Billie Eilish is growing up in the spotlight and, hopefully, it fares well for her. So far, she’s kept professional as stalkers and disrespectful individuals threaten her safety on a daily basis. 

This week, the 18-year-old recording artist took action against an obsessed fan who kept showing up at her door. Reaching out to the police after Prenell Rousseau, a 24-year-old man, kept trespassing on her property, it was revealed that the pop star has officially been granted a temporary restraining order for her and her parents. 

Last week, Rousseau reportedly started showing up at her door and asking Billie Eilish’s father through the Ring camera if the singer lived there. After telling him that he had the wrong house, Rousseau reportedly came back a total of seven times. He was only wearing a face mask two of those times and he never wore gloves as he fiddled with the doorbell and doorknob, avoiding social distancing.

Rousseau was taken into custody twice but he was promptly released since the police are trying to keep non-violent offenders out of jail due to COVID-19 concerns. 

The stalker has been ordered to remain 200 yards away from Billie and her parents.

There was a tense standoff between Earl Thomas and his wife last month after she reportedly caught him cheating on her. According to a report made by TMZ, the Baltimore Ravens player and his wife, Nina Thomas got into an argument on April 13 after they clashed about his drinking. Nina told authorities that Earl’s brother picked him up from their home after the NFL player became upset and wanted to leave. She hadn’t heard from him and didn’t know where he was, so she decided to log into his Snapchat to see what he was up to. What she found was Earl Thomas allegedly at a nearby Austin, Texas Airbnb with a woman.

Nina claims after she came across her husband’s infidelity, she called up two of her friends, grabbed her husband’s 9mm Berreta, and made her way to Earl’s location. There, they found Earl and his brother naked in bed with unidentified women. Nina told police that she only had the gun to scare Earl, but she admitted that upon finding her husband in bed with another woman, she pulled out the gun and aimed it at his head. She said that she didn’t believe she could actually harm her husband because she’d taken out the magazine. What she didn’t know was that there was a bullet in the chamber.

One of the unidentified women recorded the incident with her phone, including Nina holding the gun “from less than a foot away and it can clearly be seen that Nina’s finger was on the trigger and the safety is disengaged.” Earl was able to get the gun away from his wife, but Nina did strike her husband in the face before the altercation was over. She reportedly aimed the gun at the women in the house as well and yelled, “I got something for all you hoes!”

When police arrived, they arrested Nina and her two friends, one of which is said to have brought a knife. Nina was slapped with a charge of ” burglary of a residence with intent to commit aggravated assault with a deadly weapon – family violence.” She posted bail and was released. Earl and his mistress filed for and were granted restraining orders against Nina.

Most fans admire their favorite celebrities from afar, but there are a select few who don’t understand the concept of boundaries. Ariana Grande has had her fair share of frightening run-ins with fans who believe that they are somehow connected to the award-winning singer, including a man named Fidel Henriquez. According to reports, Henriquez was found trespassing on Ariana and her mother Joan’s property in March. TMZ reports that he was able to make his way in after tailing a delivery truck through the security gates.

The outlet further states that once Henriquez was on the property, he dug through their garbage bins and later knocked on Joan’s door. He had a note for Ariana Grande but was told to leave the property immediately Police were called and they reportedly found him nearby. One week later, Ariana and her mother filed for a restraining order against the obsessed fan, and on Tuesday (May 5) news circulated that they were granted a 5-year protective order.

According to the order, Henriquez “can’t come within 100 yards of Joan’s home, her vehicles … and of course, her and Ariana. Basically, he’s gotta stay the hell away. The guy’s also been instructed not to harass, threaten, intimidate or contact them in any other fashion — which covers everything from written correspondence to phone calls as well as any form of electronic messages, including texts and social media DMs.”

A woman who claims she was pistol whipped and held hostage by Yung Berg after the two had sex in his home has been granted a restraining order against the rapper-producer. Earlier this month, Talia Tilley alleged that Yung Berg, also commonly known by the alias Hitmaka, had hit her across the face with a pistol multiple times. She also accused him of holding her hostage and threatening to kill her. She was treated in a hospital following the alleged attack on March 14th, and found out she had suffered a “closed head injury, closed fracture of nasal bone, and facial lacerations.” As a result, the LAPD issued her an emergency protective order against Berg, which prevented him from contacting her and coming near or or her home. However, the temporary order expired last Friday, so Talia decided to file for an extension, which the judge has granted her a week later.

The alleged incident went down at Berg’s place at around 5:00am on March 14th. Talia claims he invited her over a few hours earlier, and the two of them proceeded to have sex before she fell asleep. Talia was woken by Berg, who complained that her phone kept ringing. Berg then allegedly began to get violent, slapping her with his pistol and threatening her life. According to her story, she was later let out of the house, but Berg and his security guard made her hand over her ID and social security card. She says she fears for her life because he knows where she lives, and she believes he wants her dead.

Berg has vehemently denied these accusations, claiming that he acted in self-defense because Talia was supposedly apart of a ploy to rob and kill him. He alleged that Talia was attempting to let in a gang of armed robbers to carry out a home invasion, but that they were caught by the security system before they could complete their mission. Talia has denied these home invasion claims. Berg has also accused her of making up the story just to get money from him.

Hitmaka's facing some serious allegations following an alleged altercation that took place recently. The producer was accused of pistol-whipping a woman named Taila Tilley, though he's denied he account of the story. He claimed that she was trying to set him up and he only hit her out of self-defense.

According to The Blast, Tilley has now filed a restraining order against the producer on claims that he threatened to kill her. In court documents recently filed, she details her side of the story. She claimed that she was asleep and Berg abruptly woke her up after her phone continuously rang. That's when he claimed that she was trying to set her up.

"Christian then got out of bed and began walking around his home checking his doors. He kept accusing me of trying to rob him and repeatedly asked me to hand over my phone. I did not want to give him my phone and we began arguing," she said. "hristian then began slapping me and pushed me to the ground. I tried to defend myself against the slapping and pushing, however, I was unable to. At this time, I knew I had to get myself to safety. I got myself off the ground and ran to the nearby bathroom and locked the door."

She added, "Christian’s security guard then approached us. He was dressed in all black with what appeared to be a pistol on his side. His security guard demanded that I hand over my phone. I refused. At this time, Christian was pacing back and forth and threatening to kill me. He pointed his gun directly in my face. I was crying and begging him for my life. I told him I had a family and four sisters and I did not want to die."

She said that she was taken to a hospital in L.A. to be treated for her injuries and had LAPD issue an emergency protective order. Tilley has hired Lisa Bloom was successfully got the restraining order granted. Hitmaka will have to stay 100 yards away from Tilley at all times. 

Ariana Grande is taking some necessary precautionary measures against the obsessed fan who showed up at her home with a love note, by filing for a restraining order. Throughout history, many celebrities have been the victim of crazy stalkers, who become so obsessed with these stars that they threaten their safety and can even turn violent. Unfortunately, Ms. Ariana Grande has become one such celebrity, and she’s been left with no choice but to seek protection from the court against the delusional man who recently trespassed her property to confess his love for her. On Friday, the popstar, along with her mother, Joan, filed legal documents seeking a temporary protective order against the stalker.

The scary incident occurred last Saturday afternoon, when a man somehow managed to bypass the security measures in place at Ariana’s home in Los Angeles and proceeded to knock on her door. Though Ariana was reportedly not home at the time, the property manager called the police, who identified the man as 20-year-old Fidel Henriquez. While officers were arresting Fidel, he allegedly spat on one of them. He was taken into police custody and booked for misdemeanor trespassing and felony battery. When police searched him, they found a love note written to Ariana that included directions on how to get to her residence.

Megan Thee Stallion's been at odds with her label 1501 Certified Entertainment and Carl Crawford over the past week or so. Although claims that Crawford was trying to prevent her from releasing new music became a prominent focus of this case, a judge granted Meg a temporary restraining order against 1501 Certified Entertainment that would allow her to move forward with the release of her new project.

According to Complex, she's earned herself a small W in the courtroom after Judge Robert K. Schaffer ordered an extension of the restraining order. At this point, it's unclear how long the extension but that will be determined in the same week the judge determines whether this case should go through arbitration. Crawford recently filed a motion pushing for the matter to be dealt with privately on claims that their contractual agreement includes any sort of disputes surrounding the contract be dealt with in arbitration. 

"Defendants reading of the contract is unreasonable," Megan's team responded in court documents. "Defendants' demand for arbitration does not preclude [Megan] from proceeding in state court."

Even though Megan Thee Stallion received an extension, there's no sign whether she plans on releasing new music anytime soon. After all, she is fresh off of the release of her new project SUGA which marks her first EP since 2019's Fever. She did, however, recently team up with Tyga for their new collab, "Freak."

A judge has officially denied the emergency motion filed by 1501 Certified Entertainment CEO Carl Crawford to dissolve Megan Thee Stallion‘s temporary restraining order against the label, which allowed her to release her debut album, SUGA, without his permission. Megan made her conflict with the label and Carl public this weekend by going on Instagram live to reveal that 1501 has been preventing her from releasing new music ever since she requested a renegotiation of her contract. She went on to file a lawsuit against 1501 and Carl, and was granted a temporary restraining order that allowed her to put out new music at her leisure. She immediately took advantage of the opportunity by announcing the upcoming release of her debut album, SUGA, this Friday, Match 6th. Carl took action by filing an emergency motion to have Megan’s restraining order tossed out, thus preventing her from releasing new music, but the judge denied his request on Wednesday night.

District Court Judge Beau A. Miller stated that “the album at issue may be dropped for distribution beginning March 6, 2020.” Miller also ordered that Rap-A-Lot Records head J. Prince, whom Megan’s team has accused of making threatening social media posts toward her after he publicly expressed his support of Carl in the whole debacle, to “refrain from threatening or posting threatening or retaliatory social media posts or threats against [Megan], her agents, or her representatives.” Miller also established some rules for both Megan and Carl, who, in the wake of Megan’s claims, spoke to the press to publicly denounce most of her story. Miller has thus prohibited both parties “from communicating with the media concerning the underlying issues in this case without court approval.” It looks like SUGA will most definitely be dropping tomorrow.

Without any final resolution being reached in Megan Thee Stallion‘s highly-publicized dispute with her record label, she announced today that she would be dropping her debut album Suga this Friday (Mar. 6). It was reported earlier this week that the Houston rapper had obtained a temporary restraining order against her label, 1501 Certified Entertainment, which would allow her to release new music as soon as she wished. Fans rejoiced when they discovered they’d be receiving her whole album imminently, rather than just a single, but now 1501 is threatening to sabotage everything.

According to TMZ, Carl Crawford, the CEO of 1501, has filed a motion to dissolve the temporary restraining order, as Meg’s contract supposedly stipulates that all disputes must be settled in arbitration. Therefore, he claims she had no right running to the court for a judge to intervene. Crawford is imploring that an emergency court hearing be held in Harris County, Texas today to put a halt to the Houston Hottie’s plans. 

While the $1 million lawsuit that Meg filed against her label on Sunday (Mar. 1) highlighted the lopsidedness of her recording contract and the disappointment Crawford’s despotism would be causing her fans, he’s arguing that she’s still obligated to abide by the contract that places control of her music distribution in his hands. Unless his demands are met – he alleges that Meg hasn’t paid him his rightful share of her profits for months – then he will do all in his power to block the release of Suga. 

Bhad Bhabie cannot go anywhere near Skai Jackson after a judge granted Jackson’s restraining order against the rapper, ordering her to stay 100 yards away due to her recent death threats. Bhad Bhabie, or Danielle Bregoli, has been going off on Jackson this week, accusing her of getting with multiple rappers that Bregoli considers friends including NBA YoungBoy and Lil Gotit, and even threatening to “kill” her. Though Jackson did not directly comment on the attacks, her mother did go after Bregoli, telling her to “leave my damn daughter alone.” Bregoli’s own mother ended up responding to the comment, which led to the two mothers firing shots back and forth at each other.

Jackson has maintained her silence, although she did take Bregoli’s death threats pretty seriously, as she filed a restraining order against her on Thursday. According to TMZ, the order has been granted by a judge, and Bregoli must remain 100 yards away from Jackson, her home, and her workplace at all times. She is also not permitted to contact her in any way. In the documents, Jackson says that she’s afraid to leave the house alone, and hasn’t slept well since her life was threatened. She feels that Bregoli is mentally unstable, and claims that she texted her 4 months ago telling her that she was going to fight her. The alleged messages were included in the filing.
