Josh Hart has been the subject of a lot of memes over the last couple of years. Of course, he is known as the guy who constantly gets left hanging by all of his teammates. Whether he is on the Los Angeles Lakers or the New Orleans Pelicans, he is constantly being dissed up by his teammates, although at this point, it's become one huge inside joke.
Recently, Hart was streaming video games on Twitch along with Donovan Mitchell of the Utah Jazz and De'Aaron Fox of the Sacramento Kings. At one point, Hart noted that Fox is the only player keeping Kings fans engaged and that one day he will bring them back to the glory days. That's when Fox noted to Mitchell that Hart has never made the playoffs before which led to a hilarious exchange.
Hart took it all in stride as he claimed the team would be able to get there, next season. With a healthy Zion Williamson, the Pelicans would certainly be a deadly team that could compete on a nightly basis with some of the league's powerhouses. For now, though, Hart will have to continue being subjected to the slander.
In the meantime, you can expect more NBA players to keep streaming on Twitch as they wait for NBA basketball to start back up again.
DeMarcus Cousins Has Harsh Words For Ex-Coach George Karl
DeMarcus Cousins wasn’t too fond of his old head coach.
DeMarcus Cousins started his career with the Sacramento Kings and while he had some dominant seasons, he had a tumultuous relationship with his head coach, George Karl. The Kings never had much success with Cousins as their star but he definitely made them watchable. Cousins’ stressed relationship with Karl was certainly a major storyline over the past decade and now that Cousins is on a different team, he can speak freely about his tenure with the struggling franchise.
During an appearance on the All The Smoke podcast with Stephen Jackson and Matt Barnes, Cousins was asked about his relationship with Karl and what his true thoughts were on the head coach. Based on his answer, it’s clear that he doesn’t exactly have the fondest memories of the man.
“One of the worst coaches I’ve ever had,” Cousins said. “Incredible mind. He’s just the worst coach. It’s just everything that comes with it.” Despite the negativity, at least Cousins had at least one compliment for his former coach.
As of right now, Cousins is without a team although he has been working out with the Los Angeles Lakers while he rehabs his ACL injury. It appears as though the team could sign him in the offseason once he gets healthy although that remains to be seen.
Luke Walton Goes Off On Luka Doncic Over Bad Officiating, Luka Responds
Luke Walton wasn't a fan of Luke Doncic getting every call.
Despite a ton of promise coming into the season, the Sacramento Kings have been downright abysmal this year. The Kings are one of those franchises that never seem to prosper no matter how hard they try. Last night was yet another example of that as they fell to the Dallas Mavericks by a score of 130-111. Perhaps the worst moment of the night was in the third quarter when Kings head coach Luke Walton received a technical foul for blasting the officials. At one point, Walton looked over at Mavs star Luka Doncic and told him to give the ref his autograph since he's clearly a fan. Of course, Walton was implying the ref was giving him easy calls.
According to those who saw the exchange take place, Doncic went over to Walton and simply said "don't do that." After the game, Doncic spoke about the incident saying stuff like that happens all the time and that it was "nothing special." Walton also went on to comment about the whole ordeal where he said: “I have all the respect in the world for Luka. He got what he wanted tonight, wherever he wanted. I wasn’t saying anything to him. I don’t know if he thought I said something to him."
If there is one thing for sure here, it's that Doncic got the last laugh. The Mavericks look destined to make it all the way to the playoffs and Doncic has been downright MVP-worthy, when he's healthy.
NBA & Louis Vuitton Unveil Larry O’Brien Trophy Travel Case: Photos
Victory travels in Louis V.
Yesterday (Jan. 22), the National Basketball Association (NBA) and world-renowned French fashion house, Louis Vuitton, announced a multiyear global partnership, making the luxury retail company the official traveling case creators for the league’s historic Larry O’Brien Trophy. Louis Vuitton’s new-found alliance with the NBA marks its first and only partnership with a professional North American sports league.

The traveling case set to house the 2019-20 Larry O’Brien Trophy was handcrafted in Louis Vuitton’s Asnières workshop outside of Paris. The standing trunk is dressed in premium, chocolate leather and coated in the fashion house’s coveted emblematic “LV” monogram canvas. Two horizontal white stripes trimmed in blue and red accents meet at the seam of the trunk as polished brass fixtures and a royal blue velvet interior lining close out the trophy trunk.
In a statement about their latest endeavor with the National Basketball Association, Louis Vuitton’s Chairman/CEO, Michael Burke, had this to say:
“Louis Vuitton and the NBA are both icons and leaders in their respective fields, and the joining of the two promises exciting and surprising moments, forging historic memories together.” Burke continued, “Louis Vuitton has long been associated with the world’s most coveted trophies, and with this iconic partnership the legacy continues – victory does indeed travel in Louis Vuitton!”
With Adam Silver and the NBA consistently expanding their international operations, an NBA x Louis Vuitton collaboration is a perfectly-executed sacrament that both parties will benefit from.
With both entities widely known for producing an elite product in their respective industries, we can expect more coming from the joint venture including future capsule collections, attire, and accessories designed by Virgil Abloh available for the public to consume.

Warriors’ Steve Kerr Ejected For Scolding Refs: "Wake Your Ass Up!"
Kerr got his money's worth last night.
Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr received an early exit during Monday night's loss in Sacramento - but he made the most of his time on the court. As seen in the video embedded below, Kerr delivered an all-time rant, instructing the officials to wake their ass up, after being hit with a pair of technical fouls by referee Jason Goldenberg.
That's called getting your money's worth. Kerr's ejection came late in the second quarter, shortly after the Kings benefitted from a continuation call and Golden State was not given the same courtesy. The Warriors would go on to lose by the final of 111-98, as they fell to 9-29 on the season. What's more, the team is currently riding a five game losing streak.
To make matters worse? Kerr and co. will host the NBA-leading Milwaukee Bucks on Wednesday night, followed by a road game against the Los Angeles Clippers on Friday.
Kyle Kuzma Trade Rumors: Kings Among Most Interested Teams
The Kings would have to give up a lot to get him.
Kyle Kuzma has been a name frequently thrown around in NBA trade talks. Last season, the Los Angeles Lakers young gun was brought up in every single Anthony Davis trade scenario although the Lakers were able to keep him, in the end. This season has been a bit of a struggle for Kuzma as he is averaging 11.8 points per game which is a career-low for him. Due to his performance, there have been rumors that the Lakers might be trying to trade him.
According to Marc Stein of the New York Times, the Sacramento Kings are one of the main teams trying to push Kuzma. If the Lakers were to make a deal with the Kings, they would be looking to secure the services of Bogdan Bogdanovic. With Bogdanovic, a deal is certainly unlikely.
There is no guarantee that Kuzma will be traded. For now, it seems as though teams are trying to start a dialogue with the Lakers. It remains to be seen whether or not the Lakers are actually taking these calls seriously and whether or not they will be looking to pull the trigger on a potential deal. The team is first place in the Western Conference with a record of 29-7 so they aren't exactly in a desperate situation.
Stay tuned for updates on this situation as we will be sure to bring them to you.
