Megan Thee Stallion recalled the very first time she was ever called a "stallion," telling a creepy story about an older man calling her the slang term when she was a teenager. Megan is known by many names—Thee Hot Girl, Houston Hottie, Hot Girl Meg, Tina Snow, and soon-to-be Suga—but there's a well-known reason she chose to make her official stage name "Megan Thee Stallion." While most know the word "stallion" to mean a type of horse, it actually has a very different alternate meaning in Houston. When asked about the first time she was ever called a "stallion" during her "The First Time" segment for the "Women Shaping The Future" issue of Rolling Stone, Megan recounted an instance in which a much older man catcalled her while she was leaving a football game at 15 years old.
"The first time I was ever called a stallion I was 15 and I was leaving a football game, and this dude was way older. He was like, 'Dang, lil mama, you a stallion!' I was like, 'Uh, uh, go to jail! I'm 15!' I really started going out, cause he scared me! I had to go home and ask my uncle, 'What is a stallion and why did that man call me that?' He was like, 'Oh Megan, that means that you tall and fine.' I was like, 'Oh yeah, I am that.'"

While the interaction is disturbing, it did lead to Megan learning about perfect term to describe herself. In the same segment, Megan also reveals the first time she won a rap battle, listened to UGK, watched anime, and more. Watch the full video below:
Megan Thee Stallion Reveals Tentative "Suga" Release Date
Megan Thee Stallion is hoping to drop her debut album, “Suga,” on her late mother’s birthday this spring.
The release date for Megan Thee Stallion‘s upcoming debut album, Suga, will likely be falling on her late mother’s birthday in the spring. In her solo “Women Shaping The Future” piece for Rolling Stone, the Houston Hottie opened up about how difficult it has been for her to cope with the loss of her mother, Holly Thomas, and her great-grandmother in such a short period of time. Megan lost both loved ones in March 2019, and has since spoken about the pain she’s experienced since their passing.

With the upcoming release of her official debut album, Suga—following the success of her debut mixtape, Fever, in 2019—Megan is prepping to put out her first body of work since Holly, who was also her manager and a rapper herself, passed away. To honour her late mother’s memory, Megan hopes to put Suga out on Holly’s birthday, May 2nd, this year.
Megan first announced the title of her upcoming album back in October, revealing that it would serve as the introduction to a new alter ego called “Suga” who is a “sensitive gangsta” and “besties” with her other alter ego, Tina Snow. So far, collaborations from Kehlani and SZA, as well as production from the Neptunes, are confirmed for Suga. Her latest drop, “B.I.T.C.H.” which flips Tupac’s “Ratha Be Ya N*gga,” will serve as the album’s lead single. Stay tuned for confirmation of an official release date for Suga.

Honored to be apart of ANYTHING w the two of those BLACK QUEENS."

Meg and Normani have everyone waiting on their debut albums but in the lead-up, they've continued to keep their foot on the pedal. As for SZA, we're still waiting on her sophomore album and/or the CTRL deluxe edition.
