was born last year. She sued Future for paternity, child support and custody a few months ago, and according to reports last month, she was officially given the go ahead to serve him with a paternity lawsuit.

Cindy shared some shots of herself and little Legend dressed in pink and red tones for the special holiday. On the first post, which she shared a day before Valentine’s Day, she wrote, “you’ll outgrow my lap but never my heart.” On the real day, Cindy shared another photo of the mommy-son duo with the caption, “You never know true love until you have a child..Happy Valentine’s Day.” The last post features a solo shot of Legend, in which Cindy reveals, “fun fact: when legend smiles he wrinkles his nose, like mami.”

Legend’s alleged daddy celebrated his Valentine’s Day with his current lady. Future surprised his girlfriend, Lori Harvey, with a massive, rose-filled display of affection, the latest of his grand romantic gestures to show Lori just how head over heels he is for her.

Although Future has been proclaiming that “Life Is Good”, paternity lawsuits continue to drag him into drama. Eliza Seraphin and Cindy Parker have both been going after the rapper for months for allegedly being the father of their children and refusing to assume any ownership of them. Future refrains from publicly commenting on this whole mess, but updates on the legal battle frequently leak.

Last we heard, Future responded to Seraphin’s request for him to take a paternity test with a request for her to undergo a psychological evaluation. He is convinced that she suffers from mental health issues, which he believes to be evidenced by her erratic behaviour on social media. Seraphin has repeatedly come after Future on Instagram and he argues that she might be doing this all for clout.  

There is a chance that Future will cite Seraphin’s latest IG post as proof that she’s trying to put on a performance for her followers. Seraphin and Parker arranged for their young sons to have a virtual playdate on FaceTime. She captioned the screenshots of the babies meeting one another: “Almost every day I pray that these two grow together and never let anything or anyone come in between them ❤️ #BFFs” 

This isn’t the first sign of Seraphin and Parker being in cahoots.  

Here we go again. For years, Future’s baby mama drama has found its way into gossip headlines with media mavens including Wendy Williams completely tearing apart the rapper for having children by a handful of different women. At this point, Future is confirmed to have fathered six children but two new women have come forward in the last few months to claim him as their baby daddy. Both Eliza Seraphin and Cindy Parker have cases open to determine the paternity of their kids but Big Fewtch has been ducking them. It looks like Parker will finally get the answers she deserves though because, in a new exclusive report by Bossip, it is being said that she reigned victorious over him and can officially serve him with the appropriate paperwork.

Cindy Parker has been fighting for months to get Future to agree to take a paternity test for her son Legend. A judge has reportedly allowed Parker to move forward in serving Future with a paternity lawsuit his Texas-based lawyer. Once the paperwork gets through to him, he will need to respond in three weeks or a default judgment may be handed down.

Until recently, Future‘s baby mama drama could be boiled down to cases of he said/she said, or more fittingly, she said/he refrained from commenting on the matter. There are two women, Cindy Parker and Eliza Seraphin, who have been going after him for months, trying to prove that he is the father of their young children and secure child support from him. The Atlanta rapper has been masterfully evading these accusations, so Parker and Seraphin have formed a coalition to pin him down. 

Given the circumstances, taking Future to court would be the most promising course of action. Last month, his two accusers revealed on Instagram that DNA tests showed there to be a 99.9% chance that their children are biological siblings. According to The Blast, Parker submitted these DNA results to the court and a Texas judge has set a hearing for January 17. 

Parker has repeatedly attempted to serve Future with legal documents, but has come out unsuccessful. She also claimed that Future tried to bury the situation by offering her hush money, but turned it down in hopes that a court will order Future to pay child support and accept partial custody. If the judge determines that Parker has convincing arguments that Future could be the father of her child, Future may be forced to settle this matter in court once and for all.

While Parker pursues legal channels to resolve the issue, Seraphin has been taking to social media. Future reportedly requested a gag order against Seraphin right before Christmas, but no update has been provided on whether it was approved.
