In 30 Rock, Chapman portrayed the character Grizz, the loyal childhood friend and assistant to Tracy Morgan’s character, Tracy Jordan. A fan-favorite presence, Chapman appeared in 80 episodes of the series, spanning from its debut in 2006 through its final season in 2012. His performance was often highlighted by his comedic chemistry with fellow cast members and his memorable interactions with Tina Fey’s character, Liz Lemon.
