The state of Georgia made headlines on Tuesday (June 9) as it was election day. The Southern state has recently been fraught with controversy pertaining to the recent riots that broke out in the city of Atlanta. Now, it's being reported by voters that they were left standing in line for hours as polling stations had numerous problems including machines that didn't work all over the state.
Some people have accused officials of voter suppression, alleging that malicious practices were set in place to make sure black people weren't able to cast their congressional vote in the middle of civil unrest. Thousands of people took to social media platforms to share their experiences in real-time, and over on Instagram, Scooter Braun popped up on Justin Bieber's account to share split-screens with real people trying to vote.
According to Scooter Braun, Justin Bieber wanted the world to see just how people were being treated at the polls. "He is on his bus traveling across the country with his wife and right now they don't have reception so he said, 'You log onto my account and go Live with LoTasha [Brown]. Give her my platform,'" Scooter stated.
According to LaTosha and another man with her, polls were supposed to close at 7:00 p.m. and it was 11:40 p.m. at the time of their conversation. People stood in line for upwards of five hours to vote, and some are calling the entire ordeal shady. Check it out below.
Justin Bieber Defends Ariana Grande Amid 6ix9ine Billboard Drama
Justin Bieber breaks down the analytics of the Billboard charts for Tekashi 6ix9ine.
It’s been a little over a week since 6ix9ine made his major return and it feels like the judge might be regretting not placing restrictions on his use of social media. He’s caused a stir already. He’s been trying to take on every single naysayer from his baby mama to the Billboard charts. As “GOOBA” debuts at number 3 on the Billboard Hot 100, the rapper’s challenged Justin Bieber and Ariana Grande with allegations that they manipulated the chart.
Ariana Grande fired back. “My fans bought the song. JUSTIN’S fans bought the song. OUR fans bought this song (never more than four copies each, AS THE RULES STATE). they are ride or die motherfuckers and i thank god every day that i have them in my life,” she said in retaliation. However, 6ix9ine combated that by claiming that he’s made it out of poverty and she’s essentially had a silver spoon handed to her. Needless to say, his rebuttal had little to do with his initial allegations and everything to do with their upbringings.
While 6ix9ine’s taken aim at Ariana Grande, it’s actually a Justin Bieber song that she features on. Both Justin Bieber and Scooter Braun didn’t attack 6ix9ine necessarily but they did give him a little lesson on how the Billboard charts work.
He says his streams don’t count. Yeus they do but he is counting his global streams and this is a domestic chart so only domestic streams count.
60,000 units came because we don’t disclose out numbers until the end of the week. That’s called strategy.
He said 30k was bought with 6 credit cards but that is a lie. The rules are clear one credit card can buy max 4 copies. Anything over that the entire amount gets thrown out. Nielsen company checks this and found all sales were legit becuase our fans are amazing and bought them. Don’t discredit out fan base with false info.
This is my song with Ariana Grande and I’m honored to work with her to help raise money for a great cause. If you gonna say her name make sure you say mine because it’s our song.
Of course, it didn’t take too long for 6ix9ine to catch wind of the comments, though he simply trolled Biebs for essentially wanting credit for his song. Check out his comment and the post below.
Wendy Williams Lacks Sympathy For Justin Bieber’s Drug Issues: "I Don’t Care"
She said he “tore up” her green room.
As someone who has a past involving drug and alcohol addiction, one would think Wendy Williams would have a bit more compassion for Justin Bieber. The singer revealed in the most recent episode of his Seasons documentary that he struggled with substance abuse. “There was a time when I was sipping lean, popping pills, doing Molly, shrooms, everything,” he said. “My security would come into my room at night to check my pulse. People don’t know how serious it got. It was legit crazy, scary. I was waking up in the morning and the first thing I was doing was popping pills and smoking a blunt and starting my day. It just got scary.”

Wendy addressed the revelation on her show during her infamous Hot Topics segment. “As soon as I heard it I was like, I don’t care,” Wendy said. “This boy has handlers. This boy has millions of dollars. This boy has mom and dad. He’s got Scooter Braun. He’s got his record label. Why should I care that he got hiccupped? I saw who he was hanging out with in the early days. I’m not surprised he was on lean, smoking weed at age 13.”
She then went on to say that the singer was a young, rich, and famous artist who rejected the authority figures in his life. “He tore up the green room here, I don’t have to tell you about that. He punched my John Anderson,” she said of her longtime staffer. “Everyone around here. But it was Scooter and his father that made him go upstairs and straighten up that green room.”
Wendy admitted that she hasn’t been keeping up with Bieber’s documentary because she doesn’t really care. “He’s decided that he wanted to stop doing drugs because he thought he was gonna die…duh!” she exclaimed. Check out Wendy’s rant about Bieber around the 12:00 minute mark below.

The 25-year-old’s new album will be his first studio record since his 2015 release Purpose. The pop singer recently shared “Yummy,” the album’s lead single, and as his team anticipates a rumored March release date, Bieber and friends gathered together to hear the project before anyone else.
Variety reports that Bieber joined together with listeners at West L.A.’s Village Recorders, and while giving a speech to a crowd of approximately 200 people, the singer broke down in tears. “I don’t even think I should be alive never mind thrive,” he said as he recounted his depression while both growing up and being “hurt by the industry.” At one point, he reportedly looked over to Scooter Braun and tearfully said, “You walked with me through a lot of sh*t.”
Bieber didn’t go into detail about those that he said did him wrong, but he did add that he went through a period of confusion because he didn’t know who was trustworthy. The Christian singer also spoke about relying on God through his struggles. “There’s power in weakness,” he said. He told his wife Hailey Bieber, “I love you with all my heart…and I’m so proud of us.”
Before streaming the album, which is said to have heavy R&B influences, Bieber joked that he had to “get it together… I’m gonna go shoot myself.” He made sure to repeatedly state that he was just kidding and didn’t mean that in any serious manner. Are you ready for R&Bieber?
