While he doesn't provide a tracklist, he does reveal that the album will be arriving on June 18th, next Friday. In the interim, he invites his fans to flood the comment section with his signature "1400," a request to which they happily oblige. Should you be intrigued in knowing a little more about Redd's upcoming body of work, know that the young rapper recently previewed an upcoming single, one that really emphasizes his strong ear for melody.
And if that wasn't enough, Akademiks recently came forward to hit Trippie with a major co-sign, teasing an impressive release across the board. "Trippie Redd played me his whole album yesterday," he wrote, a few days ago. "That shit is def fire.. imma just leave this tweet right here that I can say 'told you so' when it drops." While Ak's promising words gestate, behold the album artwork below and look for Dreamer to arrive in full on June 18th.
Trippie Redd Previews Melodic New Single
Trippie Redd provides fans with a glimpse at his upcoming sound, taking to Instagram to preview a melodic new single.
Trippie Redd has been steadily delivering the best music of his career, gaining further artistic confidence that has not gone unnoticed. At the tail end of 2019, Trippie came through and dropped off A Love Letter To You 4, featuring appearances from DaBaby, Juice WRLD, Smokepurpp, Tory Lanez, Lil Yachty and more. Now, Trippie has provided fans a new glimpse into what he’s been cooking up, taking to Instagram to preview a new snippet from his next body of work.

Teasing a release in the two to three weeks following his birthday, Trippie invited fans to sweeten the pot with an influx of emojis in the comment section; upon hearing the snippet, many were happy to acquiesce to his request. Insofar as the music itself, the track finds Trippie spitting melodic lines over a soothing guitar instrumental. “Fiending for your love every damn day, put my love above drive me insane,” he sings. “A little Hennessy a little Dusse, baby make a movie with me — Blu-Ray.”
With Trippie’s 21st birthday going down on June 18th, don’t be surprised to see him begin a summertime rollout — one that hopefully culminates in a new album from the young melodist. Do you consider yourself to be a fan of Trippie Redd?
Trippie Redd Influences Label To Donate $500K To Combat Racial Injustice
Trippie Redd’s record label 10K Projects commits to donating $500K to combat racial injustice in America.
Trippie Redd gets a lot of flack for his social media antics but this week, he proved that he has a good heart.
The Ohio native pressured his label to deliver in the current fight to take down systemic racism and they came through with a large donation.
“I made a call to my label,” said Trippie on Instagram, sharing a report that 10K Projects had donated half a million dollars to fight racial injustice. “Won’t sit back and let things happen to my people knowing I’m around people with good hearts and souls that have no problem helping the cause.”
The initiative that was launched by 10K Projects is called 10K Together. It will work to offer job opportunities to black youth, as well as support for black-owned businesses. $500K will be spent over the course of five years as part of a comprehensive program for charity, youth empowerment, and more.
As a first step, 10K Projects has donated $25K to Color of Change.
“We all have a responsibility to be the change we want to see in the world, but making a real difference is going to take a long-term commitment,” says Elliot Grainge, the founder of the label. “We encourage our colleagues in the independent community to join us in our long-term fight against racist policies and racial injustice in this country and to create opportunity within the community that has given us all so much.”
Trippie Redd’s Ex-GF Threatens To "Expose" Tekashi 6ix9ine
Tekashi 6ix9ine attempts to troll his rival Trippie Redd before the rapper’s ex-girlfriend Ayleks threatens to “expose” him.
Trippie Redd’s ex-girlfriend Ayleks is threatening to “expose” Tekashi 6ix9ine after the rapper trolled Trippie on Instagram. What with? Nobody is quite sure yet.
Tekashi 6ix9ine has lots of history with Trippie Redd. Their differences span back several years, back to when they initially worked together on the song “POLES1469.” The track earned 6ix9ine a lot of attention but the two artists seemingly grew to dislike one another shortly after its release. From that point on, Trippie Redd was one of 69’s biggest targets on the internet. In fact, he even brought up the rapper in court when he was under trial.

Now, it looks like Trippie’s ex-girlfriend Ayleks is fighting his battles for him because, after Tekashi 6ix9ine dropped some troll comments on Instagram, she threatened to leak some information that he may not want in the public.
“@6ix9ine relax before I expose you,” wrote Ayleks in response to one of his comments.
The rainbow-haired rapper famously claimed to have had sex with Ayleks after she broke up with Trippie Redd in 2018.
“I fucked the shit out of that n***a girl,” he told paparazzi in Beverly Hills at the time. Maybe the dirt that Ayleks is threatening to expose has to do with that?
How do you see this progressing?
Trippie Redd Bows Out Of Boxing Match With YK Osiris Hours Before Face-Off
Trippie Redd decided not to go through with his scheduled boxing match with YK Osiris, stating that he doesn’t “want to associate myself with bullsh*t.”
Much to the disappointment of fans, Trippie Redd and YK Osiris did not face-off in their planned boxing match last night, as the former dropped out of the fight mere hours before it was scheduled to take place. After YK squared off with Lil Tjay in the “ring” earlier this week, for which they got clowned by both 6ix9ine and Tory Lanez, the self-proclaimed king of R&B sought out a new sparring partner. Trippie Redd was the ultimate opponent of choice for the singer, who was unanimously deemed the winner in his boxing match with Tjay. YK announced on Thursday (May 28th) that he would be going glove to glove with Trippie the following day over Instagram live, with 6ix9ine and Akademiks signing on as commentators.

However, only a few hours before the match, Trippie threw in the towel. The rapper took to IG live to explain why he was dropping out.
“Aight so listen,” Trippie began. “It was gon’ be a fight, right? Now it’s not gon’ be a fight. I tried to tell y’all I don’t want to associate myself with bullsh*t, and y’all try to associate me with bullsh*t. I don’t get why ’cause I’m a real n*gga and I don’t won’t to be part of nothing that has to do with anything that I don’t like. You know what I’m saying? So there was gonna be a fight, now there’s no fight. Sorry, ruined it. Crazy.”

Although he doesn’t exactly specify why he decided not to participate anymore, folks in the comments seem to believe that it’s because 6ix9ine became involved. The rapper has been loathed by the majority of the hip hop community since he snitched in court, and this widespread detestation has only increased since he was released from prison and returned to his old antics.
Ironically, prior to Trippie puling out of the match, YK recorded himself on Instagram ensuring that Trippie wasn’t backing down. “We got two-and-half hours left!” he declared. “I don’t need none of that going back and forth. Don’t leave me on read when I text you! None of that!”
Tory Lanez Destroys YK Osiris & Lil Tjay’s Boxing Match, Trippie Redd Calls Next
Tory Lanez will surely have a close eye on YK Osiris’ upcoming boxing match with Trippie Redd.
YK Osiris and Lil Tjay engaged in a friendly boxing match this week, leading the self-proclaimed King of R&B to challenge any and all rappers to the smoke.
“I’m trynna get busy y’all tag your favorite that y’all think can whoop me,” said Osiris on Instagram. A few suitors stepped up, including Polo G, who was apparently more interested in facing off in a game of pick-up basketball.
After a while, the original fight caught the eye of Tory Lanez, who was ridiculously unimpressed with the technique from YK Osiris and Lil Tjay.
“Y’all n***as footwork is horrific lmaooo,” he commented. YK offered to fight him the next day, but it seems as though the Toronto native has different plans.
One man that is interested in engaging in a friendly bout with YK Osiris is Trippie Redd, though. The man accepted his challenge, planning a date and time for their face-off.
“Put your money where y’all mouth is ‼️ who y’all betting with. I’m about to tear this man up,” wrote YK on the ‘gram. In his comments, an overwhelming number of people are going for Trippie Redd.
The fight is set to take place tonight. Who are you putting money on?
Trippie Redd Copies Chris Brown: "Get This N***a Out My Room"
Trippie Redd does his best Chris Brown impression after they meet up in the studio.
It looks like we can expect some new music from Trippie Redd and Chris Brown in the near future. The two recording artists linked up this week to hammer out some hits in Trippie’s home studio, and the two forces had some fun while they were together.
At first, Trippie clowned Breezy in one post, making fun of his seating position.
“Get this n***a out my room,” he wrote.
In the photo, CB is wearing shades, a yellow long sleeve, khaki pants, and red skate shoes. Trippie Redd decided to have a laugh at the icon’s expense, mimicking him and dressing as similarly as he could, taking a seat in the same chair, and taking a rival photo.
“Wen u feel like da goat,” he wrote on a second post, pairing his photo with Chris’. In the picture, Trippie himself wears a yellow t-shirt, khaki pants, and red kicks, pulling the same pose as his collaborator.
It’s nice to see these two working together and having fun. Hopefully, they’ve got some musical vibes that are as amusing as their social media shenanigans.
What are you expecting from their link-up? A new song? A full project? Or something different altogether?
Trippie Redd Shares Image Of Him & XXXTentacion As "The Boondocks" Brothers
Trippie Redd shared a graphic of himself and the late XXXTentacion as brothers Huey and Riley Freeman from the animated sitcom, “The Boondocks.”
Trippie Redd and XXXTentacion are officially brothers for life. On Saturday (May 16th), the former shared a photo of himself and his late friend as Huey and Riley Freeman, the main characters from the animated series, The Boondocks. In the image, Trippie has been drawn as the older brother, Huey, replacing the cartoon character’s afro with his own signature red dreadlocks. As for X, the famous photo of him with blue and black dreads donning a white turtleneck and denim button-up shirt served as inspiration for his depiction as Riley, although the artist has replaced X’s dreads with the character’s signature cornrows.
Other identifiable details in the illustration include both rappers’ infamous face tattoos, including Trippie’s “14” on his forehead and X’s “NUMB” beneath his right eye. Trippie is also rocking a 1400 sweatshirt and a red bandana around his head. Although he didn’t tag or credit any specific artist, their watermark is somewhat visible on the image.

Back in January, just a few days before what would have been X’s 22nd birthday, Trippie shared a screenshot of some DMs he received from X only five days before he was fatally shot on June 18th, 2018. “Hope you see what I was trying to warn you about when you’re out,” X had said to Trippie. “Get all those demons from around you and get some good energy around you. The company you keep define you to a certain point.” Trippie noted that it was the best advice he’d ever received, although he has since deleted the post altogether.
Trippie Redd Teases New Single With PartyNextDoor
This Friday, Trippie Redd and PartyNextDoor are set to connect for a new single this Friday.
It’s a good time to be a Trippie Redd fan, as the young rapper has been steadily dropping off some of his best music — in fact, his recent A Love Letter To You 4 has been praised as one of, if not the strongest album of his career. With all signs pointing to a continued upward trajectory, Trippie has already begun plotting the course for his next move.

Taking to Instagram, Redd confirmed that he’d be dropping off a brand new single, “Excitement,” with PartyNextDoor this coming Friday. “New song with @partynextdoor Friday! Who’s excited ?” he writes, alongside an image of the presumed single artwork. As is often the case with this generation of rappers, Trippie (or one of his affiliates) have already previewed the track at length, making snippets of the melodic tune relatively easy to find.
Should you be interested in seeing where Redd is aiming to go on his upcoming Pegasus album, check back on Friday for the brand new lead single. Not only is it set to be a return for the Ohio rapper, but a continuation of PND’s own momentum. You may recall that he recently dropped off his PartyMobile album at the tail end of March, making this one of his more active release periods in a minute. Are you excited to see these two link up for a collaboration?
Snoop Dogg Trolls Hitman Holla For Alleged Cheating; Celina Powell Calls Him Out
Hitman Holla allegedly cheated on his girl with Trippie Redd’s ex-girlfriend Kai Bleu, leading Snoop Dogg and Celina Powell to comment.
Over the weekend, Trippie Redd’s ex-girlfriend Kai Bleu posted a photo of herself and Hitman Holla, seemingly exposing the rapper as a cheater. Social media had a field day with the photos of them together, calling out Hitman Holla before Kai Bleu cleared everything up and said it was all a prank. Before that, a number of people slid into the comments to call out the pair for being such snakes, including Snoop Dogg.
“That’s a cheap shower curtain,” wrote the legend in response to their bathroom photo. “What hotel is that. I mean motel.”
Celina Powell, who has accused Snoop Dogg of adultery in the past, snapped back at the rapper by throwing him under the bus once more.
“The same one you took me too,” wrote the self-proclaimed Black Widow to Snoop.
Kai Bleu has since uploaded a video to her YouTube channel explaining why she chose to expose Hitman Holla as such, claiming that it was all an elaborate prank to get the rapper’s girlfriend in her feelings. They’re definitely not in the most healthy relationship of all time if this is the kind of prank they’re pulling. This is basically emotional trauma waiting to happen…
What do you think?
