After their explosive season of Love & Hip Hop Hollywood revealed details of their romance, Fizz and Apryl Jones haven’t been seen together much lately. Some have attributed their silence to wanting to develop their future together outside of social media and the public eye, while others claim that they’ve broken up. Omarion made a few appearances in the press where he talked about not caring about his former friend and B2K groupmate Fizz dating the mother of his children, but according to Moniece Slaughter, the mother of Fizz’s son, Omarion was pulling chess moves while everyone else was playing checkers.

Moniece is known to hop on Instagram Live to share details of her personal life, so recently she said that Fizz and Apryl have been having issues because of a court order. “On top of that, I knew that they were gonna have to split because there was a motion filed that my BD not be around [Omarion’s] kids,” Moniece said. “And they needed certain information from me to make sure that he was not able to be around Apryl’s children. Initially, I had told them no. I’m not a rat, I’m not, I don’t like the n*gga, but at the end of the day, I don’t want to be dragged into this. Especially to protect somebody else’s kids and when he gets upset and he gets mad, what’s gonna happen to me and my son?”

“I was gearing up to go to court so I made my own little deal with the other side and at that point, I thought to myself, if the roles were reversed, would he do the same fo me?” Moniece continued. “If the roles were reversed, would he just mind his business… No, he wouldn’t. He absolutely would not, so I said f*ck it.” In the end, she decided to turn over the information requested and the motion was ruled in Omarion’s favor.

Moniece Slaughter went on to say that Fizz and Apryl Jones had been dating since 2017 and even though she knew about it, she didn’t say much until recently. She heard about Fizz buying Apryl gifts and the couple vacationing together, but she kept her distance because in the public, Fizz likes to call her a “stalker” who is “obsessed” with him. Two celebrities that people didn’t expect to see together on Instagram Live are Shemar Moore and Moniece Slaughter. The actor and Love & Hip Hop reality star popped up on Live together where they discussed a variety of issues, and Moore took the time to speak with viewers about his heritage. These recent protests have caused many to ask celebrities their opinions of Black Lives Matter or social justice issues, and Shemar Moore took a minute to make it clear that he would never speak negatively about being half white.

“I am half black and I am half white,” Shemar Moore stated. “I am proud to be black but I am also proud to be white. I understand what it is to be treated like a n*gga, but what I don’t have my fame or when I’m in the wrong place at the wrong time and nobody knows who I am, then I’m just a n*gga on the street. I’ve been thrown down on the sidewalk in my lifetime. I understand what it is. I haven’t gone through the [George] Floyd situation, I have not gone through that, but I know what it is.”

“I’m not going to denounce the other side of me because I’m looking at humanity,” the actor continued. “My mother, who’s white, who just passed—sorry for your loss, I appreciate that. I lost my best friend, but my mama, if she didn’t think outside the box, I wouldn’t have life. This is a white woman from Boston in the ’60s. That was a very racially divided time and she thought outside of the box and she met my daddy and she made me.”

The latest break up possibility runs between Apryl Jones and Lil Fizz ever since the duo stopped following each other on Instagram a few weeks back. After Apryl kind of confirmed that something was up, new reports suggested that the ordeal was a set up for Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood and was being used as a way to bring more drama to the show. 

While Apryl and Lil Fizz have decided to stay mute on any new updates surrounding their relationship, Lil Fizz’s ex Moniece Slaughter has decided to share some tea on the matter. “They’re still very much together. Still living together, and she has not lost custody” of her kids, Moniece explained. “The pictures she’s been posting of her and her daughter with the stripper pole in the background are in Dreux’s house. The video of her sleep on the floor Christmas Day and toasting with her friends was at Dreux’s house as well.”

Apparently the silence from the couple is because Apryl and Omarion are dealing with custody issues and one of the stipulations is that Omarion doesn’t want Lil Fizz in his children’s life as much as he is. “She’s in and out of court with Omari,” she added. “They unfollowed each other to get the public off their asses. But they still going strong. Kam Facetimed him for bed two Mondays ago, and she was in the background. He made sure to put her in the frame.”
