B.o.B received a ton of press when he suggested that the Earth was flat several years ago. Despite decades of science proving otherwise, the rapper is convinced that the world is not actually round, attempting to prove that theory in 2015. The topic remains at large as conspiracy theorists worldwide argue why things are not as we believe. The Atlanta rapper brought the theory back to life on a recent episode of his podcast, titled The BoBCast, where he discussed what initially led him to make the claims, defending himself anew.
"I come across a fucking flat Earth video called Nasa's Hidden Secrets. So I clicked on the video, it's a video of Eric Dubay doing an interview and I was listening to it, like man, let me turn this shit off. I was finna turn this shit off I swear and then I was like, hold on let me see what he is talking about. And so I started listening to the video and I was like, Oh my god, let me do some research," said Bobby Ray on his podcast, speaking about why he even went down that rabbit hole.
His post about the curvature of the Earth came in early 2016 when he posted a photo of two cities that are several miles apart, asking where the curve is in the land.

Cardi B Strikes Back: "I Said What I Said"
Following a lowkey callout from Idris Elba, Cardi B takes to IG to defend her position on mixed messages in the coronavirus era.
It all started when Cardi B offered up a heated take on the coronavirus pandemic, theorizing that celebrities have been muddying the waters vis-a-vis proper testing protocol. Especially those who got tested despite feeling relatively healthy, only to discover they've been carriers on the low. After spitballing that some stars might even be paid to make coronavirus announcements, Idris Elba sounded off in defiant retaliation. Despite neglecting to name names, it was clear who his ire was directed to.
Today, Cardi took to IG to offer a rebuttal. "Sometimes I get on my Live and I be talking my crazy shit entertaining my fans, and people take what I say and run with it," she declares, before clarifying her position. Essentially, she feels as if the public are receiving mixed messages from President Trump and the celebrities who have tested positive for COVID-19, which thus creates further confusion about the proper course of action. "If a celebrity is saying 'I don't have no symptoms I'm feeling good, healthy, but I went and got tested and I'm positive for the coronavirus. That causes confusion!"

"People be like, 'I don't know, I don't have no symptoms but I went out this and that day, shit I might have it,'" she continues. "I'm scared because I'm around my kid, I'm around my grandparent. What do I do?" She explains that people who work regular jobs, the middle class, and the poor are simply not getting treated like the ones up here, celebrities. "They're not getting their coronavirus results the next day, that's one."
She then pivots to some of the inherent flaws within the testing symptom, explaining that not everyone has the luxury of self-quarantining in complete isolation -- especially if they test positive. "A lot of people live in small-ass apartments with multiple people," she continues, detailing how easy it would spread to spouses and children in certain scenarios. "On top of that, a lot of celebrities have the luxury to pay thirty-four thousand dollars or whatever the fuck it cost to get tested and treated. A lot of these people don't have that money! Some people don't even have enough money to fucking afford health care!"
"I feel like all this shit, for coronavirus treatments and testing, all that shit, the government should take that and charge that shit to the game," she concludes. "This could have been prevented months ago when they found out the shit it was doing in China. They shouldn't be charging Medicaid, health insurance, none of that shit. This is ya'll fault it got in the muthafucking country." Ever defiant, Cardi sums up her breakdown with a succinct yet evocative caption: I said what I said.
View this post on InstagramKeri Hilson Joins The Coronavirus/5G Conspiracy Theory Train
Keri Hilson is a 5G truther.
Naturally, the new coronavirus pandemic has not been without its fair share of conspiracy theories as the Internet stockpiles on explanations for the sudden impact of the COVID-29 disease and its spread.
One particular theory stems from the idea that the coronavirus pandemic is actually a cover-up for the negative symptoms of the newly-minted 5G wireless networks, and it's a notion that Keri Hilson can get behind. Sunday, the singer-songwriter took to social media to underscore her beliefs with a few screenshots in tow to highlight her claims.
"People have been trying to warn us about 5G for YEARS," she penned on Twitter. "Petitions, organizations, studies...what we’re going thru is the affects [sic] of radiation. 5G launched in CHINA. Nov 1, 2019. People dropped dead. See attached & go to my IG stories for more. TURN OFF 5G by disabling LTE!!!"
Naturally, Twitter had a field day with this particular stance from a public figure with a large majority raising a collective eyebrow to the idea. Hilson certainly isn't the first, and more than likely will not be the last to stand by some interesting ideas as this pandemic continues to play out.
Dr. Umar Johnson Under Fire For Outrageous Kobe Bryant Death Conspiracy Theory
Not the time.
Dr. Umar Johnson is a Doctor of Clinical Psychology and Certified School Psychologist who is best known for spouting outrageous conspiracy theories. In one of his more well-known theories, he proposed that Meek Mill was released from prison in order for Bill Cosby to be convicted. His latest proposition, though, is rubbing people the wrong way, as it deals with the very recent death of Kobe Bryant. On Instagram live, Dr. Johnson explained that he believes that the helicopter crash that killed Kobe did not occur due to fog but rather was the intentional result of a dispute between Kobe and a pharmaceutical company over his signature nickname.
"They did not crash because of the fog—that was an expert pilot. Kobe was sabotaged, he explains in a video taken of the live. "Not to mention, Kobe Bryant was engaged in a legal battle with a big pharmaceutical company over the use of the name, 'Black Mamba.'" After repeating himself many times for dramatic effect, he emphasizes his point that the helicopter was crashed on purpose due to this conflict. "You understand me? Radar can see through the fog, thank you system (?). Radar can see through the fog. They didn't crash because of no damn fog and it wasn't no wind. The propeller was sabotaged."
Dr. Johnson also adds that the unnamed pharmaceutical company is "very powerful." According to Bossip, though, this company in question is not some kind of billion-dollar corporation, but actually is just a gas station brand of pills. While the theory seems pretty outlandish anyway, the fact that such a small company would go so far as to eliminate Kobe from the equation by having him killed is next level absurd. Twitter seems to agree, as the man is getting dragged by many users for his insensitivity and disrespect toward Kobe's tragic passing.
"Surviving Jeffrey Epstein" Gets Green Lit By Lifetime
Another Epstein-related series is on the way.
Following the success of Surviving R. Kelly, Lifetime has ordered a four-hour documentary series titled Surviving Jeffrey Epstein.

According to Variety, the network made the announcement during the Television Critics Association winter press tour on Saturday.
Anne Sundberg and Ricki Stern will direct. The two have previously collaborated on 2010’s Joan Rivers: A Piece of Work, 2007’s The Devil Came on Horseback and more. The series will be released through Emmy-winner Robert Friedman’s Bungalow Media + Entertainment. Shura Davidson and Gena McCarthy will executive produce. Christopher Mason, contributor for The New York Times and New York Magazine, is also attached.
In July 2019, Epstein was arrested on federal charges for sex trafficking minors. For Epstein’s numerous connections to higher-ups in Washington D.C., including the Clintons, the case gained widespread media attention.
Epstein died of an apparent suicide in his prison cell; however, his death has been the subject of popular conspiracy theories including murder.
Adam McKay is also working on a separate Epstein-related limited series for HBO. That series will be based on Miami Herald investigative reporter Julie K. Brown’s book. All criminal charges were dropped on August 29, 2019, as his death eliminates the possibility he faces punishment.
Surviving Jeffrey Epstein is expected to air this summer.
Kodak Black Thinks He’s Dying Due To "Cruel & Unethical" Treatment In Prison
“They are strategically killing me slowly in here.”
If you’re a fan of Kodak Black, this is going to be very difficult to read. Upon first glance, supporters of the Florida rapper were excited to see him update his social media today but, diving deeper, his captions left us all scared for his safety and well-being while in prison. Kodak Black, real name Bill K. Kapri, will be spending the next few years behind bars but he’s unimpressed with the way he has been treated, issuing a public statement about how disgusting and inhumane things have been.
“Lieutenant F. Arroyo has been very vindictive towards me and I have a strong feeling it has something to do with me being set up, laced, bruised and brutally beaten two weeks before my court date,” wrote the superstar recording artist to start off his message. He continued by detailing a “conspiracy” against him before going into detail, causing us to worry about the star.
Alberto E. Rodriguez/Getty Images“One morning, she pulled me out my cell to tell me she is going to ‘Take my pretty little girlfriend off my visitation list’. For no other reason but to add insult to my distress. Not being able to see my significant other while locked away in this hell hole,” wrote Kodak before things got even worse. “Also, I was denied visit with my mother on December 23, two days before Christmas. Not only does my incoming mail take an average of a month To get to me but they are messing with my outgoing mail as well. My family hasn’t received none of my letters for the holidays. Which is borderline cruel and unethical, but as if all this is not enough, on December 31 New Year’s Eve to be exact, I was handed an empty tray for breakfast. I brought it to their attention, but nothing was done for me. Since the camera shows them entering a tray through my flap, but meanwhile there is nothing in my tray when i opened it.”
That wasn’t all Kodak had to say. He legitimately believes that he’s going to die in prison, comparing his situation to another inmate who was refused medical treatment for a serious condition, like himself. “They are strategically killing me slowly in here. I have been humiliated over and over again,” he wrote.
Read his full message in the posts below and pray for Kodak Black.
