Deion Sanders is one of the best players in NFL history so it only makes sense that his son would be a pretty great football player as well. His son Shedeur is currently a four-star recruit in high school and is about to enter his senior year. Beyond this season, he has offers from some of the best college programs in the country and he is hard at work, trying to get his skills where they need to be.
Shedeur has been able to enlist none other than Tom Brady for some help on the field. Brady is the GOAT in many people's eyes so you can imagine how excited Sanders was to train with the best. Even Deion got in on the fun as he took to Instagram to express just how much pride he has right now.
"They’re things In Life even the father can’t teach the son but GOD always provides a way if there’s a will. @tombrady I thank u,appreciate & love the man, The father and the athlete u are. This is NEXT LEVEL TYPE OF STUFF," he wrote.
With Brady's help, Shedeur Sanders is certainly on the right path and with Deion behind him, a recipe for success is truly brewing here.
6ix9ine Displays Questionable Boxing Technique In New Video
Tekashi 6ix9ine appears to be training in light of all these rapper boxing matches.
Quarantine has made everyone loopy these past few weeks and it is clear that society is ready to start going back into the fresh air and interacting with one another. Many have already begun integrating themselves back into the world, even if social distancing restrictions have yet to be lifted. Regardless, it looks like we’re all ready to enjoy our respective summers and some of these rappers are looking to get in on the fun with some friendly boxing matches. For instance, Lil Tjay and YK Osiris recently squared up while Trippie Redd was supposed to battle Osiris on IG Live tonight.
Trippie Redd eventually decided to bow out of the fight although it seems like his arch-nemesis Tekashi 6ix9ine is gearing up for a career in boxing of his own. In the clip below, 6ix9ine can be seen dawning gloves as he spars with his girlfriend Jade who is covered in pillows as a means to protect her. 6ix9ine displays some of the worst foot-work we have ever seen although we’re pretty that’s the whole point considering his troll aesthetic.
Let us know in the comments below who you think he should fight. Considering the circumstances, the venue would probably have to be his basement.

"Starting today, all the New York professional sports leagues will be able to begin training camps,'' the governor said in a news conference, Sunday.
Sports facilities have been on pause for over two months, due to the coronavirus outbreak.
"I believe that sports that can come back without having people in the stadium, without having people in the arena -- do it! Do it!'' Cuomo said. "Work out the economics, if you can. We want you up. We want people to be able to watch sports. To the extent people are still staying home, it gives people something to do. It's a return to normalcy. So we are working and encouraging all sports teams to start their training camps as soon as possible. And we'll work with them to make sure that can happen.''
New York City has been one of the worst-hit regions in the world, with regard to COVID-19. There have been over 197,000 confirmed cases and over 16,000 coronavirus-related deaths. Daily figures have begun to steadily trend downward.
The NBA, MLB, and NHL are all in the process of planning a resumption of their respective seasons.

Jimmy Butler Reveals What His Quarantine Routine Looks Like
Jimmy Butler isn’t in a rush to watch “The Last Dance,” apparently.
Jimmy Butler is one of the more interesting characters in the NBA these days and he is always marching to the beat of his own drum. That’s why it shouldn’t be surprising when he reveals that he is doing the exact opposite of most people. For instance, in a recent interview with the Miami Herald, Butler revealed that he hasn’t seen a single second of the Michael Jordan documentary, “The Last Dance.”
Instead, Butler has been training at ungodly hours of the morning, while also kicking the soccer ball around when he has some spare time. Needless to say, the Miami Heat star is looking for alternative ways to pass the time in quarantine.

“I haven’t seen this MJ doc. I haven’t seen it,” Butler said. “And I’m just like you know what, everybody is watching it so I’m gonna go outside and work on my true calling and I just kick a soccer ball around. […] Another day in the life. So bored,” Butler said. “… It’s the same [thing] every day for me. We’re in California. We wake up early as hell. So like we normally train at 5:30 a.m. and then we have not [expletive] to do for the rest of the day, literally.”
Butler’s Heat were having a very nice season prior to the NBA shut down and we’re sure he is eager to get back out on the court.

NBA Players Will Need 30 Day Training Period Before Season Resumes: Report
NBA general managers and trainers will reportedly need a 30-day training period for players to get back in shape before games can begin.
There is reported concern rising among NBA general managers and athletic training staffers regarding the shape of the league’s players whenever the schedule does resume. Some sources have told ESPN that even when the league is ready to start again, they will need at least a 30-day training period.

“But I need these guys pushing their bodies for at least 30 days prior to the first meaningful basketball game,” one general manager told ESPN’s Baxter Holmes. “And by meaningful basketball game, I mean a postseason game.”
“You’ll have [players] from one extreme to the other,” said an athletic training staff official. “So you’ve sort of just got to go with the mindset, ‘No one’s been training how they should be [and] everyone’s very out of shape.'”
Milwaukee Bucks Forward Khris Middleton explained how he’s been handling the time off during a phone call with reporters:
Since the practice facility is closed down, I don’t have any access to a basketball goal unless I go to one of my neighbors’ house to shoot outside. It’s really no basketball for me. Like Giannis [Antetokounmpo] said, it’s the treadmill, the jump rope, some weights and that’s it. I have a couple of basketballs I can just dribble in my house or outside, but no actual goal to go shoot on.
As of Sunday, there is no set return date for the NBA season.

Tyson Fury Reveals His Bizarre & Sexual Training Regimen
Fury wants his testosterone levels up.
Tyson Fury has been one of the most peculiar characters in the boxing world over these past few years. He is constantly running his mouth and revealing just a bit too much information about himself. In the lead up to his rematch with Deontay Wilder, Fury has been particularly chatty and is constantly looking for ways to build intrigue. This time around, Fury is giving us a deep dive into his training regimen and what he's been doing to make sure he's ready for the fight.
According to boxing journalist Manouk Akopyan, Fury revealed that he masturbates seven times a day and will be doing that until his fight on February 22nd. For Fury, masturbation allows him to pump up his testosterone levels which will give him more power come fight night.
"I'm masturbating 7 times a day to keep my testosterone pumping. Pump it, pump it, pump it, pump it up! Dontcha know! I gotta to keep active & the testosterone flowing for the fight. Don't want the levels to go down," he said. Fury's latest admission is certainly a bizarre one and we're sure he'll be revealing a lot more as the day of the fight approaches.
Let us know in the comments what you think of this training strategy and whether or not it will work.
Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson Looks Insanely Shredded While Training For "Black Adam"
Is The Rock even human?
Well, they don’t call him “The Rock” for nothing. Dwayne Johnson officially announced last November that he would be playing the titular character the film adaptation of DC Comics’ Black Adam, and it appears that he couldn’t be taking the physical demands of the role any more seriously. On Friday, The Rock shared some photos of himself mid-workout in preparation to shoot the origin story movie for Black Adam this summer.
Using the same caption in these first two posts to double the powerful effect, The Rock wrote, “New era. #dcuniverse #blackadam⚡️ @jonbrandoncruz ? Shooting starts this summer.” He captioned the third photo from his weight-lifting workout, in which he’s switched over to using a barbell, “The hierarchy of power in the #DCUniverse is about to change. #NewEra #AntiHeroTraining #BlackAdam⚡️ @jonbrandoncruz ?Shooting starts this summer.”
While the photos have definitely been edited in such a way that emphasizes The Rock’s ripped muscles, it’s still incredible to see how jacked he is. Though he did indicate that his character’s arch-nemesis, Shazaam, likely won’t be making an appearance in the film, he did reveal that Black Adam, which is set to be released in theatres around the end of 2021, will serve as the cinematic introduction of The Justice Society of America from the comics.
