Ciara would rather forget about her toxic relationship with rapper Future. She’s currently married to football star Russell Wilson, who she claims is the love of her life. Together, they’re raising two children with another one on the way.

Future Zahir Wilburn, Ciara’s son, is from the pop star’s relationship with Future. Despite the rapper’s Mother’s Day wishes several weeks ago, you can safely assume that there remains a lot of bad blood between the former couple. Ciara may no longer be close to Future but she’s in love with the baby boy that they brought into the world. In a series of new photos, she showed off her 6-year-old son, who is starting to look a lot like his biological dad.

“Young King,” wrote Ciara on a picture of Young Future. He wears a pair of sunglasses and looks into the camera with a stoic look. While we cannot see his eyes, his facial features seem to take after those of his famous father.

Russell Wilson has taken the child in as one of his own, wishing him a happy birthday earlier this year.

“You are my daily inspiration. My best friend,” he wrote in his post. “Daddy loves you!”

In celebration of little Future's sixth birthday, all his parents have come out to deliver him a sweet b-day message. Future kicked it off bright and early with a tweet that champions the younger Future as his twin, writing, "Happy Birthday FUTURE. Love u FOREVER twin."

Ciara and Russell Wilson are killing time in quarantine by taking a stab at the viral TikTok dance challenge set to Wiz Khalifa and Ty Dolla $ign‘s “Something New,” alongside their son, Future, daughter, Sienna, and Russell’s sister, Anna Wilson. While so many families are stuck at home to practice social distancing and avoid further spreading coronavirus to others, many are struggling to find activities to occupy their time—but not the Wilson household. The power couple decided to entertain their little ones by trying their hand at one of the popular dance challenges that has become a viral trend on the app, and Russell’s sister Anna, who plays for the Stanford Cardinal women’s basketball team, gave them some assistance.

“1st Family Tik Tok Post,” Ciara captioned the post. “Too much fun. #Family.” In the clip, the chorus of Wiz Khalifa’s “Something New” sung by Ty Dolla $ign plays while 2-year-old Sienna leads the lineup by doing her toddler rendition of the dance, in which the participant is meant to push each elbow out to the side before shimmying and clapping. The youngster is followed by her 7-year-old half-brother, Future Jr., who also puts his own spin on the choreography. A very pregnant Ciara, who announced that she was expecting her third child back in January, goes next, followed by Anna and finally Russell, while Sienna and Future run around. The results are just too cute, and we’re glad this family is keeping busy with some fun activities during these trying times.

When Russell Wilson and Ciara started dating, his mom had some words of wisdom for him about Ciara’s son from her previous relationship with Future. Ciara and Russell Wilson have been together for awhile now. The couple first started dating back in 2015, and by the following year, they had tied the knot in the summer of 2016. Their relationship has been the topic of conversation on many occasions, most notably due to Ciara’s previous relationship with ex-fiancé and notorious ladies man, Future. Ciara and Future were together from 2013-2015, and in that time, the couple welcomed their son, Future Zahir Wilburn. When Ciara had moved on to Russell, Future Jr. was just a baby, and Russell’s mother, Tammy Wilson, had some strong feelings about how Russell needed to treat the Ciara’s son.

Tammy appeared on Sonya and Dell Curry’s Raising Fame podcast this week, where she revealed her first thoughts about Ciara. “I was like, ‘Doesn’t she have a kid?'” Tammy told the hosts, noting that she can’t judge anyone for their circumstances. She then shared what she told Russell: “If you’re really serious about it, then you have to love that kid as if it were your own. Even if that means giving that kid your name.” She goes on to explain, “If you’re going to be with someone who has a kid, you can’t treat that kid any differently than if he were yours.”

It looks like Russell listened to his mama, as he and Ciara have been going strong for years. In 2017, Ciara and Russell welcomed their own child together, a daughter named Sienna Princess Wilson, and the couple also recently announced that they’re expecting their second child together. Mothers really do know best.
