While the collaboration album seemed to have been unceremoniously snuffed out in 2017, due to an overwhelming supply and not nearly enough demand, KXNG Crooked has pitched an idea destined to have hip-hop heads salivating. Taking to Twitter to field a variety of fan questions, the elite Slaughterhouse lyricist took a moment to address one fan's request for a KXNG Crooked & Eminem collaboration album, molded in the same vein as Bad Meets Evil.

Crook came through with a surprisingly optimistic response, writing that he would indeed do his part in making the partnership happen. "When social distancing is over let’s all go to Detroit and speak to him about this. I’m serious. Who’s with me?" he writes, thus sparking a new wave of hope in this dark and trying time.
Of course, it should be noted that the fate of Bad Meets Evil 2 is still uncertain, and it might be difficult for Eminem to balance a pair of partnerships at the same time. Yet Em has spoken nothing but highly of Crook's pen, all but gushing over the Slaughterhouse rapper's pedigree during their sit-down on Crook's Corner. Last we saw, Em and Crook were linking up on Music To Be Murdered By's "I Will," a miniature Slaughterhouse reunion, save for Joe Budden -- perhaps, if Em and Crook do link up for a joint album, they can bury the hatchet once and for all and coax Budden out of retirement.
Drake Has A Closet Full Of Birkin Bags In His Mansion For His Future Wife
Drake has been collecting Hermès Birkin handbags over the years so that he can give them to his future wife one day.
Drake has an entire closet full of Hermès Birkin handbags in his massive Toronto mansion that was recently profiled by Architectural Digest, but no, the collection of designer digs is not for him—it’s for his future wife. The Canadian native (virtually) invited us into his expansive, custom-built home in the Park Lane Circle neighbourhood of T.O. for the May edition of Architectural Digest, and fans were floored.

The 50,000 sq. ft. manor, nicknamed “The Embassy,” boasts tons of unbelievable features, including a NBA-regulation sized indoor basketball court and a movie theater. However, Drizzy’s favourite part of the house is the 3,200 sq. ft. master-bedroom, which has an “additional 1,100 sq. ft. of covered terraces.” Within the bedroom is a two-story closet showcasing Drake’s “extensive wardrobe, sneaker collection, and the array of precious Hermès Birkin bags that he has been amassing for years.”
Now, why might a man like Drake, who has never shown much of a fondness for designer handbags, not only own a Birkin bag, but be actively seeking out various styles of the prestigious fashion accessory? Well, he actually revealed the answer to this question back in 2017 in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter. He disclosed to the publication that he’s been collecting the expensive bags, which can range in price from $5,000 to $300,000, as a future gift for “the woman I end up with.” It looks like whoever that woman is will be one lucky lady.

Megan Thee Stallion is making the most of her time locked down on self-quarantine. All of us are in the same boat right now, dealing with this global health crisis day-by-day and praying that it ends soon. Right about now, a hug from the homies is sounding good. Maybe a music festival too, come to think of it.
Megan Thee Stallion was set to have a hot summer on the live show front, booking Rolling Loud, Bonnaroo, Broccoli City, and other high-profile shows. Unfortunately, it’s looking like all of those will be postponed or canceled, but Meg is keeping her head high.

Birdman & Toni Braxton Wedding Plans Revealed
Toni Braxton and Birdman will be getting married this year after it was rumored that the couple had broken up.
Birdman and Toni Braxton keep their personal life under wraps for the most part. Rarely does the couple ever step out in public and, because of that, they’re prone to break-up rumors all the time. It was speculated last year that the two had separated but, according to Toni Braxton, that couldn’t be further from the truth.
After initially setting a date for their wedding, Birdman and Toni decided that they no longer wanted a grandiose event, instead opting for something more family-oriented. Then, they changed their minds again and wanted something big. Although they can’t seem to get their minds made up, one thing is for sure. The wedding is happening this year, whether it ends up being a big or small event.

“We have gone back and forth on wedding dates. We had a great day but then it was getting too big,” said Toni Braxton, calling into the Rick & Sasha radio show. “We’ve been trying to figure it out but we are definitely going to do it this year.”
Hopefully, COVID-19 doesn’t ruin her plans. We don’t know how long this crackdown will last so to be planning anything for later this year is a little risky.
Still, congratulations to Birdman and Toni!
Joe Rogan Talks Importance Of Masks For COVID-19 & UFC Private Island
Joe Rogan and his guest Lex Fridman talk about why masks are so essential, among other Coronavirus-related topics in his new podcast.
While day time and late night TV talk show hosts figure out how to maintain their production in self-isolation, Joe Rogan has just been doing his usual thing. The lone wolf podcaster is still inviting guests to his podcast man cave, including a few remote conversations. Yesterday’s guest, Lex Fridman, continued the conversation surrounding masks that was first started with guest Eric Weinstein, as we’ve been reporting.
In the episode with Eric Weinstein, the mathematician urged everyone to wear masks, pushing back at the CDC guidelines at the time. The CDC was not advising the general public to wear masks, but since that podcast aired, they’ve changed their tune.
On the website today, the CDC states “In light of this new evidence, CDC recommends wearing cloth face coverings in public settings where other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain (e.g., grocery stores and pharmacies) especially in areas of significant community-based transmission.” The “new evidence” they are referring to, as they explain, is the fact that “We now know from recent studies that a significant portion of individuals with coronavirus lack symptoms (“asymptomatic”) and that even those who eventually develop symptoms (“pre-symptomatic”) can transmit the virus to others before showing symptoms.” We’ve seen reports about asymptomatic people for weeks now, but the CDC has proved slow to act despite the perhaps-obvious benefit one might assume there is from wearing a mask, thus angering people like Weinstein and Fridman.
On the new episode, Fridman, a research scientist at MIT, begins the podcast wearing his own homemade mask, advocating and explaining just how important masks are to slow the spread of the disease.
“Some questions– do homemade masks work? They’re effective for, to prevent me, if I’m infected asymptomatic, from spreading the infection to you. Your mask protects me, my mask protects you. The idea there is not, I’m not creating a wall from the rest of society.” Fridman explains, “There’s a bigger picture, I’m not allowing the infection to spread. Masks allow you to reduce the transmission rate from 1 to below 1, so allowing you to reduce the transmission rate while also allowing you to be in public.”
He adds later, “Masks are required to slow the spread of the infection. We need to get governors, our politicians to wear them. Trump to wear them.”
Rogan responded, “Well, this is the Boris Johnson question, because that guy, not only was he not wearing masks but he was shaking hands. And now he’s in intensive care. If he dies, that will be the biggest wake up call for everyone. I hope he doesn’t die. God damn, people are so mean over there. I don’t know his policies…But some people hate him.”
The conversation soon turned to the upcoming UFC fight, with Rogan conceding that he has zero information as to where the fight will be taking place, and whether or not he himself will be going to provide his typical colourful commentary.

Ronald Martinez/Getty Images
“I’m tryna figure out what I’m doing, if I’m going to it or not. I don’t even know if it’s in America. I literally don’t know, as of right now, I have no information,” Rogan told Fridman about the potential UFC on Dana White’s recently acquired private island. Fridman gives his approval for the fight to happen, viewing it as a step needed for society to know that things will go back to normal.
However Rogan added, “There’s no social distancing in a cage fight. If Tony Ferguson is fighting, there’s going to be blood, for sure. Everybody who fights Tony Ferguson looks like they fell off a train.”
The conversation soon diverts to the accessibility of testing, and whether or not it would be feasible to test every person involved in the UFC fight.
“I have a feeling if someone tested positive they would remove them from the card,” Rogan hypothesizes. “There’s a lot of people that are very upset with it. It’s very controversial,” Rogan adds, concerning the fight. “They don’t want anybody to do anything out of the norm of social distancing and quarantining.”
You can view the full conversation below, in typical Rogan fashion it spans over three hours.
Gucci Mane Takes Blame For Future Beef
Gucci Mane and Future reportedly squashed their beef last week after the whole joint mixtape drama.
When Gucci Mane was released from prison in 2016, he felt an urge to release new music as soon as possible. Linking up with Future, they recorded their collaborative mixtape Free Bricks 2. The two got in the studio with Young Scooter and got everything done quickly, releasing it the next day. Since he was just getting out of prison, Gucci was under the impression that things were just like they used to be, using a free mixtape platform to push the project. Forgetting that Spotify, Apple Music, and TIDAL had become a thing, Gucci Mane fell on Future’s bad side, who spoke out against the rapper.
The 1017 Eskimo has had several years to think about what happened and he is now accepting blame for kicking off an unnecessary beef against Future.

“He said, ‘goddamn, Gucci dropped the whole tape, that ain’t how shit go. You gotta put it on Spotify, this, that and the third.’ I had just did that with [Lil] Uzi [Vert] and Uzi was with it. So, in my mind, we just doing this. I’m just juicing. I’m just getting out. I ain’t even thinking that much into it. We ain’t talked ever. He said, ‘you did some bullshit’ and then we ain’t talked no more.”
Apparently, Gucci Mane and Future only squashed their beef last week. They got on the phone and Guwop accepted blame for the mistake.
The topic came up when Gucci Mane was a guest on Big Bank and DJ Scream‘s podcast, where the rapper also speaks about his issues with Jay-Z, Rocko, Waka Flocka, Young Nudy, and more.
Listen to the Future conversation at the 33:50 mark.

LeBron James & Family Flawlessly Execute Drake’s "Toosie Slide"
LeBron James and his family have been venturing into the world of TikTok during the NBA shut down.
LeBron James and every other player in the NBA is looking for something to do right now. The league has been completely shut down due to the Coronavirus and there are concerns that we could see a complete cancelation of the campaign. In the meantime, LeBron has been making TikToks with his family. Bronny, Bryce, Zhuri, and Savannah have all been willing participants in LeBron’s antics that always seem to find their way onto IG. The TikToks have been a huge hit and today, LeBron posted another one.
Everyone is going crazy over Drake’s “Toosie Slide” dance right now so it shouldn’t be surprising that the James gang decided to try their hands at it. Based on the clip below, the whole family did a flawless job with the dance and with this in mind, we will certainly be seeing more of LeBron’s attempts at popular dances in the future.
In some ways, perhaps these TikToks are a cry for help. An SOS that without basketball, LeBron is slowly losing his mind in isolation. It wouldn’t be a stretch to feel this way as many have resorted to TikTok to pass the time. TikTok has a stranglehold on human life in the age of COVID-19 and it is up to us to make sure that the app doesn’t get out of hand.
Of course, these are probably just extremely innocent attempts at entertainment and I’m just projecting.
50 Cent Announces "Hustle Harder Hustle Smarter" Release Date
50 Cent is ready to impart his wisdom with his upcoming book "Hustle Harder, Hustle Smarter," set to be released on April 28th.
Say what you will about 50 Cent, but few artists have come to encapsulate the started-from-the-bottom journey like the Get Rich Or Die Tryin rapper. Currently reaping the spoils of his ever-growing television empire, all while keeping the Instagram feed immeasurably spicy, Fif has deemed it due time to impart his wisdom upon us. Enter Hustle Harder, Hustle Smarter, his first book since teaming with Robert Greene for The 50th Law in 2009.

"I’ve had my share of setbacks, but I knew that I was never gonna stay there long," captions Fif, revealing both the cover and April 28th release date in one fell swoop. It's unclear as to how much time will be spent reflecting on his music career, but seeing as this one is marketed as "self-help" rather than biography, expect this one to be more of a guidebook on the key principles of hustle; albeit one lined with enough personal anecdotes to keep 50's fanbase entertained.
The official Hustle Harder, Hustle Smarter description reads as follows: "For the first time, Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson opens up about his amazing comeback—from tragic personal loss to thriving businessman and cable's highest-paid executive—in this unique self-help guide, his first since his blockbuster New York Times bestseller The 50th Law." Should you be so inclined to pre-order the hardcover edition, you can do so right here.
Fred The Godson’s Wife Told He May Not Survive Coronavirus
Fred The Godson’s wife provides an update on the rapper’s health after his coronavirus diagnosis.
Fred The Godson revealed several days ago that he was currently using a ventilator after being diagnosed with the novel coronavirus. He urged his fans to stay home and continue following government-ordered guidelines in order to protect themselves. In the days following his message, it appears as though things have taken a bad turn for the rapper.
The New York recording artist can use all of our prayers right now because his wife was informed by a doctor that he might not survive.
“It was just like — he’s gone and he’s gonna die, that’s it. I don’t even know how I felt, I just felt like I was going to die,” said LeeAnn Jemmott after hearing that her husband, Fred The Godson, might not make it.

Despite what the doctor was telling her about Fred’s likelihood of surviving the virus, he has already started to show some signs of improvement.
“Now, instead of the ventilator supporting him 100%, it’s supporting him 70%,” said the rapper’s wife.
Jemmott doesn’t want anybody to write off Fred The Godson yet though. She knows him better than anybody else and, if there’s anything she knows, it’s that her husband is a fighter.
“Don’t just assume they are going to die. Because that’s all we are hearing is people dying, dying, dying. He’s winning, he’s winning,” she said.
Pray for Fred The Godson.
