At this stage in the game, we're all well aware of the power of social media. The internet can bring people together for a variety of reasons, and as millions continue to connect about the recent George Floyd-influenced protests that have swept the nation, others have aided in Nicki Minaj looking into dropping an unreleased track: "New Body" with Kanye West and Ty Dolla $ign.

When Kanye West decided not to deliver his highly-anticipated album Yandhi, all of the songs went on the shelf. The project was leaked and fans who grabbed themselves viral copies have been enjoying its tunes, including Ye's song "New Body" featuring Nicki Minaj and Ty Dolla $ign. There were rumors that the track would be reimagined as a cleaner, Christian version for Yeezy's Jesus is King, but in the end, "New Body" didn't make it to that tracklist, either. According to reports, Kanye and Nicki couldn't see eye to eye.
"New Body" has gained traction over on TikTok, and we may just see the official version hit streaming services. While watching DJ Boof on Instagram Live, Nicki was spotted in the comments. A few fans asked about "New Body," and she told them that she would contact Kanye to see if he'd agree to release the song. She also mentioned that they shot a music video for the track, as well, while reportedly also saying she's not a fan of the track. Check it out below.
Kanye West Track "LA Monster" Leaks: Report
Kanye West's song "LA Monster" has officially leaked online, months after it was expected to appear on "Jesus Is King."
The lead-up to Kanye West's most recent album Jesus Is King was as strange as most other project drops from the illustrious Chicago artist. Whenever he announces new music, you should already be envisioning how much of a shit-show things will become in the land of Ye-related news. Will the album actually drop on its scheduled date? Will the mix change in the days following its release? All of these things have happened in the past and they have prepared us for any future Kanye West album announcements.
When Jesus Is King was initially announced, a number of songs were included on the tracklist shared by the artist's wife, Kim Kardashian West. The Nicki Minaj-featured "New Body" was on the list and other cut, "LA Monster," was parked at the sixth spot. The latter never appeared on the final version but, somehow, it reportedly appeared online over the weekend.
With the coronavirus quarantine in full effect, people have found themselves with more time on their hands and it's possible that Kanye West's files were compromised as a direct result. The full song for "LA Monster" has reportedly appeared online and, due to copyright laws, we are unable to tell you where you can find it. Rest assured that a potential release of the track is still possible, given the fact that Dr. Dre is apparently working with the rapper on a Jesus Is King sequel.
Are you hoping this comes out soon on streaming services?

Chance The Rapper On Bond With Kanye: "Paired Together By God"
Chano speaks on his divine bond with the “Jesus Is King” hitmaker during a new interview with “3rd Hour of TODAY” for NBC News.
Both Chance The Rapper and Kanye West have been at odds with the public in recent times, the former in regards to public disappointment with his “debut” album The Big Day and the latter, well, should we start with his support of Donald Trump or that now-famous “slavery was a choice” declaration? With all that said, it makes perfect sense that Chano has declared his well-known friendship with Yeezy to be divine according to a new interview with Al Roker for NBC News.

Both rappers have shared many great moments over the years, including their embrace at the 2016 MTV Video Music Awards (seen above) and that one time ‘Ye almost took over Chance’s wedding just to name a few. While speaking to Roker, the Acid Rap emcee compared their relationship to iron sharpening iron, going on by adding, “I do fully believe, now more than ever, that we were paired together by God and that we’re supposed to be in each other’s corner.” While he adds that they don’t always agree on the same issues, Chance confirmed that they have the sort of relationship that it’s more along the lines of constructive criticism. Hey, isn’t that what friends are for?

Kanye West’s "Jesus Is King" Stumped Jeopardy’s "Greatest Of All Time" Contestant
No fans of Yeezy on this show?
Some of the best Jeopardy! contestants in history found themselves at a loss on Tuesday night, when a question about Kanye West's discography left all three of them stumped. At one point during a round of the game show, host Alex Trebek read out the clue, "'Follow God' and 'Closed on Sunday' are tracks on this 2019 Kanye West album." Despite the fact that the special was called Greatest Of All Time, the contestants Ken Jennings, Brad Rutter, and James Holzhauer, somehow all failed to come up with the correct answer, "What is Jesus Is King."
In the clip, Ken, Brad, and James are completely stumped, watching as they proceeded to lose several hundreds of dollars. Ken in particular appears visibly frustrated, although his Kanye shortcoming did not cause any significant damage to his end results. Ken went on to win the "Greatest of All Time" title with a grand prize total of $1 million. He gave a shoutout to infamous TV host and Jeopardy! creator, the late Merv Griffin, on Twitter. "Gotta give it up to the Big Man himself *points upward to heaven* Merv Griffin," Ken tweeted, along with a photo of himself with his fellow participants.
Strangely enough, this is not the first time that a question about one of Kanye's albums has proved difficult for Jeopardy! contestants. In 2016, Alex Trebek gave the players the clue, "Kanye West for giving us so many different versions to choose from of this early 2016 album." The answer, of course, was Life of Pablo, but the contestants didn't even give the question a shot.
Jeopardy! should definitely start screening its contestants for extensive Kanye knowledge from now on.
