The Game Loses His Record Label And Future Earnings To Priscilla Rainey

Over four years ago, Priscilla Rainey sued The Game for $10 million for sexually assaulting her when she was a contestant his VH1 reality show She's Got Game.

The Game never showed up to court she was awarded $7.1 million.

The Game vowed to never pay her.

“Oh, yeah? How I look? You should see how I came. We good. I ain’t giving that b*tch nothing …  It’d be different if I was one of those weird-a$$ n*ggas touching p*ssies in the club, but I was nowhere near this b*tch," he told DJ Akademiks last year.

A judge has just assured he will be giving that b*tch something.

Rainey is now the owner of Game's record label, LA Prolific, which he used to release his last album Born II Rap.  She also owns the album, any future royalties from the album and can cut off any salary Game was paying himself through the label.

"All third parties who receive notice of this Order are directed to pay any and all money or property due, or to become due, under this Order, directly to Plaintiff either: (1) by check payable to “Priscilla Rainey,” and delivered to Plaintiff’s counsel" until the judgment is satisfied in full," judge Virginia A. Phillips stated.

Born II Rap wasn't much of a hit, so it seems unlikely Rainey will be able to extract anywhere close to $7.1 million from it.

That suggests this won't be the last of Game's assets Rainey gets control of.

Judge Phillips also warned Game if he makes an attempt to thwart payment to Rainey he will be criminal charged with contempt of court.
