Ice Cube has been on a roll with his social media presence as of late. He has been sharing plenty of messages throughout the day about the current climate of the world but everything got a little muddy when he began posting messages that support a popular anti-Semitic conspiracy theory.
The rapper responded to the controversy about his "Black Cube of Saturn" posts, claiming that he did not get hacked and he stands by everything he puts online.
"This is CUBE. My account has not been hacked. I speak for no organization. I only speak for the meek people of thee earth," he wrote. "We will not expect crumbles from your table. We have to power of almighty God backing us all over the earth. NO MORE TALKING. Repent."
The incident had hi trending for much of the day, leading Michael Rapaport to share his opinion. The often controversial actor backed up the legendary rapper, claiming that he's far from anti-Semitic.
"Yo @icecube ain't Anti-Semetic. He's anti-asshole. Let the OG Disruptor Disrupt," said Rapaport.
Ice Cube responded to him, co-signing the message.
"Someone who actually knows me," wrote Cube, linking to the message.
Ice Cube has been spreading some real-ass posts on social media. These ones didn't hit with a wide audience but we expect him to get back on a hot streak sooner rather than later.
Ice Cube Under Fire For Tweeting Anti-Semitic Conspiracy Theory
Ice Cube is catching some major heat for tweeting a photo that references a popular anti-Semitic conspiracy theory about the "black cube of Saturn."
Ice Cube has been flooding the TL with a ton of out of context imagery lately, but one of his most recent posts has landed him in some hot water for its anti-Semitic messaging. On Wednesday (June 10th), in between posting photos depicting police brutality against Black people to protest the systemic racism in the United States, Cube shared some images that reference the popular "Black Cube of Saturn" conspiracy theory, which, although difficult to follow, seems to deal with Satanic worship.
However, one image in particular shows this black cube inside the star of David, seemingly insinuating a negative association between this conspiracy and Jewish people.
The photo sparked immense outrage, as Cube got called out for promoting hate towards Jewish folks.
Earlier this week, Cube was accused of promoting similar anti-Semitic sentiments when he shared an image that depicted a group of white men (who are presumed to be Jewish) playing Monopoly on the backs of Black men. "All we have to do is stand up," the image reads. "And their little game is over." The image comes from a mural in London that was removed in 2012 after complaints were made that it was anti-Semitic. "F*CK THE NEW NORMAL UNTIL THEY FIX THE OLD NORMAL!" Cube had written in the tweet.
As you may know, this is not the first time that Cube has faced accusations of anti-Semitism. In 1991, his song "No Vaseline" was denounced by much of the Jewish community for expressing anti-Semitic sentiments toward his former N.W.A. manager, Jerry Heller.
Hilary Duff Shuts Down "Disgusting" Child Sex Trafficking Accusations
Hilary Duff responded to the child sex trafficking conspiracy theory about her, calling the accusations "garbage" and "disgusting."
Hilary Duff has made it clear that she is appalled by the accusations that she is engaging in child sex trafficking with her own son. Over the weekend, a wild conspiracy theory spread after Hilary accidentally posted a photo of her 8-year-old son, Luca, fully nude. The actress promptly deleted the post once she was made aware, and later censored the same photo while showing her followers some family photos.

"Someone pointed out on Instagram that I did a nude of him, which I did, so we covered that up with a sticker," she explained in the video. However, some Twitter users spun the situation into "proof" that Hilary was participating in child sex trafficking, and that by sharing the nude photo in the first place, she was sending out some kind of signal to predators. It's important to note that there is absolutely no evidence of these claims.
It didn't take long for Hilary's name to start trending due to this conspiracy theory, and finally, she had to address the allegations. "Everyone bored af right now I know," she tweeted, "but this is actually disgusting."
"Whoever dreamed this one up and put this garbage into the universe should take a break from their damn phone," she continued. "Maybe get a hobby." Her current husband, Matthew Koma, supported her statement, retweeting it and writing, "This."
Hilary and Matthew have a 1-year-old daughter, Banks Violet Bair, together, and she shares Luca with her ex-husband, Mike Comrie, a former Canadian hockey player.
Hillary Duff Falls Victim To Ridiculous Child Trafficking Conspiracy
Hillary Duff was accused of child trafficking in a truly bizarre Twitter thread.
Celebrities are always susceptible to some pretty insane conspiracy theories, especially when you slip up on your social media channels. Hillary Duff had to experience this first-hand last night as she accidentally posted a photo of her song to her IG story. The photo made it seem as though her child was nude and when she realized, she deleted the post.
While one would assume this was the end of the story, it got a lot weirder as the night progressed. A twitter user started a thread in which they accused Duff of child trafficking and used the photo of her son as the proof. This thread eventually got Duff trending on Twitter and eventually, the thread was taken down before any more damage could be done.
Fans were immediately confused by the tweets and many spoke out about fake news on Twitter and how misinformation can spread exceptionally fast. Every part of the thread was pure conjecture and was filled to the brim with conspiracies that you would find on some random YouTube video with less than 100 views.
Duff has yet to respond to the allegations although considering how baseball they are, we doubt she'll even give them the time of day.

Joe Budden Believes Coronavirus Is Just "Some Form Of Population Control"
Joe Budden mentioned his coronavirus conspiracy theory to Lupe Fiasco over IG live, explaining that the pandemic is just “some form of population control.”
Joe Budden is not totally sold on what they’re telling us about the rampant coronavirus pandemic, indicating that he believes it’s really just “some form of population control.” On Monday (May 11th), a clip was posted of Joe’s virtual chat with Lupe Fiasco over IG live, in which the two of them discussed the impact that the pandemic has had on New York, known as the epicenter of the virus in the United States. After Lupe tells Joe that he looks like he hasn’t been outside in years, Joe points out that it’s because, “I’m actually abiding by what they’re telling us to do, which is stay in the house.”

Despite declaring that “New York is fucked up,” Joe has faith that, along with his home state of New Jersey, the Empire State will be able to “bounce back” and recover. “It’s just gon’ be a slow, slow process,” he says, before casually mentioning his developing conspiracy theory. “I believe all this shit is some form of population control anyway.” He doesn’t elaborate further as Lupe quickly changes the subject, seemingly uninterested in discussing the theory with Joe. Summer Walker Shares Bizarre Coronavirus Conspiracy Theory
Summer Walker shares her belief that the coronavirus was created to control overpopulation.
Summer Walker usually uses her alternate account to share booty pics and thirst traps. This week, she switched things up and dropped a major conspiracy theory instead.
The singer has already created headlines for a possible beef with Willow Smith and now, she’s luring people into a new conspiracy theory about the current pandemic.
On her burner account, Summer Walker said that she believes the coronavirus was intentionally created to control overpopulation.
“All I wanna know is if these mf’s cared about population control so much why they ain’t put a cap on having kids globally like China a long ass time ago,” wrote Summer on Instagram. “You can have 1 MAYBE 2 & das it and das law, dese plp with these 8 children families simply would be prohibited.”
Randy Shropshire/Getty Images
She goes on to make even more bizarre claims, suggesting that COVID-19 is not real and it’s just being used as a cover-up.
“Instead of going welllll over the Georgia guidestones & deciding to say were fucked so let’s just create a fake ass virus implement martial law and throw everyone into fema camps murdering by masses,” she continues.
Then, to close out her statement, she told people not to take her seriously, which is just the icing on the cake.
“NOW FORGET EVERYTHING I just said. I lied about everything I have no clue what I’m talking about,” she ended.
Perhaps the most confusing part about this entire post is the photo she decided to pair with the statement. She posted a picture of her butt, which clearly has nothing to do with the content in the caption.
What the hell is going on?
"Tiger King" Star Jeff Lowe Responds To Strange Carole Baskin Theory
A conspiracy theory that traces a supposed marriage between Jeff Lowe and Carole Baskin, two stars of "Tiger King", has been debunked.
The greatest (or worst) thing that has come out of this pandemic has been Tiger King. Hailed by Joel McHale as the greatest docu-series of all time, it certainly is one of the most riveting, entertaining, and wild documentaries ever. Following the reunion episode that premiered this weekend, fans of the show still had questions, specifically for Jeff Lowe, and the man came through with some answers.
If you've been obsessed with the show (and all of the conspiracy theories surrounding it), then you already know about the ties between Jeff Lowe and Carole Baskin. The internet believes to have found evidence that the two were married at some point, tracing it all back to a photo that shows Baskin and her former husband, who looks a little like Lowe.
Jeff Lowe is adamant that he has never been married to Carole Baskin, taking to a board to tell the people the truth.
"You're a brilliant man and she is not my type," said Jeff Lowe during an AMA session on , responding to a fan who remarked how he generally goes for younger women. "If I was stuck on a deserted island with her, I would fuck a coconut. I've seen the side by side pictures. It looks more like John and Joe's love child."
In the same question-and-answer period, Lowe spoke on how the show was represented to the participants, noting that the producers didn't do an accurate job of telling them what would be shown.
"They framed it as an expose on Carole Baskins," he wrote. "And to Carole, they said it was warning against the dangers of keeping tigers. They misrepresented the show to everyone."
Cardi B Thinks Stars Are Paid To Say They Have Coronavirus
Cardi B went on a rant about celebrities getting tested for coronavirus despite having no symptoms, leading her to believe that they’re getting paid.
Cardi B has developed a new conspiracy theory about the coronavirus: all the celebrities alleging that they have coronavirus after getting tested despite having no symptoms are actually just getting paid to say this to the public. Ever since the coronavirus escalated to new heights and started spreading worldwide, many celebrities have come forward to reveal that they are among those who have tested positive for the respiratory virus. While some, like Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson, were tested after they reported flu-like symptoms, others, like Idris Elba, were able to receive a test despite having no symptoms at all. Additionally, after Utah Jazz player Rudy Gobert dismissed COVID-19 prevention protocol and contracted the virus, the whole team was tested as a precautionary measure. Gobert’s teammate Donovan Mitchell went on to test positive, as did fellow NBA players like Brooklyn Nets star Kevin Durant.

Folks have been critical about how COVID-19 tests have been easily accessible for the rich and famous while regular civilians are denied tests, but Cardi B is suspicious of why certain wealthy stars are even getting tested in the first place. The outspoken rapper went live on Instagram recently, and of course, the main topic of discussion was coronavirus. Cardi expressed her frustration and confusion about asymptomatic folks going to get tested, and came to a wild conclusion. “We keep seeing these basketball players say like, ‘Yeah, I have the coronavirus but I don’t got no symptoms,'” Cardi begins. “So how the f*ck am I supposed to know when Im supposed to get tested for it?!”
“Y’all n*ggas is playin’ with me,” she repeats over and over. “That’s my problem right there. Cause y’all not really saying what it is. And it’s like, alright, so tell me what it is and what it ain’t. I’m starting to feel like y’all n*ggas is payin’ n*ggas to say that they got it, and if y’all are paying n*ggas to say that they got it, pay me too! Pay me too! Okay? Sh*t, ’cause I’m trying to get paid.” Do you agree with Cardi, or is this just a bunch of nonsense?
Idris Elba Debunks Coronavirus Conspiracy Theory About Black People
Idris Elba shuts down a conspiracy theory that says that black people are unable to become infected by the coronavirus.
With so much misinformation being spread about the novel coronavirus, it can be difficult to determine how to best move forward in this growing pandemic. As more and more people become infected with COVID-19, social distancing and basic hygiene become even more important than before. If you are able, remain indoors and spend time with your loved ones during this trying time.
Idris Elba has been one of the most high-profile cases of the coronavirus, having tested positive for COVID-19 this week. The actor is asymptomatic, but he is doing his part in informing the public about the illness and what it can lead to. During a video message, Elba told his fans about a conspiracy theory that has been gaining traction. The theory states that black people are unable to contract COVID-19. Idris Elba wants to shut that down once and for all.
Jeff Spicer/Getty Images
"There are so many stupid, ridiculous conspiracy theories about black people not being able to get it," says the actor. "That is the quickest way to get more black people killed. Please understand that you can get it, all right? Stop sending out these stupid WhatsApp messages about black people not getting it. That’s ridiculous. You’re making us all look stupid. Just know you have to be as vigilant as every other race. This disease does not discriminate."
As a black person that contracted the virus, Idris Elba thought it was important that he speak out about the rampant lies being spread, explaining that more people will get sick as a result of the misinformation.
Shout to him for educating the people.
Oprah Winfrey Denies Rumors She Was Arrested For Sex Trafficking
Oprah Winfrey became the No. 1 trending topic on Twitter after rumors surfaced that she was taken into custody for sex trafficking.
Someone has it in for Oprah Winfrey. The media mogul's name was reportedly trending on Tuesday (March 17) after QAnon, a far-right group launched a conspiracy theory that she was arrested on charges of sex trafficking. The message has been making the rounds on social media over the last week that states Oprah, Tom Hanks, Charles Barkley, Justin Trudeau, and a number of other Hollywood and political figures were recently taken into custody.

According to the theory, all of these figures were named by Harvey Weinstein in his trial, and to cover up their involvement in sex trafficking, they've been detained for coronavirus links. The theory has been reportedly debunked by online sleuths, but as the internet goes, it didn't take long for the meme to circulate worldwide. Adding to the believability were photos that were supposed to be of Oprah's home being investigated by federal authorities.
After seeing that she was the No. 1 trending topic on Twitter, Oprah hopped online to deny the allegations. "Just got a phone call that my name is trending. And being trolled for some awful FAKE thing. It’s NOT TRUE," Oprah Winfrey wrote. "Haven’t been raided, or arrested. Just sanitizing and self distancing with the rest of the world. Stay safe everybody."
Ava DuVernay criticized those that participated in spreading the rumor. "Trolls + bots began this disgusting rumor. Mean-spirited minds kept it going," she tweeted. "#Oprah has worked for decades on behalf of others. Given hundreds of millions to individuals + causes in need. Shared her own abuse as a child to help folks heal. Shame on all who participated in this." Check it out below.
