Dallas Cowboys fans have been stressed out of their minds these past couple of weeks due to the looming free agency cycle. It's well-known at this point that the Cowboys had two massive free agents to sign. The first was quarterback Dak Prescott and the second was wide receiver Amari Cooper. Yesterday, it was announced that Prescott would be hit with the franchise tag. This led to some hysteria on social media as Cowboys fans scrambled to figure out what's going on.
Luckily, they got a tiny bit of levity last night as it was revealed that Cooper would be staying with the Cowboys. The wide receiver got himself a massive contract worth $100 million over five years. If that wasn't enough, it just so happens that $60 million of that is guaranteed. Clearly, the Cowboys wanted to make sure their offensive weapon was secured.
ESPN's Adam Schefter reported that Washington Redskins were looking to swoop in an steal Cooper but the wide receiver had a preference for Dallas. Not to mention, it's hard to turn down $100 million regardless of what city you are playing for. Now, the Cowboys can shift their attention to Prescott who will be much harder to sign.

Vikings Trade Stefon Diggs And One Fanbase Is Extremely Excited
Stefon Diggs has been jonesing for a trade out Minnesota for a while now.
Stefon Diggs is easily one of the more elite receivers in the entire NFL although at times, he has been visibly upset with the Minnesota Vikings. During a slump last season, Diggs seemingly took some shots at his own quarterback and alluded to the fact that he wanted to be traded. Even last month, Diggs continued to perpetuate these rumors which left Vikings fans in the dark over what would happen next.
Last night, we got our answer as Diggs was traded to the Buffalo Bills in exchange for a haul of draft picks. The Bills have a solid defense but have been looking to give quarterback Josh Allen some weapons. Diggs certainly fits the bill when it comes to elite offensive talent and the Bills will be much-improved when the season starts back up again.
As you can imagine, Bills Fans were ecstatic about the news and immediately took to social media where they voiced their pleasure. While Allen isn't exactly and elite quarterback, having Diggs to help him out will certainly make him better.

Stephen A. Smith Laces Into Cowboys Over Dak Prescott Negotiations
Stephen A. Smith will take any opportunity to give the Dallas Cowboys some grief over their decisions.
Yesterday was a big day for the Dallas Cowboys. Earlier in the day, they announced that Dak Prescott would be hit with the franchise tag which is something both sides were trying to avoid. From there, Amari Cooper was signed to a five-year, $100 million deal. While Cooper's signing was a big deal, it's clear that Cowboys fans are much more concerned about what will happen with their star quarterback.
Stephen A. Smith has always been one to rip on the Dallas Cowboys and this morning, that's exactly what he did. Smith even took shots at his fellow ESPN co-worker, Dan Orlovsky. In Smith's eyes, the Cowboys should never have franchised Prescott because it now it makes it seem as though they don't have any confidence in him. Smith also made sure to note that he doesn't think Prescott is worth $40 million per year although the market certainly swings in his favor.
For now, it remains to be seen what the Cowboys will do with Prescott. If the relationship is frayed, there is potential for a sign and trade scenario. While this remains unlikely, some Cowboys fans are fearing the worst. No matter what, you can believe Smith is going to have something negative to say about all of it, once the deal has come to terms.

Brady's announcement came in two parts, one directed at his Patriots teammates, coaches, executives and staff, and another for all of Pats Nation who have supported him over his illustrious tenure in New England.
On a post captioned "FOREVER A PATRIOT," Brady writes: "Although my football journey will take place elsewhere, I appreciate everything that we have achieved and am grateful for our incredible TEAM accomplishments. I have been privileged to have had the opportunity to know each and everyone of you, and to have the memories we've created together.
During his time with the Patriots, the 43-year old QB went to nine Super Bowls, winning six and earning MVP honors in four. He led New England to 17 AFC East title, was a 14-time Pro Bowler and three-time league MVP.

Stefon Diggs Ignites Trade Rumors With Cryptic Tweet
Stefon Diggs and the Minnesota Vikings have had a rocky relationship over the years.
Stefon Diggs continues to be one of the most elite receivers in the entire NFL and his services have helped turn the Minnesota Vikings into a formidable offensive team. Last season, Diggs seemingly had some problems with his quarterback, Kirk Cousins. Earlier today, Cousins was signed to an extension and in the aftermath of the news, Diggs took to Twitter where he alluded to the fact that he might be traded, very soon.
"It’s time for a new beginning," Diggs wrote on Twitter. To be fair, this is an incredibly cryptic tweet so there is no telling what he meant by it. Perhaps he is talking about his personal life. In fact, he could even be talking about the Coronavirus and how we need to take better measures to stop it. Realistically, however, it seems like this has a lot to do with the NFL free agency period that's going down this week.
If Diggs were to be dealt, he wouldn't be the only high-profile wide receiver to receive the trade treatment. Today, we reported that DeAndre Hopkins was moved from the Houston Texans to the Arizona Cardinals in a move that makes no sense for the Texans. Regardless, a big trade wouldn't be unprecedented in 2020.

Antonio Brown was doing some reminiscing about his time spent with Drake.
Antonio Brown has been all over the news over the last year thanks to his various antics off the field. As of right now, Brown doesn’t have an NFL home although he has been working out every single day to make sure he can get back into the league at some point. Brown continues to be one of the most outspoken personalities and his Instagram account is always a place to be entertained. At times, Brown gets into his reminiscing bag and on Sunday, that’s exactly what he did.
This time, Brown decided to give a nice, warm shoutout to none other than Drake. The Canadian artist had Brown in his “God’s Plan” video just a couple of years ago. In that video, Brown and Drake helped a few women go on a shopping spree at Saks Fifth.
“1.1 Billion Views Godsplan video grateful @champagnepapi for allowing me the opportunity to make a cameo; most importantly was an honor giving back seeing the ladies be so happy,” Brown wrote.
The “God’s Plan” video continues to be iconic and Brown’s cameo certainly helped make it shine just a little bit more. Once things cool down for Brown, perhaps Drake will let him appear in yet another video.
Tom Brady Free Agency: New Team Becomes Betting Favorite
Tom Brady has some big decisions to make in the coming days.
Tom Brady is one of the biggest names in sports history thanks to his extensive list of accomplishments. At the top of that list is six Super Bowl titles over the last 20 years. For the first time in his career, Brady is a free agent and will have a massive decision to make. Over the past few weeks, rumors have run rampant and fans are starting to get antsy in regards to his decision. Numerous teams have been theorized although over the course of the last couple of days, Brady's free agency bids have turned upside down.
The San Francisco 49ers, Las Vegas Raiders, and Tennessee Titans will all be sticking with their current quarterbacks which doesn't leave many options open for Brady. According to Odds Shark, the new betting favorites are the Tampa Bay Buccaneers who are letting Jameis Winston walk to free agency. The New England Patriots are in a close second.
It remains to be seen how this will all play out but there is no denying it will be an entertaining spectacle for everyone involved. Be sure to keep it locked to HNHH in the following days as we will bring you all of the latest NFL free agency news.
Teddy Bridgewater In Talks To Replace Bears’ Mitch Trubisky
Fans in Chicago have been getting increasingly impatient with Mitch Trubisky.
NFL free agency is finally here which means he we have a whole slew of news to report. Some of the biggest stories will involve quarterbacks and as it turns out, the Chicago Bears could be big players which is something many fans probably weren't expecting. Of course, the last two seasons have seen Mitch Trubisky as their starting quarterback, to varying degrees of success. Fans have become impatient with the young QB and are hoping for better. As it turns out, help may actually be on the way, sooner rather than later.
According to Pro Football Talk, the Bears are trying to get a deal done with Teddy Bridgewater, formerly of the Minnesota Vikings and New Orleans Saints. Bridgewater played great in replacement of Drew Brees and many feel like he should be a starter. This deal would theoretically turn Bridgewater into QB1 in Chicago.
Based on the reactions from Bears fans in the comments of the post above, it appears as though they are quite happy about this decision. While Bridgewater isn't elite by any stretch, he is certainly an improvement upon the inconsistent play they got this past season. As for Trubisky, it remains to be seen what his next move will be.

Skip Bayless In Shambles Over Dak Prescott Cowboys Franchise Tag
Skip Bayless is a huge Cowboys fan and the latest new surrounding Dak Prescott has him hot and bothered.
NFL free agency has already gotten off to a hot start as numerous trades have been made while new deals begin to be set in motion. Clearly, there is still a lot to work in the Dallas Cowboys camp as today, they revealed that Dak Prescott was being hit with the franchise tag. This means Prescott can only negotiate with the Cowboys. Franchise tags rarely work out for either side but regardless, Jerry Jones decided it was the move that had to be made for his team.
One of the biggest haters of this move is none other than Skip Bayless of FS1's Undisputed. The show has been put on hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic although that didn't stop Bayless from hopping on Twitter, in a Cowboys hat, to give his thoughts on the matter.
As he explains, this is a terrible move for the Cowboys and it just goes to show that Prescott and his agent might be in over their heads. Bayless also thinks the move will make Prescott think the Cowboys don't trust him, which will only increase tensions moving forward. The FS1 host is one of the biggest Cowboys fans on the planet and based on his demeanor in the video, he was in a shambolic state over the move.
Stay tuned for updates on Prescott's contract negotiations as we will be sure to bring them to you.
Houston Texans Agree To Trade DeAndre Hopkins: NFL Fans React
The Houston Texans have done the unthinkable, as they trade away All-Pro wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins.
The Arizona Cardinals have reportedly pulled off a trade for Houston Texans' All Pro wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins. I repeat: The Houston Texans have actually agreed to trade DeAndre Hopkins.
According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Cardinals will receive Hopkins and a fourth round pick, while the Texans acquire running back David Johnson, a 2020 second-round selection and a 2021 fourth-rounder. Obviously, the main takeaway is that Hopkins will now get the contract extension he wanted, as he joins forces with Rookie of the Year QB Kyler Murray.

Hopkins, arguably the best wide receiver in the NFL, has earned First Team All-Pro honors in each of the last three seasons. He finished with 104 receptions for 1,165 yards and seven touchdowns a season ago, while helping Houston to a 10-6 record and guiding them to their second straight playoff appearance.
Johnson, meanwhile, has struggled since his All-Pro campaign in 2016, which makes this move all the more outrageous. In 13 appearance last season DJ carried the ball just 94 times for 345 yards and two touchdowns, while catching 36 passes for 370 yards and four TDs through the air. He is entering the second year of the three-year, $39 million extension he signed with the Cardinals, and the Texans have reportedly agreed to take on that entire salary.
Check out some of the reactions to the blockbuster deal below.
