Nobody would have pegged Donald Trump as a fan of Issa Rae's HBO series Insecure. Not even Issa herself... However, the first and only liked tweet on the President's account is about how this week's show ended, which is causing confusion for a whole lot of people.
As the new episode aired, Trump liked a tweet that read: "This is how I wanted tonight's episode of Insecure to end...Damn Molly."
It shows a GIF of two characters in The Color Purple playing a clapping game.
Actor Kumail Nanjiani reacted by claiming that he's finally found something he has in common with 45: a love for Issa Rae. The actress saw his response and sent back her official reaction to this strange situation, shooing Kumail away for finding common ground with Trump.
People on social media are perplexed and want to know the reason why he pressed the "like" button on an Insecure fan's post. Some people are theorizing that he doesn't actually watch the show and that this was a mistake. Others believe it was intentional because of the GIF.
Do you think Trump watches Insecure or is there an intern that's about to get fired? Also, what did you think of this week's episode while we're here?

"Defeating White supremacy without White people creates Black supremacy. Equality is the truth," he wrote. "Like it or not, we are all in this together."
The post was immediately met with backlash as users on the site began clowning Crews.
"Black supremacy? We represent 13% of US population, hold no institutional power & gaslight our coworkers. We got 99 problems and your math isn't the only 1," Orlando Jones explained.
"Convinced Terry Crews is a small white man in a large black body like a MIB alien cuz don’t no n***a say shit like this," joked Father.
Crews also came under fire earlier this year for comments he made in response to Gabrielle Union's claims of discrimination on America's Got Talent. "That was never my experience. In fact, it was the most diverse place I have ever been in my 20 years of entertainment," he said, contradicting Union. "When you look at what the allegations were about, it was given by an unnamed source. It's funny because I believe you should listen to women, you should always believe women, so I asked my wife what I should do. She was like, 'first of all, if it's coming from an unnamed source — because Gabrielle Union has not made any statement to this day about any of these allegations publicly … if she hasn't made a statement, why would you?'"
Crews later apologized to Union.

The author posted the link to an article titled "Opinion: Creating a more equal post-COVID-19 world for people who menstruate," with the caption, "‘People who menstruate.’ I’m sure there used to be a word for those people. Someone help me out. Wumben? Wimpund? Woomud?"
Many took offensive to condescending tone of the tweet. She has since explained her position on the issue and what she meant with the tweet.
"The idea that women like me, who’ve been empathetic to trans people for decades, feeling kinship because they’re vulnerable in the same way as women - ie, to male violence - ‘hate’ trans people because they think sex is real and has lived consequences - is a nonsense.
"I respect every trans person’s right to live any way that feels authentic and comfortable to them. I’d march with you if you were discriminated against on the basis of being trans. At the same time, my life has been shaped by being female. I do not believe it’s hateful to say so," she wrote on Twitter.

Trump Attempts To Clarify Meaning Of Violent "Shooting" Tweet
Donald Trump tried to backtrack on his "when the looting starts, the shooting starts" tweet, claiming that it was not a threat to protestors.
Donald Trump is now claiming that he was not threatening any violence on the American people protesting against the murder of George Floyd by police when he sent out his recent tweet about looting. On Thursday (May 28th), the President of the United States took to Twitter to comment on the riots occurring in Minneapolis as a form of protest against police brutality and explain how he plans to take action.
Win McNamee/Getty Images
"I can’t stand back & watch this happen to a great American City, Minneapolis," he tweeted. "A total lack of leadership. Either the very weak Radical Left Mayor, Jacob Frey, get his act together and bring the City under control, or I will send in the National Guard & get the job done right....."
His follow-up tweet, which has since been hidden by Twitter for violating their rules about “glorifying violence," has come under immense and justified scrutiny for what could only be perceived as threatening violence on the protestors. "These THUGS are dishonoring the memory of George Floyd, and I won’t let that happen," he wrote. "Just spoke to Governor Tim Walz and told him that the Military is with him all the way. Any difficulty and we will assume control but, when the looting starts, the shooting starts. Thank you!"
The message sparked outrage and instilled fear in the hearts of many Americans. However, Trump has since elaborated on the tweet, specifically his use of the horrifying phrase, "when the looting starts, the shooting starts," by explaining that he supposedly meant the protestors will inevitable open fire on each other once they start looting.
"Looting leads to shooting, and that’s why a man was shot and killed in Minneapolis on Wednesday night - or look at what just happened in Louisville with 7 people shot," he tweeted on Friday (May 29th). "I don’t want this to happen, and that’s what the expression put out last night means...." He followed this up in another tweet, writing, "....It was spoken as a fact, not as a statement. It’s very simple, nobody should have any problem with this other than the haters, and those looking to cause trouble on social media. Honor the memory of George Floyd!"
Courtney Stodden Exposes Chrissy Teigen For "Bullying" & "Harassing" Her In Old Tweets
Courtney Stodden put Chrissy Teigen on blast by digging up tons of old tweets in which Chrissy "bullied," "harassed," and "slut-shamed" the then-minor.
Courtney Stodden recently came across a bunch of old tweets of Chrissy Teigen's directed at her when she was still a minor, and let's just say, they don't exactly paint Chrissy in the best light. It was revealed earlier this year that Courtney and her husband of nine years, Doug Hutchison, were officially filing for divorce, after having separated already two years prior. The couple caused major controversy when they first tied the knot back in 2011, due to the fact that Courtney was 16 years old at the time, and her actor husband was 50 years old.

Now, it looks like Courtney is finally resolving a lot of her issues as she works on writing her memoir. On Tuesday, the now-25-year-old posted a video on Instagram indicating that this healing process has caused her to relive a lot of her past traumas, which apparently included getting "stalked," "bullied," "harassed," and "slut-shamed" by Chrissy Teigen on Twitter years ago when she was still a minor.

"I'm going through a lot right now behind closed doors and I'm coming to a lot of revelations I guess about the choices that I made, but also that the adults made around me when I was a minor and got married," she explains in the video, which she captioned, "A Message to Chrissy Teigen." She goes on to explain that beginning in 2011, when she was 16 and had just married Doug whom she's accused of being an alcoholic who abused her, Chrissy would allegedly tweet her "almost every single day" until sometime in 2012. "This video is definitely calling out Chrissy Teigen," Courtney declares. "She stalked me. She harassed me. She bullied me, and keep in mind, I was a minor."

"She would call me a whore, a slut, she would tell me she hated me," she continued. "Every name in the book she called me." Courtney then calls Chrissy out for her hypocrisy when she recently clapped back at some hateful comments about her body on her own Instagram photo. "I saw her in the news the other day and it was something about how she's saying people are shaming her," Courtney says. "Girl, you are a hypocrite...She was shaming me, and I was a minor. I just wish that she would've seen as an adult woman that maybe you shouldn't be hating on...a damaged teenage girl. I still see her bullying once in a while but when she comes out saying that she's stronger than people shaming her—well, you shamed a minor. An abused minor who was married to a predator at the time." She also shared several screenshots of these aforementioned tweets in a separate Instagram post.
Earlier in the video, Courtney stresses that while she and her mother have grown very close recently, she does not have a relationship with her father, who is also an alcoholic like her ex-husband allegedly is. She then addresses Chrissy directly and hopes that she'll treat her own daughter, Luna, better than Courtney was treated by her as a child. "So shame on you, Chrissy," she concludes. "You and John are great parents so I don't think you're going to sign your girl to marry a man older than John, but I hope that you can learn from this mistake because it's affected me." Chrissy has yet to respond to Courtney's accusations of online bullying.
Does This Mean Playboi Carti Is Actually Dropping "Whole Lotta Red" Today?
Playboi Carti tweets, fans go crazy.
Playboi Carti sure knows how to tease us. The rapper who's developed a rabid, cult-like following recently returned to the fray when he released a visual and new single for the pitched-up lullaby-esque masterpiece "@ MEH," re-igniting excitement for his impending album, Whole Lotta Red.
Fans, and hip-hop artists alike reacted to the single drop, with Uzi joining on the commentary. Uzi, who seems to be playing the role of Carti mascot these days, followed up his response to "@ MEH" with a possible date for more music when he tweeted out the word "Monday." Actually, it was more like: ". MoNDaY," to be precise. Carti followed similarly, leaving us to wonder what would happen on MoNDaY? Well, Monday is now here. So far, nothing out of the ordinary has happened. It is 4/20, which means we've all been smoking, but that's about it.
Still, Monday isn't over yet! Could Whole Lotta Red still drop today? Carti continues to pump his fans up about it, tweeting this afternoon "rEd," which has clearly got fans intrigued. Uzi tweeted similarly, right before Uzi, in Carti's preferred upper-case-lower-case format: "HEy."
What do you think, will today finally be the day that Carti fans receive their magnum opus? Sound off in the comments and stay tuned.
Roddy Ricch Is On His Jay-Z Lakers Game Energy
Roddy Ricch saw the video of Jay-Z dodging a shoulder-clinger and he's on that same wave, requesting zero shoulder-touching in the future.
The Los Angeles Lakers defeated the Los Angeles Clippers for the first time this season yesterday afternoon and there were tons of notable names sitting courtside to take it all in. In addition to 2 Chainz, John Legend, and Chrissy Teigen, Jay-Z was accompanied by his daughter Blue Ivy Carter as they made an appearance at the STAPLES Center for a leisure-filled Sunday. As the photographers were snapping pictures of him by the court, Jay-Z was approached by a man who got a little too close for comfort, placing a hand on his shoulder before the rapper swiftly dodged back, redirecting homie's intent. The moment was captured on video and, after peeping it, Roddy Ricch is feeling that energy, requesting absolutely zero shoulder-touching from his fans in the future.
"Stop putting your arms on a n***a shoulders while we taking pictures if we not family," wrote Roddy Ricch on Twitter, threatening to go Jay-Z on anybody who tries him. In these trying times, it's important to avoid all kinds of contact from unknown sources. After all, COVID-19 is spreading like wildfire and it has the power to infect somebody through a simple handshake. Shoulder-touching is not a known method of contracting the coronavirus but Roddy Ricch needs to stay safe.
For the majority of this year, Roddy Ricch has been sitting pretty at the top of the Billboard Hot 100 with his hit single "The Box." This week's update will be released today, where we will find out whether he is set to remain at the top.
Lisa Lake/Getty ImagesLil Uzi Vert "Eternal Atake" Possible Cover Art Is Intergalactic
Lil Uzi Vert shared a couple of possible cover artworks for "Eternal Atake" and one of them is even better than the original.
Over a year ago, Lil Uzi Vert was set to release Eternal Atake, his second studio album. After experiencing a slew of drama with his label, the project was indefinitely delayed but, in typical Uzi fashion, it looks like we'll be getting it in two weeks on Match 13, which just so happens to be a Friday. While that much has not been confirmed, the Philadelphia staple has been teasing an imminent release for EA and, with the arrival of his new single "That Way," the rumours intensified. Now, a couple of possible cover artworks were uploaded to the singer's Twitter page and one of them is standing out to fans, earning a major stamp of approval.
Jamie McCarthy/Getty ImagesAsking fans to choose between three artworks, Lil Uzi Vert only uploaded two before he presumably fell asleep and forgot about the third. Still though, the second cover was a favorite for many, with some even saying that it's better than the original art.
If you recall, the rapper was using imagery from the Heaven's Gate cult, which resulted in legal action being taken by the leaders of the organization. The potential new cover shows three human beings on the moon, looking out into the colourful bliss of outer space. A UFO flies in the background.
Alternatively, Baby Pluto shared another cover, which follows the orange theme he has stuck by so dearly. Pointing out the "featuring Syd" marking up top though, fans believe this could be for an upcoming single.
What do you think of the artwork? Which are you feeling more?
Megan The Stallion May Have Responded To Meek Mill’s Twerking Tweet
Meek Mill recently stated he was tired of seeing women twerk, and Megan Thee Stallion's "pick me" tweets seem to be a subliminal response.
People are attempting to read between the lines of Megan Thee Stallion's tweets. If social media is to be believed, Meek Mill and Megan Thee Stallion may be trading subliminal shots at one another. Earlier this week, Megan showed that once again her knee game is solid with a video of herself twerking on a friend. The camera was lined up to focus on the Houston Hottie's backside as she swerved and shook it fast.
Dimitrios Kambouris / Staff / Getty ImagesLater, Meek took to Twitter to share his thoughts on women showing videos of themselves. "Twerking is like a guy with big stacks of money hanging out his pocket so everybody can see lol I tired of seeing all that sh*t lol," the rapper wrote. "Y’all burnt twerking out ???." Megan fired off a set of tweets of her own that people believed were aimed at the Championship emcee.
"I hate a 'pick me' ass n*gga ? sick of these fake woke ass men," she wrote. A fan tweeted her asking for clarity. "I’m using 'Pick me' as when you just saying sh*t that you believe will get you a pat on the back/ acceptance from other people." Of course, fans tied all of these messages together and believe that they're all linked up, but you can judge for yourself.
Is Frank Ocean On Juice WRLD’s Posthumous Album?
Lil Bibby puts out a public call for Frank Ocean to appear on Juice WRLD's first posthumous album, but will the reclusive star answer?
News struck this week that Frank Ocean is planning on releasing a brand new single to the world, cancelling pre-orders for the "Little Demon" vinyl and replacing it with an unreleased track. Perhaps the reclusive star is also working on contributing to the first posthumous album released by Juice WRLD. Or, at least that's what Lil Bibby is hoping for.
The head of Juice WRLD's label Grade A Productions, Lil Bibby, just sent out a public call for Frank Ocean to sing on the upcoming posthumous album by late 21-year-old Juice WRLD. The Chicago star passed away in December 2019 of a drug overdose and, since then, his team has announced that unreleased music will eventually find its way onto streaming services. While there remains no release date for Juice WRLD's first posthumous project, Bibby is not making it a secret that he wants the sweet, soothing tones of Frank Ocean's voice on there.
"Gotta get Frank Ocean on this Juice album," said the rapper-turned-executive on social media.
Lil Bibby worked extremely closely with Juice WRLD during his life and he likely knows who the star would have enjoyed collaborating with. Perhaps Frank graces that list.
In Juice WRLD's first musical appearance since his death, he featured on Eminem's "Godzilla," which saw the Chicago rapper end up in the Guinness Book of World Records. Are you hoping Frank Ocean comes through with a feature on the upcoming body of work?
