Today is a huge day for gamers around the world. Sony is set to reveal the PlayStation 5 (PS5) for the first time during a major event this afternoon. As the anticipation builds, some people thought they uncovered the price of the gaming console on Amazon UK.
For a brief moment, the PS5 was listed on Amazon UK for $599.99. However, there appears to have been an internal mistake, forcing Amazon to make a statement.
"This was an error," says an Amazon spokesperson to IGN. This specific pricing mistake has been explained as "a dummy product with a dummy price."
The console was listed in 500GB, 1TB, and 2TB models and a reported 118 listings were also available for games. Publishers like Konami, Bethesda, and Rockstar all had listings for unnamed games priced at a $10 increase from their usual retail prices.
The price of the PS5 has been rumored for a minute, with some reports that it carries a manufacturing price of $450. If we're lucky, we'll get ahold of all the details later today as the event is set to begin soon.
Will you be tuning in to hear all the announcements that Sony has in store for us today or are you sticking with another console?
Kodak Black Judge Admits An Error Was Made In His Case
Kodak Black’s criminal history was listed as a category 3 when, in reality, his offenses would make him a category 2.
The good news just keeps on piling up for Kodak Black. This week, the judge in his case admitted that there was an error in processing his case, meaning that he could be coming home sooner than expected.
Kodak Black is currently serving time in a maximum-security prison for a weapons charge but, as of late, he has been telling fans that he’s on the way back home. Apparently, he might not be creating false hope because, according to legal documents, the judge in his case just admitted that there was a mistake made during his trial.
Back when he was sentenced last year, the judge says that the Florida native’s criminal history was overstated. His history of drug use was “over stated” and his criminal history was deemed to be category 2, despite the Presentence Investigation (PSI) noting that it was a category 3.

The Bureau of Prisons is said to have disregarded the information that was entered incorrectly due to a clerical error, categorizing him in the third degree of criminal history. Thus, he was sent to Big Sandy in Kentucky.
Bradford Cohen, the lawyer that got multiple weapons charges removed for the rapper in Florida, explained.
“The reason why we filed a Rule 46—Motion to Correct Clerical Error—is because in the PSI, which is a Presentence Investigation report, it listed his prior criminal history as a category level three, which obviously is more serious than a one, two, three is worse,” said Cohen. “But, they used a three in the PSI. The judge agreed with me at the time of sentencing that the level three overstates his criminal history because some of his priors were for like possession of under 20 grams of marijuana.”
Kodak Black is currently scheduled to be released on October 7, 2022 but, with this news, he may be getting out sooner.
