Ice Cube has had some interesting ideas in regards to the game of basketball over the years. His Big3 league has seen quite a bit of success and now that we don't have any sports on television, he is looking to provide fans with some much-needed entertainment. This would come in the form of a quarantine-style tournament where all of the players would be staying in the same house. The players would also be filmed in this environment which would lead to a Big Brother-style reality TV show.
During a recent episode of The Jump on ESPN, Kendrick Perkins had some interesting thoughts on the tournament, noting that he doesn't think it's a good idea.
“Right now, although we need entertainment, although we are thirsty for sports … but right now I just don't think it’s the time and I’m 100 percent against it,” Perkins said. “To me, it’s sending out a bad example of social distancing although you’re going through the proper steps, you still don't want to play with this right now because we’ve all never experienced anything like this.”
Paul Pierce went on to say that he wants to participate in the tournament which, to be honest, would make the reality show that much more fun to watch. For now, it looks like this tournament is a real possibility to stay tuned for updates on its production.
Chris Brown Hides From Crazed Fan Breaking Into His Crib
A woman tried to break into Chris Brown’s property before she was scared off by one of his friends.
Several months ago, Chris Brown invited fans to his home for an exclusive yard sale, listing streetwear and sneaker gems for the low-low. Somebody must have saved his address because, over the weekend, a woman attempted to break into his home and it was all caught on video.
Chris Brown was hiding behind his fence as a crazed fan screamed at him, yelling at the singer over a supposed mutual friend. Brown replied that he didn’t know the woman that she was mentioning, but the fan didn’t seem to care. She continued her shouting match before eventually getting scared off by one of his homies.

“MENTAL ILLNESS IS REAL!! SHE TRIED TO SNEAK OVER THE GATE AT MY CRIB BUT SHE SAW MY DOG and he saw her,” wrote the artist on Instagram, sharing the video to his millions of followers.
The woman referred to CB as her “life partner,” making this entire situation even more strange.
It is unclear how this escalated. It has also not been revealed whether or not the police were called to arrest the trespasser.
This is not the first time that somebody has broken onto Chris Brown’s property. In the past, somebody has successfully made it into his crib to paint her name on the singer’s cars and write love messages on his walls. It’s clear that Brown just has that effect on the ladies… Thankfully, he’s safe.

Drake Shares Photo Of Son Adonis For The First Time
Drake delivers some encouraging words while revealing a photo of himself and his son, Adonis, for the very first time.
Drake and Pusha T‘s 2018 beef may seem like ages ago now, and definitely small fish in comparison to a world wide pandemic. The beef ended up being quite revealing for both parties, with diss records filled with untold (to the public) stories, including the fact that Drake had a son.
“The Story of Adidon” made the revelation in question, with Pusha rapping:”Adonis is your son / And he deserves more than an Adidas press run, that’s real / Love that baby, respect that girl / Forget she’s a porn star, let her be your world, yuugh.” Suffice to say, the world was shocked but only momentarily– Drake can do no wrong in the public’s eyes, this big reveal didn’t stick to him in any sort of discernable way. Since then, Drake has acknowledged his son with artist Sophie Brusseaux, and he’s even shared a few pieces of his son’s own artwork. However an outright photo of his son has been few and far between, that is, until this morning.
Drizzy shared a portrait on Instagram of himself posing with his young son, Adonis. The boy is absolutely adorable, with little blonde curls framing very big blue eyes. Drake shared the photo alongside one of his own parents, and a few more photos that show him with the mother of his child as well as candid photos. He captioned the heartfelt post with a powerful message that can easily apply to anyone going through a rough period right now. He leaves a few key pieces of advice in the caption, which you can read in full below, namely the tact to constantly switch your thoughts to something “bright” “when the mind starts to move into overthinking or fear.” He adds later, “Be conscious, especially right now of fears coming in from other, and recognize that not everything should be held by you. Laughter is your best medicine, but tears can also be a powerful release.”
What is most important for you right now is to connect to your own inner light. This will create the biggest opening of all. Trust that you have all of the power within to make this happen, and in order to do that connect to the people and things that bring you a lot of joy. When the mind starts to move into overthinking or fear, shift your attention right away to something bright. It doesn’t matter what has happened in the past or what is happening around us now, you can always make the choice to break free of the wheel of suffering and panic and open up to your own light. We are powerful manifestors , so once you make the choice in the moment to shift your awareness to something good, it will show you in your reality. Be conscious, especially right now of fears coming in from others, and recognize that not everything should be held by you. Laughter is your best medicine, but tears can also be a powerful release. Let go of any judgment you may have around that. Remember that you are never alone, and if you need to be reminded of that ask for support and it will show up. Everything comes down to intention, and even though there are conflicting energies circling around us you must KNOW…It will rebuild. But in order for that to happen, you have to do exactly that. Trust. You have the biggest heart and that is your greatest gift. It’s impossible to always control your surroundings, but when you shift the focus to how you want to feel, everything will conspire to assist you. I love and miss my beautiful family and friends and I can’t wait for the joyful day when we are all able to reunite. Until then please keep your lights on
New York City To Fine People Ignoring Social Distancing Up To $500
New Yorkers who do not follow social distancing guidelines could face fines worth upwards of $500.
As New York City becomes the epicenter of the COVID-19 pandemic in the United States, mayor Bill de Blasio has announced that New Yorkers who ignore social distancing guidelines could face fines from $250 to $500.

“You’ve been warned and warned and warned again … When we say you can go out for some exercise, we’re not saying you can linger,” de Blasio said during a press conference, Sunday. “We’re not saying you can make a day of it. We’re saying go out, get a minimum amount of exercise and go back indoors. We will be enforcing this but with understanding for the challenges that people are facing, for how new this is.”
New York Police Department officers will now warn people to disperse, and if they ignore officers pleas, they will face penalties.
He continued: “We’re not going to be Draconian. We’re going to give people a chance to get used to this, but I guarantee you: we will enforce this new reality.”
New York currently has over 32,000 confirmed cases of COVID-19 and 678 deaths related to the Coronavirus. There is also a shortage of masks, as de Blasio told CNN that the city will be out of supplies after one week.

Boston GameStop Tells Employees To Wear Plastic Bags To Stay Open
A GameStop in Boston attempted to remain open by having employees wear plastic bags on their hands.
GameStop is continuing to try to stay open, while non-essential businesses are being told to close their doors. In Boston, employees were told to wrap their hands in plastic bags in order to remain open.

Boston Globe reporter Katie Johnston broke the story. She detailed how a store manager explained the process to employees:
“Workers have been told to wrap a plastic bag around one hand to protect it from exposure to the virus, open the door a crack, and take the customer’s credit card, the manager said. Employees are then to run the card with a hand still encased in the bag, flip the bag inside out, leaving the card inside, put the purchase in the bag, and hand it back through the door.”
On a national level, GameStop’s fight to be considered an “essential business” has been met with backlash. The company eventually said it would close it doors on March 22.
“We have been steadfast in our adherence to CDC-guided safety and local government orders for retailers in each of our communities. As millions of Americans look to GameStop to adjust to their new normal of increased time at home, for work, learning and play, we have implemented practices to help ensure the safety and health of our employees, customers and partners,” George Sherman, chief executive officer of GameStop, said in the press release.
“We believe it is prudent to institute further safety protocols while meeting this increased demand through curbside pick-up. As such, stores that remain in operation will provide only pick-up at the door or delivery to home activities to further protect our employees and customers.”

"Over the next few days, I’ll be locked in and focused on finding ways to directly support our healthcare workers but I don’t have all the answers. If you want to help or have any great ideas, please reach out to me now! God bless us all.”
In the video, Diddy goes into detail on how we can make it through this pandemic.

Strip Club In L.A. Refuses To Close, Checks For Fever At The Door
A strip club in L.A. refused to close its doors and was checking patrons' temperatures at the door.
Bliss Showgirls, a strip club in Southern California, has been closed down after allegedly violating COVID-19-related closure orders.
An Instagram post from the club, earlier this week, said the establishment would remain open: "Attention, Bliss Showgirls will be open. Want to stay away from corona, we got 10 min, 15 min, and 25 min quarantines with your favorite showgirl."
The club's owner told Fox 11 that Bliss Showgirls is closed: "We are taking the safety of our employees and customers very serious. I closed my doors Thursday after hearing about the shutdown," he said. "Had security outside the club for a few nights after my Instagram account got hacked the next morning with invites being sent out which was through a dancer who used to run the page who got fired months ago."
However, undercover reporters from Fox 11 found that the club was open and bouncers were checking patrons' temperatures at the door. When presented with this information, the owner responded, "You can lose my number, cause I have no further comment."
LA County Sheriff Alex Villanueva tells Fox 11 that his department has come across numerous businesses attempting to stay open:
"We’ve received complaints on particular businesses that have not been adhering to social distancing. Chief among them have been gun shops, night clubs, bars, and strip clubs, so we’ve fanned out and we’re making sure these businesses are complying."

“Nothing would be worse than declaring victory before the victory is won. That would be the greatest loss of all,” he said. “The better you do, the faster this whole nightmare will end. Therefore, we will be extending our guidelines to April 30, to slow the spread.”
He continued to explain that the death rate is expected to peak in two weeks. This played a key role in his decision: “The modeling estimates that the peak in death rate is likely to hit in two weeks. I will say it again. The peak, the highest point of death rates, remember this, is likely to hit in 2 weeks.”
Dr. Anthony Fauci provided his rough estimate for the eventual death toll, Sunday, saying, “I mean, looking at what we’re seeing now, you know, I would say between 100 and 200,000 [deaths]. But I don’t want to be held to that.”
New York is critically low on supplies. Mayor Bill de Blasio told CNN the city has enough medical supplies to last one week: “We have enough supplies to get to a week from today with the exception of ventilators. We’re going to need at least several hundred more ventilators very quickly. But we have otherwise the supplies to get to next Sunday.”
