Nicki Minaj made a major announcement this morning, updating her merch shop and hereby announcing her new collaborative single with Tekashi 6ix9ine. The last time these two linked up, they made streaming magic with “FEFE.” With tons of rainbow gear in stock, Nicki and Tekashi are back together, announcing the release of “Trollz” this Friday.
Shortly after the news was made public, the Queen of Rap made a statement in support of Black Lives Matter, telling her fans that a portion of the proceeds from the new song, including merch, will go toward The Bail Project.
“A portion of the proceeds from #Trollz including merch items, will be going directly to The Bail Project Inc.,” announced Nicki on Twitter. “The fund provides free bail assistance to low-income individuals who can’t afford to pay bail. #BlackLivesMatter #TrollzVIDEO tmrw @ midnight.”
The release of this single has been pushed back for three straight weeks. Last week, Tekashi 6ix9ine delayed it another seven days because of the civic unrest in America. They appear to be going through with the song, using it to bolster efforts across the nation by donating to The Bail Project.

Their link-up had long been rumored, with reports that Nicki was transported to Tekashi’s secret hide-out to film the music video popping off several weeks ago.
