Sports fans can’t stop talking about ESPN’s Chicago Bulls documentary The Last Dance. Viewers have been taking a trip down memory lane as they relive the last season Michael Jordan played for the Midwest team, causing other sports stars who witnessed those experiences live and in color to reminisce about those glory days. Los Angeles Lakers legend Magic Johnson recently chatted with Entertainment Tonight about The Last Dance and during the conversation he was asked about Kobe Bryant. According to the NBA icon, there will “definitely” be a documentary about Kobe that follows along the same line as ESPN’s recent offering.

“That’s definitely going to happen,” Magic Johnson said. “I think he was smart enough to have a camera follow him, document every movement… so we are going to see a lot of behind-the-scenes things on Kobe and probably let us into his world with his family.” Following Bryant’s documentary will come one about Magic, himself.

“I’m coming after Kobe!” Magic said, also noting that his film will highlight his work on the court, his business career, and his home life. “You get the basketball part of it, but then also how I reinvented myself and how I went into business and what I’m doing today, so it will all come into this documentary. I’m looking forward to it.”
