If you missed it, Danielle Bregoli, aka Bhad Bhabie, decided to go at Disney star Skai Jackson earlier this week over her “sneaky” ways online, accusing her of getting intimate with Youngboy Never Broke Again, Lil Gotit, and a few other rappers that she considers friends. While Jackson refuses to comment on the negativity, she’s definitely taking Danielle’s threats at her seriously as she’s reportedly filed a restraining order against the female rapper on Thursday.
TMZ reports that Skai filed the restraining order in Los Angeles Thursday morning, but its clear if the judge has granted it yet.
This report comes just a couple days after the girls’ mothers decided to get into it as well. Skai’s mother responded to Danielle’s comment on Instagram, saying “take this shit somewhere else and leave my damn daughter alone.” Bhad Bhabie's mother Barbara then decided to come through with her own trash talk, responding, "Oh listen to you preach tell your daughter to stop speaking on mine and you think you are calling my daughter Ratchet. Remember I come from New York too.”
There’s definitely no love lost between the two families, but let’s hope this all blows over with time.
Pop Smoke & Quavo Apparently Had A Joint Project In The Works
Before his tragic death, Pop Smoke teased a joint project with Quavo called “Huncho Woo.”
Pop Smoke was working on a ton of new music before he was tragically gunned down last week in Los Angeles, and it looks like some of those songs were with Quavo. On Thursday, footage surfaced online of Pop Smoke teasing a potential collab project with the Migos rapper, even revealing that the two had recorded 9 songs already and were wanting to call it “Huncho Woo.”
“I know y'all heard that Meet The Wuu 2. So that means y'all heard that “Shake The Room” with me & Quavo,” Pop Smoke says in the clip. “So look, I’ma give y'all some insight. Me and Quavo got like 9 songs. Ya never know, you might be hearing a ‘Huncho Woo’ mixtape coming out or some shit like that know what I'm saying? Just stay tuned.”
As of now, Quavo hasn’t confirmed anything about this potential project, but hopefully we’ll get to hear one of those songs in the future.
Pop Smoke was tragically murdered last week while in his LA rental home, which belonged to RHOBH star Teddi Mellencamp. Police are currently trying to rule out if the murder was a targeted crime or a random robbery, but unfortunately no arrests have been made as of yet. RIP the Brooklyn sensation.
Who else would you like to have seen Pop Smoke work with?
Future Ordered To Undergo DNA Testing In Eliza Reign Paternity Case: Report
A judge has ordered Future to take a DNA test to find out if he’s the father to Eliza Reign’s daughter.
It appears the woman who believes Future is her baby daddy won a couple victories this week in the court system. Bossip reports that a Georgia judge has ordered Future to undergo DNA testing to see if he’s the real father of social media star Eliza Reign’s daughter. The judge ordered Future to be DNA tested within the next month or possibly face penalties from the court.
In addition, the judge also issued a court order compelling Future to reveal his income and other financial information within the next 10 days or face possible sanctions as well. In her motion, Reign said she served Future with the suit three times and it’s been 45 days since she last served him.
Reign believes Future is making about $19.5 million dollars a year but says she has yet to see a “penny” from the ATL rapper. Of course, Future has another side to the story and says Reign is a schemer who plotted to have a rich man’s child and allegedly referred to her daughter as a “check baby,” which is slang for a child who will elicit large amounts of child support. She has since denied those allegations, but we’ll know for sure in the comings weeks and months after the results come in.
We’ll keep you posted moving forward.
Waka Flocka Insists That Hip Hop Isn’t Dangerous
Waka Flocka offered some further insight on the recent discourse surrounding the supposed dangers of the rap game in the wake of Pop Smoke’s murder.
Waka Flocka Flame is really tired of hearing rappers talk about how hip hop is dangerous following the tragic murder of Pop Smoke and the circumstances surrounding his death. Since the news broke that the late rapper was killed during what was initially thought to be a home invasion robbery, fellow rappers have spoken out about the allegedly harmful culture that surrounds hip hop. Blueface issued a warning to aspiring rappers hoping to make it big in L.A., while Jim Jones compared the experiences of a rapper to the perils of a soldier. Amidst all of this emphasis on the dangers of the rap game following Pop’s passing, Waka Flocka felt he needed to speak out against the messages these rappers and others have been sending about hip hop. He addressed these misconceptions in an Instagram post last week, and on Wednesday, he took a step further by sharing a video captioned, “PSf*ckingA,” in which he reiterates his earlier point.

“I’ve got to say this real quick, I’ll probably—and I’m gonna delete this sh*t,” Waka begins, “but please stop saying rap is dangerous. Y’all n*ggas is falling into the trap. Cause if hip hop is dangerous, they gon’ stop booking shows around each state, stop making hip hop popular. The f*ck are y’all doing, bro?”
“Hip hop ain’t dangerous, bro,” he continued. “This sh*t making more money outta any genre in the world. Hip hop is beautiful, bro. To be a gangbanging rapper is f*cking dangerous, to be a drug-dealing rapper is dangerous. Anything that’s negative is dangerous, idiotics. F*ck is y’all talking about, bro? Stop saying hip hop is dangerous, it ain’t dangerous. Y’all folks really about to cut y’all f*ckin’ hustle out. Fool-ass n*ggas, man. Y’all need to stop saying that sh*t on God, bro.” What do you think about Waka’s words?
Megan Thee Stallion Reveals Tentative "Suga" Release Date
Megan Thee Stallion is hoping to drop her debut album, “Suga,” on her late mother’s birthday this spring.
The release date for Megan Thee Stallion‘s upcoming debut album, Suga, will likely be falling on her late mother’s birthday in the spring. In her solo “Women Shaping The Future” piece for Rolling Stone, the Houston Hottie opened up about how difficult it has been for her to cope with the loss of her mother, Holly Thomas, and her great-grandmother in such a short period of time. Megan lost both loved ones in March 2019, and has since spoken about the pain she’s experienced since their passing.

With the upcoming release of her official debut album, Suga—following the success of her debut mixtape, Fever, in 2019—Megan is prepping to put out her first body of work since Holly, who was also her manager and a rapper herself, passed away. To honour her late mother’s memory, Megan hopes to put Suga out on Holly’s birthday, May 2nd, this year.
Megan first announced the title of her upcoming album back in October, revealing that it would serve as the introduction to a new alter ego called “Suga” who is a “sensitive gangsta” and “besties” with her other alter ego, Tina Snow. So far, collaborations from Kehlani and SZA, as well as production from the Neptunes, are confirmed for Suga. Her latest drop, “B.I.T.C.H.” which flips Tupac’s “Ratha Be Ya N*gga,” will serve as the album’s lead single. Stay tuned for confirmation of an official release date for Suga.
Jadakiss Delays "Ignatius" Album Release Date
Jadakiss has decided to delay the release of his upcoming “Ignatius” album by one week.
Jadakiss has been giving us excellent music for decades, building a reputation as one of the game’s most consistent lyricists. With albums like Kiss Tha Game Goodbye, Kiss Of Death, The Last Kiss, and Top 5 DOA under his belt, his upcoming fifth project Ignatius feels like a defining moment in a storied career. Though the project, a tribute to his longtime friend Ignatius “Icepick” Jackson, was originally meant to be released tonight at midnight, Jadakiss has officially made the decision to delay the release by one week.

Jada’s camp confirmed to HNHH that Ignatius will be released on March 6th, though a reason as to why was not provided. It’s possible that he wanted to put a few finishing touches, but that’s purely speculative. Some have reasoned that the delay had something to do with “Huntin Season,” a hard-hitting Pusha T collaboration that was originally meant to be included. Unfortunately, after Pop Smoke‘s murder, Pusha T felt the violent subject matter wasn’t settling well, and requested that the song be removed from streaming services.
In any case, Ignatius isn’t far away. There’s no telling if “Huntin Season” will be included, but the Rick Ross & Emmany-assisted “Kisses To The Sky” and lead single “Me” are confirmed additions. Look for the album to arrive next Friday, marking another strong chapter in the book of Kiss. When all is said and done, where does Jada rank in your pantheon of rap greats? Think about it — he might be the rapper who has collaborated with the most legendary artists in hip-hop history. Support Ignatius when it drops March 6th.

Lil Baby Explains Why He Has No Tattoos: “I Had To Keep My Appearance Straight”
Lil Baby opens up about his decision to stay ink-free in a new interview.
You may not have noticed it or thought about it much, but Lil Baby is on a very short list of rappers who doesn’t have any ink on his body. The ATL rapper recently opened up about his choice to stay tattoo-free in a new interview with New York Times, and it all has to do with stacking his paper. Baby said he never wanted to look like a “dope boy” and wanted to keep his appearance straight for future meetings with the white folks.
“I never saw me being a rapper,” he explained. “A big-dog dope boy, that’s it. Not even just a dope boy. That’s why I ain’t got no tattoos, because I always knew I was going to run my money up, and I was going to have to go sit in front of some people to do something with my money. And I didn’t want them to look at me like a dope boy.”
He added, “I had to keep my appearance straight. I literally said, ‘When I sit down in front of these white folks, I don’t want to have no tattoos.’ In a way, it’s still that today. Because when I’m sitting in these meetings, I don’t have tattoos on my face. I know they’d have to think something if I’ve got tattoos on my face.”

Elsewhere in the interview, Lil Baby made it clear that rapping is nothing more than stepping stone for his future endeavors. He said he hopes to shift to a position of power as soon as he possibly can. “I don’t care about my own music,” he said. “I really want to own a label — like Def Jam, though. Like Roc Nation. I’d rather go that way, where I manage a Selena Gomez and get 10 percent off of it. Where I’m not even on the scene no more. That’s my mindset. Boy, if I can pop two artists right now, I’m down to slow up on what I got going on, straight up. Why wouldn’t I? I can make the same money and I don’t have to be catching all these planes.”
Read all that and more in the in-depth interview with New York Times right here and look for his new album, My Turn, to drop tomorrow, Friday (February 28).
Eminem Vs Royce Da 5’9: Who Raps Better In 2020?
With both Royce Da 5’9″ and Eminem having dropped new albums in 2020, fans have debated whether Bad has surpassed Evil on the mic.
While it’s not uncommon to see Eminem ranked rather highly in matters of lyrical pedigree, those who value the artform know Royce Da 5’9″ isn’t far away. There’s a reason that Bad Meets Evil finds them operating on equal ground, the perfect counterpart to one another; both share a gleeful appreciation of gallows humor, a penchant for wordplay, and the ridiculous ability for seeking and destroying new pockets. Now, with 2020 bringing Eminem’s Music To Be Murdered By and Royce’s The Allegory so wonderfully into our lives, some circles have been debating as to whether Bad has surpassed Evil once and for all.

Remember that this is hip-hop, and ranking things is simply par for the course. Seeing as both Eminem and Royce are battle-tested scholars of the Detroit rap scene, cutting their teeth in heated lyrical battles and furthering their own craft through healthy competition, it’s a fair question. After all, Em recently told KXNG Crooked that matching Royce is one of his main creative inspirations, high praise from a rapper who has seemingly mastered his domain. On the other side, Royce has been standing proudly beside Em for years, never failing to acknowledge his skill, passion, and ability to outshine even the deadliest emcees.
If their recent records are any indication, both Bad and Evil alike are operating at a newfound level of confidence. While we patiently wait for a sequel to Hell: The Sequel, it seems like as good a time as any to test the waters. Should you count yourself a fan of Em and Royce’s movement, where do you stand? Insofar as mastery of the craft, which of the two is operating at a higher plane of existence? And remember – most importantly, that this is not meant to pit two friends against each other; it’s simply in the name of good fun and spirited competition.
With that in mind, are you riding for Nickle or Slim? Bad or Evil? The Allegory or Music To Be Murdered By?
R. Kelly’s Ex-Girlfiend Azriel Clary Set To Release Her Own Music & EP
R. Kelly’s ex-girlfriend is now transitioning into a music career.
It looks like R. Kelly’s ex-girlfriend Azriel Clary will be releasing her own EP months after leaving the alleged child sex predator. The 23-year old took to Instagram last night to announce she’s working on her music career, with a new EP set to arrive soon.
“You may not like me now, but you gon’ love me by the end of this year. ?#underdogalwayswins ? EP coming soon. Everything you wanna know you will know. ? – please don’t be that dummy to say “I thought she didn’t want to sing,” she captioned the post, alluding to the title being “Underdog Always Wins.”
This announcement comes a few weeks after Azriel made headlines for saying she had evidence of R Kelly manipulating and “coercing” her to lie about the alleged abuse.
“What if I had a video of Robert coercing me on what to say, and exactly how to say it…” Azriel asked. “I wonder if the hate would stop then. #whatif .. ?.” A Twitter user replied to the tweet, writing, “Nah.. they will just say you edited it or set him up. Kellz supporters don’t gaf if there’s 1000 videos. They don’t run on facts. ?.” Azriel emphasized just how telling this footage is, replying, “Even if there’s 4 or 5 different ones? Even if he was talking in second person like me? Hmm. I doubt it. But it’s just a what if. ??♀️?.” Time will tell if Azriel ever decides to release these videos, but one thing she will be releasing is music. We’ll keep you posted.
