Tekashi 6ix9ine wasn't the only snitch in the government's case against the Tr3ways.
Kristian "CEO Kris" Cruz had been a federal informant for years, ever since he got picked up for moving heroin from China. Like 6ix9ine, testified in court against Aljermiah "Nuke" Mack and Anthony "Harv" Ellison.
Yesterday, Kris was sentenced to more or less time served.
Both the gov’t and his lawyer stressed his extraordinary cooperation – the best they’d ever seen. The judge acknowledged that when he said, “If not now, when?” – meaning there was no better example of a cooperator to give a t.s. sentence to.

In explaining why he's not even mad at 6ix9ine, Tekashi's former manager and Nine Trey lieutenant Shotti said it was Kris's flipping that really did the Blood set in.
"We didn't come in here 'cause of this Danny [6ix9ine] guy. We came in here cause a quote-unquote gangsta didn't want to do the time for his sh*t," Shotti said in a jailhouse interview.
Now the government has rewarded CEO Kris for that thorough cooperation.
