Though footage of police violence has increased to disturbing heights throughout the ongoing protests against anti-black racism and police brutality, the pressure to hold cops accountable for their actions has never been higher. Yet many police appear so confident in their ability to get away with physical assault that they don't even seem to fear the consequences.
Earlier this morning, footage surfaced of a Buffalo police officer violently shoving a 75-year-old protestor (apparently a "longtime activist) to the concrete. The clip was made all the more disturbing by the complete apathy that many of the surrounding police officers seemed to exhibit, with some actively attempting to block their fellow cops from helping the victim. Even as the blood began to pool, the man went unassisted. You can see the attack below, though a warning: the footage is disturbing.
Despite the police originally issuing a statement that the man "tripped and fell," the video made sure the truth could not be denied. Now, Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz provided an update on the victim: "he is still in serious but stable condition at the Erie County Medical Center and, as was relayed to me by an ECMC official, he is "alert and oriented."
Buffalo Mayor Byron Brown confirmed that the officers involved in the assault have been suspended without pay. “I was deeply disturbed by the video, as was Buffalo Police Commissioner Byron Lockwood,” Brown explained in a statement, provided by New York Post. “He directed an immediate investigation into the matter, and the two officers have been suspended without pay.” Unfortunately, no charges have been filed, and until police begin facing real consequences for their violent actions, the fight will continue. We at HNHH hope the victim makes a full recovery.
Chris Brown Rape Case Dropped By Alleged Victim
Chris Brown’s alleged rape case, in which a woman filed a $17 million lawsuit against him for a sexual assault that took place at his house, has been dropped.
The $17 million lawsuit against Chris Brown for alleged rape at his home has been dropped. According to official court documents, a dismissal was filed on Thursday (April 16th) for all parties involved in the case. The dismissal was filed by the alleged victim, Jane Doe, who initially sued Chris and his friend, Lowell Grissom for sexual battery, gender violence, battery, and assault, back in 2017. The document was filed by Gloria Allred’s law firm, the attorney representing Jane Doe. It is unclear whether the dismissal was the result of an agreed upon settlement between Jane Doe and Chris, as no monetary compensation is mentioned in the filing.
Back in 2017, Jane Doe alleged that she was raped at a party at Chris’ Tarzana home. She also claimed that she had been offered various drugs, including cocaine, molly, and weed, and that her cell phone was confiscated from her. During a press conference for the lawsuit, Allred said that “this is one of the most horrific cases involving alleged sexual assaults that I have ever seen.” She also mentioned that it was clear her client had been “severely traumatized” by the whole situation.
Yung Berg’s Alleged Attack Victim Granted Restraining Order
Yung Berg’s alleged attack victim, Talia Tilley, has been granted a restraining order against him, after she accused him of pistol whipping her after sex.
A woman who claims she was pistol whipped and held hostage by Yung Berg after the two had sex in his home has been granted a restraining order against the rapper-producer. Earlier this month, Talia Tilley alleged that Yung Berg, also commonly known by the alias Hitmaka, had hit her across the face with a pistol multiple times. She also accused him of holding her hostage and threatening to kill her. She was treated in a hospital following the alleged attack on March 14th, and found out she had suffered a “closed head injury, closed fracture of nasal bone, and facial lacerations.” As a result, the LAPD issued her an emergency protective order against Berg, which prevented him from contacting her and coming near or or her home. However, the temporary order expired last Friday, so Talia decided to file for an extension, which the judge has granted her a week later.

The alleged incident went down at Berg’s place at around 5:00am on March 14th. Talia claims he invited her over a few hours earlier, and the two of them proceeded to have sex before she fell asleep. Talia was woken by Berg, who complained that her phone kept ringing. Berg then allegedly began to get violent, slapping her with his pistol and threatening her life. According to her story, she was later let out of the house, but Berg and his security guard made her hand over her ID and social security card. She says she fears for her life because he knows where she lives, and she believes he wants her dead.
Berg has vehemently denied these accusations, claiming that he acted in self-defense because Talia was supposedly apart of a ploy to rob and kill him. He alleged that Talia was attempting to let in a gang of armed robbers to carry out a home invasion, but that they were caught by the security system before they could complete their mission. Talia has denied these home invasion claims. Berg has also accused her of making up the story just to get money from him.
DaBaby Says Alleged Victim Is Not The Woman He Actually Hit
DaBaby is calling out the alleged victim of his violence last weekend, claiming that she is not actually the person he slapped.
The woman claiming to be the victim of DaBaby‘s recent attack that was caught on camera is not the person he actually hit, according to the rapper himself. Over the weekend, footage of what appeared to be DaBaby slapping a woman across the face after she hit him with her phone surfaced on the Internet. The altercation took place in the crowd of his after party at the Whiskey North in Tampa, Florida on Saturday evening. DaBaby went on to apologize and offered to fly the fan out to meet him so that they could talk face-to-face. However, he does not regret his response to the situation, maintaining that his fans need to respect his personal space. He’s gone on to joke about the altercation on social media, which the alleged victim, Tyronesha Laws, was not happy about. However, TMZ reports that DaBaby’s attorney, Drew Findling, has denied that Tyronesha is the woman DaBaby attacked in the first place.
Tyronesha came forward as the person who was struck by DaBaby, revealing that a young lady next to her in the crowd at the concert was the one who whipped her phone out and flashed her flashlight in DaBaby’s face. Tyronesha claimed that she just got caught in the crosshairs of DaBaby’s retaliation, but enhanced video footage of the incident shows that DaBaby definitely smacked the person holding the flashlit phone, not someone in her vicinity. Findling revealed that multiple people have contacted his law firm claiming to be the victim, but they have not established the real identity of the victim as of yet.
R. Kelly Indictment Includes New Victim & Allegations
R. Kelly has been hit with a revised indictment in Chicago, which includes new sexual abuse allegations but has removed a previous victim from the charges.
R. Kelly‘s indictment in Chicago has been revised to include further sexual abuse allegations against a new victim, but it appears to have removed a previous victim from the case. The new indictment filed by federal prosecutors on Thursday is quite similar to the original, but new charges allege that Kelly enticed a minor “to engage in sexual activity for which any person can be charged with a criminal offence, namely, aggravated criminal sexual abuse” between 1997 and 2000. During the revision, a victim previously identified as “Minor 2,” was removed, and is now identified as “Individual D.”

Kelly has been ordered to appear for arraignment at the Dirksen Federal Courthouse in Chicago’s Loop due to these new charges. His trial in Chicago set for April, then, will likely be rescheduled. Kelly is still facing similar indictments in Brooklyn and charges in Minnesota, and currently resides in at Chicago’s Metropolitan Correctional Center, where he has been held since his arrest last July.

In the Chicago indictment, Kelly is facing charges of child pornography and obstruction of justice. The Brooklyn indictment includes allegations of racketeering, and was recently revised as well to add accusations that he obtained fake identification to marry 15-year-old Aaliyah in 1994. Last month, the court ruled that Kelly’s lawyers would have to wait to learn the identities of two of his accusers, as prosecutors believe that Kelly could interfere with his case from behind bars. Kelly allegedly has access to an “unmonitored line” in order to make unrecorded phone calls, and has been accused of smuggling a letter into the federal prison.
His Chicago trial is scheduled for April, while his New York trial will take place in July.
DaBaby’s Alleged Assault Victim Plans To Pursue Legal Action: Report
Let DaBaby prosper.
Everyone just wants to see DaBaby continue to thrive, but law enforcement keeps attempting to hold him back. On Thursday night, DaBaby was arrested for battery in Miami, just a week after he had been cited for marijuana possession and resisting arrest in his hometown of Charlotte.
The more recent incident occurred at Florida nightclub, Cafe Iguana Pines. DaBaby and his team allegedly beat up and robbed the club promoter after he failed to provide the rapper with his full agreed-upon fee. DaBaby was apparently supposed to be paid $30,000 for hosting the evening, which was a birthday celebration for his friend and Billionaire Dollar Baby Entertainment signee, Stunna 4 Vegas. When DaBaby was only handed $20,000 and told the remaining $10,000 would only be given once the night was over, things escalated.
The club promoter, named Kenneth, was beaten up, robbed of his belongings and doused in apple juice. A police report detailed that the stolen items consisted of $80, a credit card and an iPhone 7. According to TMZ, Kenneth is looking to pursue legal action against DaBaby & Co. Multiple attorneys have already contacted him to offer their services in siphoning some money from the buzzing rapper. Kenneth shared a photo with TMZ of the cuts and bruises left on his face from the attack, which may later help him win a lawsuit.
