"Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star Maurice Fayne, who goes by the name Arkansas Mo, is in some hot water with the law after allegedly using a COVID-19 relief loan to buy millions of dollars worth of jewelry. Last month, Mo had requested a loan of $3,725,500 from a Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), which helps to cover up to eight weeks of payroll costs, interest on mortgages, rent, and utilities for small businesses amid the coronavirus pandemic. Mo sought out this loan to protect his Flame Trucking business, claiming that the money would be used to "retain workers and maintain payroll or make mortgage interest payments, lease payments, and utility payments, as specified under the Paycheck Protection Program Rule." He was ultimately granted $2,045,800 from the United Community Bank, a good portion of which he allegedly used for personal expenses.

According to the U.S. Department of Justice, Mo has been accused of spending over $1.5 million of the loan to buy $85,000 worth of jewelry, including a Rolex Presidential watch, a diamond bracelet, and a 5.73 carat diamond ring. He also allegedly used $40,000 of the loan to pay child support.
Mo denied all of these accusations, but when the feds searched his house, he didn't look so good. They found the aforementioned jewelry, and seized $80,000 cash as well as three bank accounts that Mo had allegedly used to transfer $503,000 of the PPP funds into. On Wednesday (May 13th), he was arrested on federal bank fraud charges. It is not yet known when he will return to court for his next appearance.
"The defendant allegedly stole money meant to assist hard-hit employees and businesses during these difficult times, and instead greedily used the money to bankroll his lavish purchases of jewelry and other personal items," said Assistant Attorney General of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division, Brian A. Benczkowski. "The department will remain steadfast in our efforts to root out and prosecute frauds against the Paycheck Protection Program."
"Love & Hip Hop" Production Reportedly Shuts Down Indefinitely Due To COVID-19
Production on all four series in the “Love & Hip Hop” franchise has reportedly been halted indefinitely as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.
The fate of the Love & Hip Hop franchise remains uncertain, as the show reportedly joins the ranks of almost every other film and television production. According to a report by reality TV update account, OMFGRealityTV, all four of the VH1 series have been put on pause due to the coronavirus pandemic. The report states that no new episodes of the Hollywood, New York, Atlanta, or Miami series in the Love & Hip Hop franchises will be airing from this point forward. As shared by The Shade Room, the unofficial statement reads: “Due to the 2019-20 coronavirus pandemic, all production on the ‘Love & Hip Hop’ franchise series has been forcibly shut down.”
“This means that ‘Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood’ season 7, the remaining episodes of ‘Love & Hip Hop: New York’ season 10 and ‘Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta’ season 9 will all be postponed until further notice,” the message continues. “This also applies to ‘Love & Hip Hop: Miami’ season 4. It’s still uncertain when and how production will resume.”

Prior to the pandemic, the tenth season of Love & Hip Hop: New York premiered on December 16th, 2019, the most recent episode of the season airing on March 9th, 2020. Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta‘s ninth season premiered just last month on March 16th, but it looks like fans will only be getting a taste of it now that production has reportedly been shut down. Although Love & Hip Hop: Miami already wrapped up its fourth season this year, it is unknown when new episodes can be expected to air. As for Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood, its seventh season was intended to air sometime this year, but of course, that remains uncertain as well. Joseline Hernandez, star of Love & Hip Hop: Miami commented on The Shade Room‘s post, saying “N they bout to pay BIG MAMA A HUGE BAG no more Mona.” The official Love & Hip Hop franchise have yet to address this report.
Bow Wow’s Ex Kiyomi Leslie Defends Open Relationship With "LHHATL" Star
Bow Wow’s ex-girlfriend Kiyomi Leslie recently appeared on “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta” alongside her new beau.
If you thought you’d seen the last of Kiyomi Leslie, think again. A little over a year ago, Bow Wow and his then-girlfriend Kiyomi Leslie were reportedly engaged in a violent altercation that resulted in both of their arrests. They immediately broke up, but that wasn’t all they had to say about one another in the media. Bow Wow would later address the scandal on Growing Up Hip Hop Atlanta, and later, Kiyomi would accuse him of “playing the victim.”

Bow Wow would go on to release a mixtape where he seemed to share a few bars that were aimed at his previous relationship, but since that time, mums been the word about the social media influencer. Then, Love & Hip Hop Atlanta fans were surprised when she appeared on the show alongside Shooter. He was once in a relationship with Sierra Gates and was touted as being romantically involved with Scrapp DeLeon’s sister Cheyenne. However, he is reportedly also in a relationship with Kiyomi, but apparently she was the only woman aware that they were all in an open relationship.
Drama ensued while reality television cameras rolled, and following the episode, comments flooded in on social media. Kiyomi Leslie was criticized for her relationship status, so she defended herself against naysayers. “People hear open relationship and think f**k any and every thing and that’s not the case,” she wrote. “S**t you can catch them same diseases from ya husband bae!” She reportedly added, “The ‘open’ means HONEST…be open, be upfront, speak, talk, communicate what your needs are. Women get in ‘closed’ relationships and think that’s keeping him from cheating lol.” Watch the drama unravel in the clip below.
Rasheeda Frost Shuts Down Social Media User Who Said Her Husband Is Like R. Kelly
Rasheeda Frost also said she wasn’t married at 17, but fans were quick to point out that the math didn’t add up.
Celebrities often get inundated with gossip about their personal lives. For the most part, many choose to ignore the rumors and enjoy their day-to-day lives without caring about the opinions of strangers, but often, a famous figure bites back. Rasheeda Frost and her husband, 51-year-old Kirk, have made their marriage the topic of many social media conversations as they’ve aired out their personal lives on Love & Hip Hop Atlanta. They’ve spoken openly about his infidelity and having a child with a stripper—events that almost led to divorce for the couple.
Recently, a Twitter user wanted to know why people aren’t drawing similarities between Kirk and R. Kelly. The person shared a number of unsubstantiated accusations that gave many fans pause. “Kirk adopted Rasheeda when shorty was 15…started having relations with her as a legal parent…married her at 17 while he was 30,” the person wrote. “They been together for 20 years. He has 7 kids, 2 are hers. Why nobody compare him to R. Kelly?”
Rasheeda caught wind of the remarks and fired back at the Twitter user. “U ain’t told nobody sh*t w/ yo bootleg conspiracy theory ass,” she wrote. “Come w/ facts not assumptions if u gone try 2 blast somebody. Here’s some help I’ve never been adopted I didn’t know sh*t bout Kirk when I was 15 & sho wasn’t thinkin bout gettin married @ 17 so worry bot Dat Rona!”
Other fans were quick to point out that Kirk and Rasheeda have said they’re celebrating 20 years of marriage this year, and Rasheeda will be 38 next month. It’s also been reported that she and Kirk married in 1999, and if that’s true, then she would have been 17 when they wed and Kirk would have been 30-years-old. Check out the tweets below.
Deb Antney Blasts "LHHATL": "Disgraceful For Women" & "Men Look Horrible"
Deb Antney isn’t a fan of “Love & Hip Hop” after being featured on previous seasons of the VH1 hit show.
Growing Up Hip Hop Atlanta may have seen its fair share of arguments, but Deb Antney says that’s nothing compared to Love & Hip Hop Atlanta. The VH1 series has seen a number of cast members come and go, including Deb, her son Waka Flocka, and his wife Tammy Rivera. The trio are not only currently featured on WE tv’s Growing Up Hip Hop Atlanta, but they all appear on Waka & Tammy: What the Flocka.

Deb Antney recently discussed the differences between the networks and why she prefers to work with producers over at WE tv. According to the music mogul, her current network allows her, along with other cast members, to be themselves while Love & Hip Hop Atlanta leaned more toward sensationalism.
“It’s very disgraceful for women,” she said of LHHATL. “It makes our men look horrible. I’m just not for it. I’m not for the drama like that.” Deb recalled watching Waka and Tammy air out their marriage struggles while on Love & Hip Hop Atlanta. “It just destroyed the inside of me,” she added. “I could not function.” Meanwhile, Ms. Deb is waiting for Waka and Tammy to have a baby. She’s petitioned for the couple to welcome a child together, so we’ll just have to wait and see if her wishes come true.
Tommie Lee Reveals Sexy Teaser To Zeus Reality Series "Tommie Sh*t"
Tommie Lee also shared that “Tommie Sh*t” is produced by “Love & Hip Hop” mogul Mona Scott-Young & former “Basketball Wives” star Tami Roman.
The Zeus Network continues to stake its claim in the reality television world, this time by adding a series starring former Love & Hip Hop bad girl Tommie Lee. Years ago, the model was booted from VH1’s famed reality series because of verbal and physical altercations between Tommie and the production crew. She would later tell us in an exclusive interview that she believes people got the wrong impression about her character from the reality series, but Tommie Lee is partnering once again with Love & Hip Hop producer Mona Scott-Young for her own show titled Tommie Sh*t.

Former Basketball Wives star Tami Roman will take part, however, her name is added to the production credits. Both Zeus and Tommie shared a sexy teaser of the show, albeit it the video doesn’t give viewers any hints as to what to expect from the forthcoming series. However, Tommie Lee did pen a caption thanking those involved for giving her the opportunity to tell her story.

Rasheeda Frost Slams Critics Who Trash Her For Taking Cheating Husband Back
Rasheeda Frost and her husband Kirk will soon celebrate 20 years together, but the rapper has gone through serious trials to make it this far.
Fans thought Rasheeda Frost and husband Kirk Frost were headed to divorce court after it came to light that he'd gotten a stripper pregnant. Love & Hip Hop Atlanta viewers watched as Kirk got himself caught in a trap after he cheated on his wife and impregnated Jasmine Washington, an exotic dancer in the ATL. Kirk questioned whether or not he was the father, but a DNA proved that he was, indeed, the dad of their son Kannon.
While viewers yelled at their screens for the rapper to kick Kirk to the curb, she made the difficult decision to reconcile and work on their relationship. This year, the pair, who share two sons together, is celebrating 20 years of marriage, and in an interview with ESSENCE, Rasheeda had quite a bit to say about critics who chastised her for staying with her husband and helping to raise his lovechild.
"I’m going to be honest with you — a lot of times, people who speak on that could never wear my shoes," Rasheeda told the publication. "A lot of women haven’t even been in a relationship for five minutes, let alone 20 years. So you can’t speak on the decisions that I make. At the end of the day, it’s my life. And I never let anybody’s opinion sway me in a direction. All I did is pray and follow my heart. And if nobody likes it, don’t follow me and don’t leave any comments. Something you deal with might be something I wouldn’t deal with, but it’s not for me to tell you what to do."
On a later season of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta, Rasheeda admitted that there both she and Kirk had been unfaithful during their marriage. "I haven’t always been perfect and neither has he," she told ESSENCE. "We’ve been through our share of a lot of different things, but you’re either going to fight or you’re going to let it go. That’s just the end of it. We fought for ours." Watch Rasheeda and Jasmine's tense confrontation on Love & Hip Hop Atlanta below.
Arkansas Mo Drags Alexis Skyy After "LHHATL" Season 9 Premiere
Karli Redd’s now-ex Arkansas Mo had a lot to get off his chest in response to Alexis Skyy’s claims in the “LHHATL” season 9 premiere episode, and he didn’t hold back his aggression one bit.
Season 9 of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta officially kicked off last night, and it definitely came jam-packed with a fair share of drama. One of the main storylines centers around Karli Redd’s extremely dramatic divorce — we’re talking fake funeral dramatic! — and how the always-controversial Alexis Skyy fits into it all. After the episode aired, Karli’s now-ex Arkansas Mo had a lot to get off his chest in regards to the claims Alexis was making, and let’s just say he didn’t hold back his aggression one bit.

Mainly addressing the ring Skyy claims he recycled from her in his proposal to Karlie Redd a few years ago (seen above), Mo wrote an extensive paragraph in response to what we saw in the premiere episode last night. “I’m not the lames you use to and I never gave anyone the same ring,” he wrote, further adding that he never gave Alexis a ring in the first place. He claims the misunderstanding came from a simple FaceTime call, where she hit him up while he was getting a grill made by his jeweler, and only asked for her opinion on the ring — he apparently only showed her a video of the ring at that. His rant included everything from calling her “miserable” to nothing more than, in his words, “a mf a dude knew from the hoe circuit.”
Read Arkansas Mo’s full message towards Alexis Skyy below, and keep up with this whole messy ordeal every Monday night at 8PM EST/7PM C on VH1 where Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta airs:
Yung Joc & Fiancée Argue Over Her Wanting Him To Undergo Vasectomy
Yung Joc already has eight kids by four baby mamas, so his fianceé Kendra Robinson wants him to have a vasectomy.
When it was revealed on Love & Hip Hop Atlanta that Yung Joc had a girlfriend, people didn't know what to expect. However, his friends and fans were more than accepting of Kendra Robinson, an attorney. In March 2019, Yung Joc and Kendra got engaged and back in January, the rapper told Tiffany Pollard that he'd even tattooed his fiancée's name on his penis.
However, having the name "Kendra" inked alongside his genitals isn't quite enough for his lady. On a recent episode of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta, Joc and Kendra visited a physician because she wants him to get a vasectomy. The rapper reportedly has eight children—including two sets of twins—with four different women, and it doesn't look like Kendra wants to add her name to the list of baby mamas, married or not.
In the clip, Yung Joc and Kendra are in the doctor's office as the rapper makes it clear that he's not comfortable with having a vasectomy. "I feel like it's selfish," Kendra said in the green screen interview. "If you really love me, if you really want to consider my body, my mind, my soul, and the longevity of our relationship, then you will at least put forth some type of effort. I feel like maybe's he's getting cold feet."
Back at the doctor's office, she seems irritated that Joc doesn't want to go through with the procedure. "How 'bout you do it," he said. Kendra then questions him over wanting more children and criticized Yung Joc over not having time for all of the kids he currently has. The comment angered the rapper, and the exchange soon circulated on social media where fans slammed Kendra for putting pressure on her soon-to-be husband. Check out the clip and a few responses below.
Benzino & Althea Heart Argue About Her Being Jailed Over Physical Abuse
Benzino and Althea Heart have allowed their relationship to play out for reality television, including their arguments and shouting matches.
The world has watched as Benzino and Althea Heart’s relationship has unfolded. The hip hop mogul first introduced his lady on Love & Hip Hop Atlanta in the show’s third season back in 2014. From the start, their relationship was a rocky one, and they moved from VH1 to WEtv when they joined Marriage Boot Camp. Benzino and Althea married in 2016 and welcomed a son together, but the arguments haven’t ceased between the two. Over the years, Althea has been arrested on multiple occasions for allegedly physically abusing Benzino.

The pair are currently featured on Love Goals where they are attempting to work out their differences with the help of a therapist. Other couples on the show include former Basketball Wives star Sundy Carter and her man Breyon Williams; former NFL wide receiver Dwayne Bowe and his wife Theresa; and Spinderella along with her fiancé Q Coleman.
In a recent episode, Benzino and Althea Heart were involved in a heated emotional exchange as they discussed their rock bottom moments. “It’s too much!” she said. “I’ve been locked up twice! I be wanting to explode, but I’m a mother and I don’t want to be behind bars.” Benzino told her all she needs to do is to keep her hands to herself. “Don’t swing on me, don’t yell at me in front of the judge,” he said.
Althea responded by accusing Benzino of provoking her into those moments. She eventually stormed off as Benzino continued to argue. Elsewhere, the two managed to share a touching moment without yelling as they told each other what they admired most about one another. Check out two clips from Love Goals on OWN below.
