Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson may just be elected the new president of the United States come November, after his impassioned "Where are You?" speech to Trump regarding the nationwide protests against police brutality appears to have put the pro-wrestler-turned-actor on the American people's presidential radar. According to a report by Newsweek, The Rock is now the third highest choice for a presidential win, behind Donald Trump and Joe Biden.

Newsweek reports that odds aggregator site OddsChecker has calculated that 3.34% of all 2020 election bets have been placed on The Rock, following his powerful speech in support of Black Lives Matter, in which he called out Trump for his lack of leadership skills.
"Where are you?" he asked the president. "Our country is crippled and on its knees, begging to be heard and pleading for change. Where is our compassionate leader? The leader who unifies and inspires our country at our most painful time when we need it the most. The leader who steps up and takes full accountability for our country and embraces every color in it. The leader who picks our country up off its knees and says you have my word - we got this - and together, change will happen."
View this post on Instagram"Where are you? Because we’re all here," he continued. "Maybe one day that galvanizing leader will emerge. Either way, the process to change has already begun." Many regarded the speech as presidential itself, which explains the sudden surge in his White House odds. However, bookmakers have him priced at +40,000, meaning he only has 0.2 percent chance of winning.
Okay, so he's almost definitely not going to become president, but the fact that he's even being considered by some folks is bizarre and shocking enough. But hey, if a billionaire game show host can become president, why not The Rock? (Please don't vote for The Rock).
Joe Biden Speaks On Racism, Protests, & Donald Trump
Presidential candidate Joe Biden took a moment to address the people, speaking on George Floyd, racism in America, and Donald Trump.
Earlier this morning, Presidential candidate Joe Biden arrived in Philadelphia and proceeded to address the people. Speaking from the Philadelphia City Hall, Biden addressed George Floyd's death, the ongoing protests, and the dangers posed by another term of Donald Trump.
"I can't breathe, I can't breathe," begins a somber Biden. "George Floyd's last words, but they didn't die with him. They're still being heard, echoing all across this nation. They speak to a nation where too often, the color of your skin puts your life at risk." He proceeds to mention the lives lost to the Coronavirus, which has come to feel forgotten -- though it still waits in the wings. "They speak to a nation where every day, millions of people are saying to themselves "I can't breathe." It's a wake-up call to our nation. All of us."
"They're the same words we heard from Eric Garner when his life was taken away six years ago," he continues. "It's time to listen to those words. To try to understand them. To respond to them. The country is calling out for leadership. Leadership that can unite us, that can recognize pain and deep grief for communities that had a knee on their neck for a long time." He proceeds to decry the police, those "sworn to protect," who have "escalated tension" through their violent actions. "We have to be vigilant about the violence being done by this incumbent President to our economy and to the pursuit of justice."
"The president held up the Bible at St. John's church yesterday," Biden said, as his lengthy speech continues. "I just wish he opened it once in a while instead of brandishing it. If he opened it, he could have learned something. To love one another as we love ourselves. It's really hard work, but it's the work of America. Donald Trump isn't interested in doing that work. Instead he's preening and sweeping away all the guardrails that have long protected our democracy. Guardrails that have helped make possible this nation's path to a more perfect union."
Cardi B Blames Lack of Young Voters For Bernie Sanders Dropping Out
Cardi B went after young people for not voting for Bernie Sanders after the Democratic candidate withdrew from the 2020 Presidential Race.
Cardi B took to Instagram live to vent about how upset she is that Bernie Sanders has dropped out of the 2020 Presidential Race, and she's pointing the finger at young folks for supposedly not showing out to vote for the former Democratic candidate. "I'm really upset at everybody, because as you guys know...Bernie dropped out of the race," Cardi told her roughly 125k viewers. "I'm guessing he dropped out because...he probably saw that he didn't have a good chance at winning, and the sh*t that get me mad about it is that I see a lot of young people on the Internet always lying."
"Y'all young motherf*ckers, I'm getting sick of y'all," she continued. "I'm about to start hanging out with my grandma's friends, because they vote. Y'all motherf*ckers don't vote, and that sh*t is getting me tight...I see all over Twitter, like, y'all love Bernie, but y'all wasn't voting! What the f*ck was up with that?" She goes on to point out that older people, who don't care as much about issues that affect young people such as affordable college tuition, are the ones who actually vote. "You know who be voting?" she says. "Older people. People that don't give a f*ck about going to college...those are the people that are voting...and because of that, that means Bernie is off the motherf*cking race."

As a vocal Bernie supporter in the past, Cardi is definitely disappointed that he is no longer in the running, but she urges her followers to still vote for the Democratic nominee on the ballot, Joe Biden, in order to avoid another Trump term. "I do not want 45 to be president again," she exclaimed. "Now y'all, this sh*t is very f*cking serious, and y'all not taking it motherf*cking serious. Right now, the state that America is in, we got no f*cking time to play around." Cardi goes on to discuss how the coronavirus pandemic (which she calls the "boronavirus") will ultimately affect the United States, and stresses how important it is that Trump is not going to be in charge to deal with the fallout. "B*tch we're about to enter a recession," she declares. "Do you really want 45 to be in charge of the recession?" She emphasizes how incapable Trump is of handling an economic collapse, and how little he cares about minorities. "It's time to buckle up."
Daymond John Believes Kim Kardashian Will Be President One Day
Daymond John actually listed some legit reasons as to how Kim Kardashian could become President one day.
As of right now, Kim Kardashian-West’s main concerns are the well-being of her family and running successful business ventures. At one point in time, Kim Kardashian’s reputation was reduced down to her leaked sex tape and being the main star of E!’s reality television series, Keeping Up With the Kardashians. These days, the socialite has found purpose, attending classes to become a lawyer and using her platform to affect prison reform. While in the past, the SKIMS CEO has stated that she doesn’t want to enter the political realm, Shark Tank‘s very own Daymond John believes that Kim Kardashian-West will be the President of the United States one day.

The FUBU founder ran into TMZ recently and the publication raised the topic of Mrs. West running for office and her chances of winning an election. Daymond John listed some quality reasons as to why Kim Kardashian could possibly become the President including her recent affiliation with justice reform, the female empowerment her family displays, her family leading a healthy lifestyle, and more. During the short interaction John stated:
“Listen, I think Kim could be President. She went ahead and she freed Alice (Marie Johnson) out of jail, she worked with the President, she’s going to get a further education… At the palm of her hand, she can touch 200 million people and maybe in eight years, she’ll have 500 million, 600 million (followers). She has LGBT in her family, has mixed relationships in her family, has a family full of women. She doesn’t drink, she doesn’t smoke, she doesn’t do anything else and people feel like they know her.”
Kim Kardashian-West has already partnered with current Head of State, Donald Trump, which boosts her political portfolio and has an insane social media following that could be influential to her being a strong Presidential candidate in the future. With the presence of 45 in the Oval Office today, how far-fetched is it for Kim Kardashian to be the leader of the free world one day? Daymond John thinks it’s an attainable goal for the reality TV starlet turned entrepreneur.
