Trippie Redd might not look it, but the Love Letter To You 4 rapper is as dexterous as anyone in the game. At least when it comes time to react in the face of highly mobile debris. Such was indeed the case during a recent concert at Houston’s Revention Center, a sold-out show at that. While the performance was by and large a smooth affair, one overzealous fan decided to engage in some reckless and ill-advised behavior, putting the entire event at risk in the name of — something or other.

Footage reveals the incident in question: Trippie, deep in concentration during a performance of “U Deserve It,” spitting bars for his loyal followers. All of a sudden a piece of debris comes flying toward him like a bat out of hell, forcing Trippie to input the “bullet time” cheat code in the blink of an eye. Somehow, he’s able to dodge the projectile with Neo-esque finesse, immediately calling for the song to be cut short.

The mood quickly sours as Trippie threatens to call it a night. Perhaps emboldened by the threat of a premature exit, several of the concertgoers actually pinpoint the culprit, essentially rendering him a public enemy. From that point, Trippie declares a martial law of sorts, requesting that the offender receive a fist to the jaw for his troubles. Severe to be sure, but can one truly hold Trippie’s emotional response against him? Were it not for his truly catlike reflexes, who knows what damage might have been done? 

Lil Baby's concert in Alabama was shot up on Saturday night, which reportedly left one person injured. He was performing at the Bill Harris Arena in Birmingham, when a shooting broke out inside the venue that led the artist to flee the stage. According to a local Alabama news source, the victim was taken to UAB Hospital for treatment with critical injuries.

Police reportedly descended onto the arena at approximately 10:00pm. Video footage captured by various concertgoers shows what appears to be a fight breaking backstage. During the altercation, a gunshot can be heard.

This weekend, Oprah Winfrey was speaking on stage during her world tour when, out of nowhere, she lost her footing and took a hard fall, injuring her leg. In the direct aftermath, the former talk show host was clowned by figures such as 50 Cent and Snoop Dogg, who joked that Michael Jackson and Kobe Bryant’s ghosts were there to trip her in front of her audience. Oprah and her best friend Gayle King have been receiving a lot of backlash for their recent moves, including documentaries denouncing Michael Jackson and King’s words about Bryant’s legacy. Oprah has since spoken out about her fall on stage.

“Sunday Reading and icing. Thank you all for your kind wishes,” wrote Oprah Winfrey on a photo of her wearing a special ice wrap on her leg. “Yes I slipped on stage and I’m now a meme. But so grateful to be only a little sore.”

When she fell on stage, Oprah was ironically speaking about balance, losing her footing because of her high heeled shoes. In an alternate reality, 50 Cent and Snoop Dogg believe that Kobe Bryant and Michael Jackson blew major gusts of wind to embarrass her in front of her audience.  

Thankfully, the television mogul is not too banged up from the fall.

James Harden is currently enjoying the NBA All-Star break, having off until Thursday and partying it up in Las Vegas while he can. Although he attempted to remain low-key at Jewel Nightclub in his hoodie, that was no longer an option after Desiigner came through to perform a few of his hit records, luring The Beard to dance nearby. Debuting a brand new bearded look himself, the G.O.O.D. Music critic sang along to “Panda,” the song that forced everyone to pay attention to him in the first place. All eyes were on the 22-year-old when he ended up slipping, falling off the platform and onto James Harden.

In a video captured by TMZ, Desiigner can be seen jumping up-and-down as he periodically raised the microphone to his mouth, singing along to “Panda.” When he lost his footing though, the artist took a tumble right onto JH, who had a front-row seat to the performance. According to the source, the basketball star got right back up and was not injured, which would have broken the hearts of Houston Rockets fans worldwide. The fall took place at approximately 1:30 AM last night.

Afroman was on stage last night when he took a fall for the worst but fortunately, he got right back up with his Pimp Challice still standing upright. According to TMZ, the comedy-rapper known for singles like “Crazy Rap” and “Because I Got High” was performing at Montbleu Resort in Lake Tahoe on Saturday night when he took a little tumble on stage. A small misstep and he ended up falling off of the stage but thankfully, he bounced back really fast with his pimp chalice still in his hand.

In the footage that surfaced online, the rapper is seen in the middle of the song slipping before a few stagehands help him get back up. He was in the midst of “Crazy Rap” when the fell happened but as a seasoned performer, that didn’t deter him from missing the rest of the single and he bounced back with the bedazzled cup still in his hand.

There’s a reason why he kept such a firm grip on the cup, by the way. His producer Ditch said that it’s a product from Crunk Cup’s Debby the Glass Lady who sells these very chalices for $3K.

It goes without saying but he didn’t sustain any injuries from the fall and was good for the remainder of the evening. Ditch said Afroman was even dancing with a mystery girl after his show. 

Austin Joyner, the 17-year-old fan who refused to say "Fuck Donald Trump" at a YG concert last year, posted a lengthy response to the incident on Friday and says he forgives YG for calling him out publically, as reported by Complex.

It's 2020! Last night, Post Malone performed at Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve extravaganza in New York City. Post stood out though in his pink suit and cowboy boots as he gave the crowd spirited live renditions of "Congratulations" and "Circles."
