Developed by SWEAR—the creative studio led by artist Stephen Thomas Gallagher, who has directed Gorillaz live shows since 2018—the exhibit has already seen successful runs in London and Los Angeles.

The House of Kong provides a comprehensive look at the band’s history. Created in 1998 by Damon Albarn and artist Jamie Hewlett, the virtual group consists of 2-D, Murdoc Niccals, Noodle, and Russel Hobbs. The experience chronicles their evolution from their debut, “Tomorrow Comes Today,” to the release of their ninth studio album, The Mountain.
