He's commanding the attention of the world and it doesn't look as if Tekashi 6ix9ine is letting up anytime soon. The colorful rapper has been a tornado ever since he released his single "GOOBA" and now he's returned, accusing Billboard of manipulating the charts in order to keep him from having the No. 1 song on the Hot 100. Tekashi 6ix9ine blasted both Ariana Grande and Justin Bieber for inching ahead of him with their song "Stuck With U," saying that Ariana's team used multiple credit cards to get her song's numbers over the line.

In his video, 6ix9ine also shows a chart of numbers where viewers can see that he had 51 million streams as compared to Billboards stats that showed 31 million. The rapper yells once again, accusing Billboard of doing dirty deeds behind the scenes. Billboard responded to the allegations, including noting that whatever chart 6ix9ine was referring to in his video isn't verifiable.
"The chart forecast referenced was not created nor provided by Billboard to the industry," they wrote in the article. "Those with access to sales, streaming and radio data from various sources often create their own chart models and update them at their own frequency. Billboard does not distribute any Hot 100 ranking forecast to labels, management or artists.
They also wrote that the number listed on 6ix9ine's "GOOBA" YouTube video shows global plays, while they only count U.S.-based plays. Billboard also addressed the "six credit cards" claim. "Billboard and Nielsen Music/MRC Data conducts audits on all sales reported with access to purchase-level detail, and works with data partners to recognize excessive bulk purchases and remove those units from the final sales total. All titles this week, as in every week, were put under the same scrutiny. (Billboard has reached out to Fame House/Bravado, retailer and reporter of director-to-consumer sales, for further comment about the sales data provided for 'Stuck With U.')

6ix9ine Accuses Billboard Of "Manipulating The Charts"
Tekashi 6ix9ine called out Billboard for seemingly manipulating the charts in favour of Ariana Grande and Justin Bieber going No. 1 instead of him.
Tekashi 6ix9ine was in disbelief after Ariana Grande and Justin Bieber's "Stuck With U" jumped ahead of his song, "Gooba," in a forecast of next week's Hot 100 chart, so he decided to send a public message to Billboard. “Imma make this real quick, ‘cause I’ll be real disappointed if Billboard gets paid for No. 1s [and] somehow manipulate the charts," he declared in an Instagram video. “I want the whole world to see this, because what I’m about to show you is a forecast of what every label in the world gets: Atlantic, Interscope, Republic, Columbia, Sony, Universal Music, every label gets this."

He proceeds to show said forecast that his label received on Thursday (May 15th), which shows Doja Cat and Nicki Minaj remaining at No. 1 with “Say So (Remix),” while “GOOBA” sits at No. 2. Below them are The Weeknd’s "Blinding Lights" (No. 3), Megan Thee Stallion and Beyoncé’s “Savage (Remix)” (No. 4), and Ari and Justin at No. 5. However, he indicates that “Stuck With U” submitted 60,000 units "out of nowhere” at the “last second” on Thursday night, which he claims is “completely illegal.” Now, a new forecast reads that “Stuck With U” has reached No. 1, “GOOBA” remains at No. 2, and “Say So (Remix)” is now at No. 3.

“They went from being fifth place to first place out of nowhere,” he says about Ari and Justin. The kicker for him, though, is that Billboard was promoting a signed CD bundle for Ari and Justin, which he believes helped to "manipulate the charts" and get "Stuck With U" to No. 1.
He points out that, considering “GOOBA” has garnered "200 million streams," which he claims is "double the streams" than any other song on the charts right now, he should be dominating by “a landslide." He also claims that Doja Cat’s label sent an audit to Billboard because they, too, are suspicious about the sudden chart position of her song after it dropped to No. 3.
“Literally, you’re manipulating the charts now," he concludes. "How can an artist that works hard get No. 1?" Prior to this rant, 6ix9ine previously sent out a similar warning to Billboard not to mess with the numbers. "The world is watching very closely," he wrote on a since-deleted Instagram post. "I will hate to believe that people pay for their spins on the radio and making manipulating bundles to manipulate the chart."
Demi Lovato & New BF Go Public In Ariana Grande & Justin Bieber’s New Video
Demi Lovato and her new boyfriend, Max Ehrich, confirmed their relationship by sharing a kiss in Ariana Grande and Justin Bieber’s “Stuck With U” video.
Demi Lovato has made it official with her new boyfriend, Young and the Restless star, Max Ehrich. In the music video for Ariana Grande and Justin Bieber‘s new duet, “Stuck With U,” which is comprised of different clips of fans dancing to the track in quarantine, Demi and Max publicly confirmed their relationship for the first time by sharing a smooch. Although the singer and actor have been spotted together on multiple occasions and were practically confirmed to be boo’d up back in March, the couple are no longer keeping their relationship behind closed doors.
Around the 2:56 mark of the montage music video, Demi and Max can be seen in a dreamy room with a starry night sky projected on the walls. The couple goofed around briefly before sharing a kiss while slow-dancing to the charitable track, all the proceeds of which will be donated to the First Responders Children’s Foundation. Demi proceeded to post a screenshot of the romantic moment on her Instagram story, tagging Max and including a trio of lovestruck emojis. She also gave a shoutout to 2 Chainz, who could be seen dancing with his wife in the same frame as Demi and Max in the video.
Along with Ari, Justin, Demi, Max, and 2 Chainz, other celebrities that made appearances in the video include Kendall and Kylie Jenner, Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher, and many more. One semi-celeb that didn’t quite make the cut, though, was Tiger King star, Carole Baskin.
Ariana Grande "Did Not Allow" Carole Baskin To Be In "Stuck With U" Video
Ariana Grande clarified that she "did not allow or approve" a clip of "Tiger King" star Carole Baskin to be included in her and Justin Bieber's "Stuck With U" music video.
Ariana Grande and Justin Bieber's DIY music video for their new collaboration, "Stuck With U," may be fan-made, but one individual's submission did not quite make the cut. The pop stars announced last week that they'd linked up to deliver their first-ever duet, "Stuck With U," to support coronavirus relief efforts. They revealed that all the proceeds from streams and sales would be donated to First Responders Children’s Foundation to fund grants and scholarships for children of healthcare workers, emergency medical technicians, paramedics, police officers and firefighters.

The duo also invited fans to send in their own videos of themselves dancing to the instrumental of "Stuck With U" to celebrate who they're "stuck" with during quarantine, and have a chance to be included in the official music video for the single. On Thursday (May 7th), just hours before the official release, however, Ari revealed that she had consciously excluded one "fan" in particular from the video's final cut: Tiger King star, Carole Baskin.
After Justin tweeted out a clip of Carole and her current husband, Howard Baskin, aptly-dressed in feline-themed getups and swaying back and forth to the "Stuck With U" instrumental, Ari made it clear that this wasn't included in the actual video. "Tonight. #stuckwithu. He ain’t going nowhere," Justin wrote, to which Ari said, "For the record, i did not allow or approve this clip to be in the actual video. but. nonetheless. it exists and that’s ..... unique. anyway, 7.5 hours !"
While Ariana does not elaborate on why she didn't include Carole's submission in the video, it's possible that it has to do with the controversy that has surrounded the big cat conservator since Tiger King began airing on Netflix. It is widely believed by many viewers of the docuseries that Carole was involved in the murder and disappearance of her first husband, Don Lewis. However, Carole told TMZ that she isn't upset that her submission was rejected; in fact, she's just happy Biebs tweeted out the clip and "hopes it doesn't attract too many of the haters who have been bashing us since being misled by Tiger King." Justin Bieber & Ariana Grande Announce New Collab "Stuck With U"
Justin Bieber and Ariana Grande are dropping a new collab, "Stuck With U," next Friday, and all the proceeds are going toward coronavirus relief efforts.
Justin Bieber and Ariana Grande are teaming up to help support coronavirus relief efforts by dropping a new collaboration, "Stuck With U," next week. On Thursday (April 30th), JB tweeted that he'd be making a "special announcement" on Friday at 10:00am PST, and while this teaser already had the Beliebers reeling, the Arianators became involved when Ms. Grande retweeted that she'd be seeing everybody there.
Of course, this interaction caused massive speculation that the two had something in the works, perhaps a collab or maybe (although a long shot) a joint album? It looks like the former was true, as the two popstars announced that they'll be releasing a new song, "Stuck With U," next Friday (May 8th), and donating all the net proceeds to various organizations that are helping to support those impacted by the coronavirus pandemic.
"Grateful to announce that my friend and i have partnered with [First Responders Children’s Foundation] and [SB Projects] on this release," Ari wrote on her Instagram post, which features the official single art by Liana Finck. "Proceeds from the streams and sales of #stuckwithu will be donated to First Responders Children’s Foundation to fund grants and scholarships for children of healthcare workers, emergency medical technicians (EMTs), paramedics, police officers and firefighters serving at the front lines during the global pandemic." She also added that more information about the single, which is available for pre-save now, will be revealed later today.
