Nicki Minaj took her duties on the judging panel over at RuPaul's Drag Race very seriously, but the seasoned MC still took the time to bless us with a dope freestyle during the show's season 12 premiere. It was announced last month that the Queen would be making an appearance as a guest judge on the first episode of the iconic drag competition series' return, and on Friday night, we finally got to see her fulfill this role. It's clear that Nicki had a total blast evaluating the drag queens' performances, and she even got to give a little performance of her own. At one point during her judging gig, Nicki pulled up her Notes app and spit a pre-written freestyle to demonstrate for the girls the true meaning of "bars."
"First, I'm that b*tch, Imma only say it one time," Nicki began. "I body all these b*tches with just one rhyme/Chew 'em up, spit 'em out like it's gum time/Chinese bangs, ponytail, and a bun time/Fat ass, and my titties stay perky/Badass but I'm still a little quirky/American Express in my birky/If he got a real big D he can hurt me."

"Real rap we don't f*ck with facades," she continued. "Came from nothin' but I beat the odds/Pretty queen tings wit' young Nicki Minaj." To conclude her impressive run, Nicki shouted out her fellow judges surrounding her. "Queen RuPaul, Carson, and Michelle Visage." Let them know, Nicki!
Justin Bieber Parties With Quavo & Wife Hailey In NYC After "SNL" Performance
Justin Bieber hit the club with “Intentions” collaborator, Quavo, and wife, Hailey Bieber, following his performance on “Saturday Night Live.”
After dropping “Intentions,” the second single off his upcoming album, Changes, on Friday, Justin Bieber took the stage at 30 Rock as the musical guest on “Saturday Night Live.” After performing “Yummy,” the first single off Changes, Justin brought out a surprise guest to assist him on “Intentions.” As Justin’s backup dancers cut the choreography and made a break for it, Quavo appeared onstage to deliver his featured verse on the track. It looks like their performance was a success, as Justin and Quavo hit the town after the show with Justin’s wife, Hailey, to celebrate.
Justin and Hailey attended an SNL after-party at STK restaurant in NYC, where they were joined by Quavo, his girlfriend, Saweetie, “SNL” host, RuPaul, and various cast members from the sketch comedy show. They then took the festivities to 1OAK nightclub, where Justin and Quavo are shown getting lit together in some footage captured by TMZ. In the brief clip, “Intentions” plays while the Biebs and the Migo dance and sing along to their hit.

Hailey recently opened up about how Justin’s health struggles halted their wedding plans. “He was really sick. He has Lyme disease, and he was dealing with a bunch of medical stuff. We didn’t have a diagnosis,” Hailey revealed, noting that asking when their wedding would happen amidst Justin’s health scare “didn’t feel like the vibe at all.” Changes is set to release on Valentine’s Day next week, and will feature artists like Travis Scott, Post Malone, Kehlani, Summer Walker, and more. Justin is also releasing a docuseries called Seasons on Youtube, where he will detail his struggles with Lyme disease, as well as his past drug abuse and his marriage to Hailey.
Pete Davidson Is A Drag Queen Icon For "SNL" Skit With RuPaul
Pete Davidson’s “Chad” character goes full drag queen.
RuPaul hosted the newest episode of Saturday Night Live, and for one skit, he wasn’t the only one in drag.
For “Chad & RuPaul,” Pete Davidson returns to play his chill, stoner character, Chad, whom RuPaul sees a protégé in: “Where’s the next generation? Drag needs someone new,” he ponders while looking at Chad.
“Have you ever done drag?” RuPaul asks.
“No. Just weed and pills,” Chad answers.
Davidson’s completely empty performance juxtaposed to the glamour of drag and RuPaul’s high energy makes for a hilarious sketch. This is the ninth time Davidson has appeared as Chad on the show, with his last appearance coming in December with Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez.
Chad ends up falling in his heels and sparks doubt from RuPaul.
“I’ll ask you one more time Chad: Do you want to be the greatest drag queen in the world?” he asks.
“No,” Chad replies bluntly and wonders off. “Bye Ruple,” he says.
In the end, RuPaul learns an important lesson: “Some horses were born to run wild.”
All-in-all, it was a memorable episode of SNL. Justin Bieber appeared as the musical guest for the show and performed his new singles “Yummy” and “Intentions.” Check out his performance here.
