Miami Heat rookie Tyler Herro recently hopped on a boat with Taylor Rooks for a new episode of "Take It There," during which the sharp shooting guard was asked to rank the Top 5 Miami Heat players of all-time. Legends such as Tim Hardaway and Alonzo Mourning, who are two of the four Heat players to have had their jerseys retired, did not make the cut.

Herro, 20, had a list that was heavily influenced by Miami's "Big 3" era, as Dwyane Wade, LeBron James and Chris Bosh all got the nod as Top 5 players in his eyes. Considering what the trio accomplished together in South Beach, and the fact that both Wade and Bosh have already had their jerseys raised to the rafters at AmericanAirlines Arena, most Heat fans would probably agree with that take.
But if Mourning and Hardaway weren't worthy of Herro's Top-5, then who was? Skip to the 9:18 mark in the video embedded below to see his full list.
And if you don't have time to watch the clip I'll just let you know that Herro selected Shaq and Jason "White Chocolate" Williams as the other two members of his Miami Heat Top-5. Both electric players in their own right, but worthy of a spot on Miami's all-time Top 5? That, folks, is what we call a hot take.

Kevin Durant Picks 5 NBA Players’ Mixtapes He’d Watch Forever
Kevin Durant names the five NBA superstar highlight reels that he’d watch forever, including Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant.
Kevin Durant recently sat down for a fun interview with Taylor Rooks as part of the new season of “Take It There,” during which the two discussed Durant’s bizarre old tweets, adjusting to life in New York City, and the late, great Kobe Bryant. During the episode, Durant was also asked this hypothetical question: “If you could only watch basketball highlights of five players forever, who are the players?”

Durant quickly rattled off Kobe Bryant and Michael Jordan, before adding Shaquille O’Neal, Magic Johnson and LeBron James.
“Kobe, Mike… Damn, that’s tough,” Durant said. “Shaq, Magic and Bron.”
“If I couldn’t watch anyone else, and I just had to watch those five, I think I’d be good the rest of my life,” Durant added.
In regards to Kobe specifically, KD explained just how much he values the way the Black Mamba played the game, something he got to witness first hand during their time with Team USA in 2012. Says Durant (H/T Clutchpoints):
“Just the first few practices of Team USA in 2012. Just his approach to practice and then also how he played the games and his focus on what he wanted to do out there on the court. He was a defender for us and a shotmaker. So to see Kobe play a role outside of just being the main scorer, it showed me that anybody can lock into a role and perfect it.”
“As a hooper, I wanted his aesthetic as a player. It was pretty sweet to see his methods. I didn’t really get to appreciate it until I got older as a player and start to see, ‘Oh that’s what he meant’ when he was doing it this way. I’m always going to live with Kobe in my heart.”

Kevin Durant Comments On Steph Curry & Ja Morant’s Twitter Beef
Kevin Durant was dragged into a beef he never started.
Kevin Durant‘s time with the Golden State Warriors was fairly conflicting. On one hand, KD was able to win two championships and two Finals MVPs in the process. However, there were numerous times where Durant’s standing with the squad was questioned. It became clear that Durant never felt like he fit in and eventually, he left.
Recently, Ja Morant of the Memphis Grizzlies went after Andre Iguodala for not playing with the team. This led to a response from Steph Currywho immediately got hit with a photo of Durant, Ja. On the latest episode of Bleacher Report’s Take It There with Taylor Rooks, Durant was asked about the Twitter squabble and how he felt about all of it. As he explains, it’s not that serious.
“There has always been speculation about what my place on the team was and what I meant to the team, but I don’t think anyone on the Warriors was upset that he posted a picture of me,” Durant said. “We’re all brothers and we’ve won championships together. It wasn’t anything more than a little jab, I guess?”
Durant is currently out with a ruptured Achilles tendon which means most of his attention is on getting healthy again. Regardless, it must have been surprising to see a rookie use him as a prop for taking some quick shots. Either way, it seems like KD is finally secure in his past free agency decisions.
