The Lead Single from No Mana’s Just-Announced Debut Album Is Already Here
The road to a debut album is often a long one. There’s so much that goes behind the scenes for producers before they’re ready to release a truly career-shifting body of work, whether it be old aliases, years of watching YouTube videos, tens of thousands of dollars spent on hardware, software, branding, and more. But at the same time, there’s also no better feeling when everything finally starts to fall into place.
No Mana recently revealed his debut album is coming in 2020, and today he released the first single, “Stranger” with Jantine. It’s a beautiful progressive house that builds on all the elements that No Mana has established over the past five years while still presenting a sort of open ended atmosphere. The wonderful vocals from Jantine naturally evolve into a deep, soulful, infectious drop.
There’s no date set yet for the album release, but with the first single out now, we’ll probably hear it sometime around summer or earlier. Check back for more updates, but listen to “Strangers” from No Mana right now below.
Charlamagne Tha God Would Kick Post Malone Out The Rap Game: "He’s A Fake Future"
Charlamagne Tha God thinks Post Malone is out here pretending to be Future.
Charlamagne Tha God is one of the most respected voices on hip-hop culture, chiming in on the hottest topics on a daily basis with DJ Envy and Angela Yee on The Breakfast Club. His skills as an interviewer are unmatched but sometimes, it’s nice to get him behind the hot desk to answer some questions of his own. Kicking off 2020 with a new episode of Where’s Wallo, Wallo 267 had the radio host on his show to answer some heated inquiries about the current state of rap, who is going to have the next twelve months on lock, and who he could do without. When it came down to naming two people he would kick out of hip-hop (if he had that authority), only one name came to mind: Post Malone.

“Post Malone definitely, and for no other reason other than I’m just probably hating,” said Charla, continuing his string of hatred toward Posty’s music and brand. “I don’t really dig his music like that. I think he’s a fake Future and Future gets so much flack for being Future but then you got a guy out there pretending to be Future, and that’s Post Malone.”
After giving the topic a lot of thought, Charlamagne couldn’t come up with a second name, even somewhat turning back on his original pick. “There’s nobody that I really hate in rap right now,” he said. “There’s nobody that I absolutely despise, I don’t even despise Post Malone like that. Just at the top of my mind, you ask me who I would get up out of [the rap game] and he would definitely be one.”
Do you agree with Charlamagne Tha God when he says that Post Malone is “pretending” to be Future? Watch below at the 5:30 mark.
Megan Thee Stallion & Her Friend Are Twerk Champions Thanks To Rihanna
Megan Thee Stallion still has otherworldy strength in her knees.
Houston rapper Megan Thee Stallion can twerk with the best of them. Before she came along, we may have crowned somebody else as one of the premier booty-shakers in the game but Hot Girl Meg revolutionized the popular style of dance, going for longer, harder and in more innovative ways than anybody else. Much of the star’s brand is built on her sex appeal and her superior rapping ability, combining both strengths to make her somewhat of an anomaly in the game. She joins Cardi B and Nicki Minaj as the leaders in female rap today and, with her strong knees keeping her afoot, Meg continues peddling forward. As we wait for new music, she’s been dropping off videos of herself busting a move, either recording fresh takes or re-using footage from her existing live-streams. The latter was in effect as she popped off with her friend in the background, reminding us all just how badly she can go off when she pleases.

As Rihanna‘s “What’s My Name” played in the background, Megan Thee Stallion buckled up and bounced her booty next to her friend. You just knew things were about to get serious when she laid down the cane that she was using to keep her balance on the counter, going hands-free and flexing her twerking prowess even though the video was just meant as a playful upload.
Even when she’s messing around, Megan Thee Stallion is still better than the majority of people in the world at the subtle art of twerking. Peep below.
This World-Record Breaking Light Show With 320 Lasers Is Absolutely INSANE
Pukkelpop 2019 took place in Belgium back in August, but its world record-breaking laser show has just gone viral.
The music festival featuring headliners The National, Post Malone, Tame Impala and many more opened up with quite the spectacle, as captured in the footage below. There were so many lasers going off at once that the video can hardly do the light show any justice — but you’ll get the idea.
“Hit me with those laser beams!” Pukkelpop shared on its official Facebook page prior to the festival. “Our Boiler Room is filled with 320 lasers, that’s a new world record! #PKP19”
The Boiler Room featured many dance music artists including Jauz, Alison Wonderland, Fisher, The Black Madonna, CamelPhat and more.
