Here's a comparison you probably never thought you'd hear: child actor turned Riverdale lead, Cole Sprouse, is getting mistaken for none other than Empire star Terrence Howard in a new photo shoot. On Wednesday (May 20th), Cole posted some photos from the summery shoot taken by photographer Alex Hainer, in which the actor rocks his natural blonde hair colour, a moustache and goatee, and a rare tan. "Some more from @alex_hainer to sever my audience in twain," Cole wrote in the caption on Instagram.

The photos began circulating online, and it didn't take long for someone to point out that Cole low key looks a lot like a rather unexpected person: Terrence Howard.

It’s always been clear that O’Shea Jackson Jr, the son of legendary rapper Ice Cube, takes more after his father than his mother. The actor actually played his dad in the 2015 film Straight Outta Compton, marking a significant family resemblance at the time. Today, the 29-year-old is celebrating his birthday and Cube came through to wish him all the best on Instagram, sharing a side-by-side photo of them together. The similarities are honestly shocking.

It’s been a running joke for years that O’Shea Jackson Jr looks more like Ice Cube than Ice Cube does… which is a bit of a tongue twister but still, alarmingly accurate. Fans thought that they were seeing double when the rapper shared a birthday picture of his son, remarking that the two look damn-near identical.

“Like father like son,” wrote one commenter. Another joked that Ice Cube would never need a DNA test to prove that O’Shea is his. Their mean mugs are basically the same and, despite some subtle differences in their facial expressions, we could have been convinced they were twins. In reality, there’s a twenty-one year age gap between father and son.

The youngest of the Jackson siblings, Janet Jackson, shared a lovely message on her Instagram post on New Year’s Day to ring in 2020 the right way. “Happy New Year everyone!” Janet wrote. “To my baby, to all my fans, my family and friends. May God bring U peace, joy, love, health & happiness to everyone around the world. Just love. An abundance of #LOVE. That’s what we need. Keep God close. Always. Love U guys. ????✨ #2020.” Along with spreading positivity for the new year, Janet also used the post to debut a fresh hairstyle by including a photo of herself sporting her new dreadlocks. Some fans flooded the comments with well wishes for the new year and compliments on Janet’s tresses, but many couldn’t help but notice just how closely Janet resembled her late brother, Michael Jackson, in this shot.

“Happy New Year Janet and oh boy how you look so much like Mike ❤️,” wrote one user. Another user mirrored these sentiments, commenting, “Looking just like ya brother Michael (RIP) . Happy New Year Janet!” Someone else said, “She look like mike in this pic,” while another person just straight up commented, “Michael Jackson.” The verdict seems to be pretty clear among Janet’s followers, and admittedly, she does bear a greater resemblance to her famous sibling in this photo than usual.
