Singer-songwriter Liz Lawrence has officially announced a 2026 UK tour, inviting fans to experience her latest musical chapter live. The tour follows the release of her poignant new album, Vespers, which arrived last month to critical acclaim.
Earlier this year, Lawrence shared Vespers, a record she has described as being deeply rooted in the tragedy surrounding the loss of her sister. The upcoming tour is set to showcase these new, emotionally charged tracks alongside a selection of her previous solo work, offering a comprehensive look at her artistic evolution.

The tour is scheduled to kick off in Oxford on November 11. From there, Lawrence will travel through Sheffield, Leeds, Glasgow, Newcastle, and Manchester, before performing in London and concluding the run in Bristol on November 20. Tickets for the tour go on sale this Friday, July 17, at 10am.
The narrative behind Vespers is one of profound transformation. Lawrence began writing the album just six months after her sister Jessie passed away at the age of 35 following a serious accident. Reflecting on this period, Lawrence noted, “Grief changes you. I don’t recognise the person I was before.”
She further explained the cathartic nature of the project, stating, “To sing is to be closer to Jessie. I want people to come to this record. I want people to use this record. I want it to have purpose, to give comfort and catharsis.”
