Rob Gronkowski retired from the NFL in 2019 after he won his third Super Bowl with the New England Patriots. In the eyes of many, Gronkowski is the greatest tight end to ever play the game although unfortunately, injuries cut his career short. He only got to play ten years in the league before he had to shut it all down because of the toll the sport was taking on his body.
Over the past few months, there have been all sorts of rumors that Gronkowski might want to return to the NFL now that his body has healed. While Gronk is typically quick to shut down these rumors, it appears as though he is giving them some validity now. On a recent episode of "Watch What Happens Live," Gronk explained how he's feeling good and that anything is possible at this point.
"I'm feeling good right now, I'm happy where I'm at. You just never know, man," Gronkowski said. "You just never know. You never know. I'm not totally done."
There are certainly a plethora of teams out there who could benefit from Gronk's presence. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are a team that comes to mind especially now that they have Tom Brady.
If Gronk does come back, let us know who you would want him to play for.
Los Angeles Chargers Reveal Gorgeous New Uniforms
The Los Angeles Chargers are the latest team to show off their new jerseys.
NFL fans of numerous teams have been truly blessed lately as franchises continue to show off new uniforms. The New England Patriots and Indianapolis Colts have been a part of this movement and today, yet another team decided to join the fold. This time, it was none other than the Los Angeles Chargers who took to twitter to show off six new uniforms that will debut during the 2020 season.
As you can see from the images and video below, these are some of the nicest jerseys the NFL has to offer. The Chargers have always been known for having dope uniforms but these latest threads are certainly the cream of the crop. In fact, fans were actually praising the new jerseys which is a fairly rare sight as most new uniforms are slandered out of the gate.
Unfortunately, the Chargers are in Los Angeles now and barely have a fanbase. They completely alienated those living in San Diego so jersey sales might not be as high as they probably should be. These gorgeous new uniforms are bound to go underappreciated and it's truly a shame. Regardless, at least the team will be looking good next year, even if the results aren't.
Rob Gronkowski Compares His Manhood To Tom Brady’s
Tom Brady recently complimented Rob Gronkowski on his private parts during an appears on the Howard Stern Show.
Every time I write about the New England Patriots, it feels like there are some real shenanigans going on. Perhaps, more than any other team in the NFL. It’s impossible to say why that is. Maybe it’s because the team was full of interesting characters. Or maybe it’s the fact that winning so many championships has made the players go kind of insane. Either way, if you put a mic in front of Tom Brady or Rob Gronkowski, you know something bizarre is going to be said. I mean, do we have to say more than the infamous swamp ass revelation?
This time around, Brady made sure to compliment Gronk’s penis on an episode of The Howard Stern Show. In fact, he called it “amazing.” Well, Gronk heard these compliments and addressed them on Andy Cohen’s “Watch What Happens Live.” Unfortunately for Brady, Gronk wasn’t as complimentary. Sorry Patriots fans, I know you guys really wanted it to be better.
“No, not as nice as mine. I mean, the guy didn’t flock it as much as I did,” Gronk said. Clearly, the legendary tight end is very protective of the status of his manhood and would never bestow such a compliment upon his fellow man.
As for myself, well, I fully expect the roast session in the comments and I look forward to reading all of it.
New England Patriots Reveal New Jerseys For 2020
The New England Patriots are paying homage to their past while also adding a touch of futurism.
Tom Brady is no longer a member of the New England Patriots which is some pretty horrendous news if you're a fan of the team. Without a star quarterback at the helm, it remains to be seen how good this team will be next season. In fact, the Buffalo Bills are now favored to win the AFC East which would certainly be a change of pace from what we are used to. Regardless, the Patriots are excited about next season and are already teasing their fans with some new threads.
Today on Twitter, the Patriots celebrated Patriots Day with a fresh look at their new uniforms for 2020. As they describe on social media, these jerseys are a tribute to the team's history while also providing a look that screams "future."
Overall, these are incredibly clean and if you're a Pats fan, you will be happy to know that these are already on sale for your shopping pleasure. Numerous teams have been unveiling new uniforms as of late but so far, it seems like the Patriots have the best ones to date. As a lifelong Pats hater, that was incredibly painful to write.
Let us know what you think about these, in the comments below.
Peyton Manning Speaks With Joe Burrow About Rookie Year Expectations
Colts Legend Peyton Manning prepares Joe Burrow for life as a rookie in the NFL.
NFL Legend Peyton Manning has been in contact with presumptive first-overall pick in the 2020 NFL draft, Joe Burrow. Manning expects hurdles in his rookie year but says that what rookie years are for.

“He called me about some of the things that I tried to do as a rookie that maybe he can apply to his NFL career,” Manning told ESPN. “Looks like it’s going to be for the Cincinnati Bengals. What I told him, ‘Look, Joe, if you’re the first pick in the NFL draft, you are going to a team that has earned the first pick in the NFL draft. There are going to be some holes there. There’s a reason the Colts were picking No. 1 that year. There’s a reason the Bengals are picking No. 1 this year.'”
Burrow attended Manning’s training camp last year and the two have been in contact since.
Manning says Burrow will learn from early mistakes and build on them going forward with his career.
“[Then-Colts coach] Jim Mora never took me out,” Manning said. “I learned some things in the fourth quarter of those blowouts about what it took to be an NFL quarterback, and the next year we went from 3-13 to 13-3. That wouldn’t have happened if I hadn’t have hung in there and learned the ropes as a rookie, even though we took some bumps and bruises.
“So that’s what I tried to encourage Joe and all the other rookie quarterbacks, that your rookie year is not going to be the same as your senior year in college. But if you learn how fast the defensive backs are, how soon you have to get rid of the ball, understand defenses, you can become a better player and really get it going the year or two after that.”
Manning threw an NFL record 28 interceptions his first year.
The NFL Draft is scheduled to begin on April 23.

The 6-foot-7, 364-pound is expected to be a star talent, ranking seventh on Mel Kiper’s Big Board. Becton posted a 5.10-second 40-yard dash at the combine.
Becton and his team are reportedly emphasizing that this is his first failed test. He has no history of drug use during his time in college. He has been speaking with interested teams throughout Sunday and has more meetings lined-up prior to draft night.
Louisville athletic director Vince Tyra spoke with ESPN about the issue: “I would tell you it would be a surprise if he has a failed test. He’s just been a model student-athlete for us…I’m not worried about him. He is going to have a great career. I don’t think he’s going to be any trouble for any teams.”
“I’m sure he’ll address it properly,” he continued. “He is terrific. He’s a great talent, but I will tell you he’s an awesome person.”
Becton will now be forced to enter the NFL’s intervention program, which will last for 60 days. If he makes it through drug-free, he will return back to normal status.

"Jaguars have had trade discussions with other teams regarding RB Leonard Fournette, league sources tell ESPN. Fournette is due $4.16 million in base salary in 2020. It's a situation that bears watching as this week's draft approaches," Schefter said on Twitter. "Jaguars already scheduled to have 12 picks in this draft, tied with the Patriots and Vikings for second-most in league behind Miami’s 14. And this is before any potential trades for RB Leonard Fournette and DE Yannick Ngakoue."
The Jags, if they choose to, must exercise Fournette's fifth-year option by May 4.
Fournette's 1,152 rushing yards, last year, were a career-high for the fourth overall pick in the 2017 NFL Draft. He also caught 76 passes and recorded 1,674 yards from scrimmage, which ranked sixth in the league.
Fournette's strong showing last season helped silence critics. After his first two seasons in the NFL, Fournette's work ethic, commitment, and maturity came under scrutiny from his detractors.
During an appearance on ESPN's First Take, Fournette advocated for the team signing Cam Newton: "Cam went to the Super Bowl. He's a great guy. I've been knowing Cam for a minute now. And like I told some people that talked to me, it's no disrespect to [Gardner Minshew]. I'm just trying to get in the best position as a team as we can [to] win. That's all that was about. Just friendly competition 'cause that brings out the best in people."

“What keeps me at peace is knowing I did everything I was supposed to do,” Miller said.
The Denver Broncos’ linebacker suffers from asthma and made sure to be extra careful knowing he is at higher risk for COVID-19. The CDC recommends people with moderate to severe asthma take extra precautions, which Miller says he did: “I was here at home. I’ve been here at home for about a month now, and I’ve probably left the house a total of four times. And when I left, I didn’t get out of the car or anything like that.
“I didn’t have any contact. I was just riding with my brother up the street to get some food. I literally took it serious. I wasn’t out and about. It hit me right here in my house.”
Miller got tested after he developed a cough that his inhaler was not fixing.
“It’s very, very serious,” Miller added. “It’s my job to keep my body in tiptop shape, and I feel my body is in tiptop shape. If I can get this, anybody can get this.”

Lamar Jackson Receives Peculiar Endorsement From Donald Trump
Lamar Jackson and Donald Trump combine for a crossover no one expected.
Lamar Jackson has proven himself to be an exceptional talent on the football field over the past few years. Last season, the Baltimore Ravens quarterback ended up winning the NFL MVP trophy although his season stalled out in the playoffs despite being the favorites to go out and win the Super Bowl. Now, Jackson is enjoying his time off before he has to go back to training camp before the start of the 2020 season.
Recently, Jackson was minding his business on Twitter when he was reminded of the time Jaire Alexander, his college teammate, had a heartwarming reaction to Jackson being drafted by the Ravens. Jackson commented on the video and immediately received a ringing endorsement from President Donald Trump who called the Ravens superstar a "great pick." Jackson took note of the President's kind words and said "Truzz Trump."
As you can imagine, Jackson's replies became a cesspool of people taking the acknowledgment the wrong way. Now, fans are claiming that Jackson is a MAGA supporter although it's impossible to know that based on his two-word tweet. Regardless, we live in sensitive times and when the President is divisive, these are the kinds of reactions you get.
We're sure Jackson didn't expect his tweet to get so much traction but such is life in the world of a professional athlete.
Dak Precott Comments On Recent Criticism Over Social Distancing
Dak Prescott recently came under fire for hosting a party amid Texas’ “Stay Home” order.
Dak Prescott found himself in some hot water last week when he was caught on camera holding a party for one of his friends at his home in Texas. Running back Ezekiel Elliott was at the dinner party as well so both players ended up getting into quite a bit of trouble with the media. Of course, this was only an issue because of the Coronavirus and how we are all supposed to be practicing social distancing right now. In fact, there is a stay at home order in Texas urging people not to go out.
Prescott recently issued a statement to ProFootballTalk about the matter and as you can see, he never meant to do any harm.

Per Prescott:
“I understand and accept that there are additional responsibilities and media scrutiny that come with being an NFL quarterback, but it is very frustrating and disappointing when people provide completely inaccurate information from anonymous sources, especially now. To set the record straight, I know that we all need to do our best to socially distance and like everyone else, I am continuing to adjust to what that requires, but the truth is that I was with fewer than 10 people for a home dinner — not a party — on Friday night. I am very sensitive to the challenges we are all facing and making sure to support the first responders and medical personnel and everyone else putting in long hours. We are all at a time when we need to keep educating ourselves about the importance of health and isolation during this pandemic and I will continue to make sure to do my part by following the guidelines until we are approved to start returning to normal activities.”
While Prescott is adamant the dinner plans had less than 10 people, it’s clear that he won’t be hosting any sort of engagements like this again.
