Meek Mill has been a vocal advocate for prison reform and criminal justice reform in the last few years. Following his high profile incarceration for a probation violation, fans and supporters rallied together in his support. In return, he's using his platform these days to push the message. Such is the case when he shared a viral video of a Jefferson Parrish police officer appearing to plant drugs on a suspect. After those filming told the officers that they caught him on camera, he put the bag down and went after them.
"now y’all can see on video what’s been going on with us black men for years!" Meek wrote on Twitter along with an Instagram link of the video.
Jefferson Parish police department said that they received a call regarding a man selling drugs that fit the description. The Sheriff's Office spokesperson shared a statement to Fox 8 saying that they have questioned the officer involved as well as the other arresting officers on the scene.
"Our on-scene deputies have been interviewed in this matter and gave reasonable explanations to the actions depicted in the video. We will further investigate this matter with anyone that has any direct knowledge of the incident. Our investigation will be accurate and thorough, and if it is determined that our deputies acted improperly, JPSO will act accordingly," the spokesperson said.
The suspect was not arrested on narcotics charges. However, the man was booked on charges of battery on an officer, battery on an officer with injury, and resisting arrest with force or violence.
Gisele Bundchen Sent A Touching Coronavirus Message From The Beach
Gisele Bundchen sent her Instagram followers a heartwarming message on unity during the current coronavirus outbreak, but not before frolicking on a beach in Costa Rica.
Gisele Bundchen joined many of the public figures across the world sending out well wishes in the midst of the current coronavirus pandemic, with the supermodel writing a touching Instagram note filled with positivity. However, Gisele’s location at the time her message was sent might not be the best place for a quarantine.

Granted, the Costa Rica beach Gisele was spotted frolicking at with her young kids seemed to be isolated for the most part, but this virus is spreading just too quickly to take any chances. The Instagram note was quite nice though, posted both in English and her native Portuguese language, and came accompanied by a beautiful photo of the sunset that looks absolutely peaceful from afar.
Here’s what Gisele wrote in response to the worldwide coronavirus epidemic her Instagram:
“What is happening in the world is the ultimate reminder that we are all connected to each other and what we choose to do it going to affect us all. For this moment of crisis, we need to understand the importance of physical distancing. We need to protect each other so we don’t get sick and can all stay well together.
Even if you are young and healthy, we all need to follow the recommended protocols and precautions because in doing so we can end up saving someone’s life – particularly the elderly and those who are sick and immunocompromised.
We need community thinking. Think about it – it could be your father, mother, grandmother or someone you know that is most at risk. It is important that we act in solidarity and that we act in the best interest of our common society.
We cannot let fear and anxiety consume our minds. These feelings generate stress and stress lowers our immune system and our ability to fight infections and viruses.
We must instead take care of ourselves and also try our best to help those who are most at risk by supporting them and their basic needs.
We have to try and remain calm, positive and continue to support each other.
I would also like to thank all the healthcare workers who have been working tirelessly to help all of us.
We’re all in this together.”
She ended her note with a heart emoji, and we can definitely respect the sentiment even though being on a beach right now doesn’t seem like the best idea.

Lil Uzi Vert Leads Jay Electronica & Don Toliver: Sales Projections
Lil Uzi Vert’s “Eternal Atake” deluxe edition and “LUV Vs. The World 2” are enough to give him another likely week at the top spot.
After making the fans wait for approximately two years, Lil Uzi Vert finally released Eternal Atake, which debuted at the Number One spot on the Billboard 200. With the arrival of the deluxe edition (which was packed alongside LUV Vs. The World 2), the Philadelphia rapper is looking set to enjoy another week at the top spot.
In the latest tally of sales projections, Lil Uzi Vert looks to have no legitimate competition as he is eyeing a second week at the pole position of the charts. With an estimated 255,000 equivalent album units moved on the deluxe, Baby Pluto will have the strongest debut of the week for a second straight campaign.

Following him up directly is Lil Baby, who is still experiencing a surge from his My Turn album. The Atlanta star will move an additional 90,000 copies of the project.
As for the full-fledged debuts on this week’s sales projection report, Don Toliver and Jay Electronica find themselves lower on the list. Houston-bred Don Toliver is set to debut at approximately the seventh position on the charts, enjoying a whopping 47,000 equivalent album units moved. Jay Electronica’s first-ever studio album, a collaboration with Jay-Z, arrives at the sixteenth spot with 28,000 sales.
Elsewhere on the list, DaBaby, Doja Cat, Youngboy Never Broke Again, Post Malone, and others are still performing well from their recent releases.

Philip Rivers Officially Signs With New Team, Contract Revealed
Philip Rivers will be playing for a team not named the Los Angeles Chargers for the first time in his career.
Philip Rivers will forever be considered a legend in the state of California. While he never won the Chargers franchise a Super Bowl, he is still considered to be one of the best quarterbacks they have ever had. A few weeks ago, Rivers announced that he would be moving on from the Chargers and would be looking to continue his career elsewhere. He still has plenty of gas in the tank and while he may be on the decline, he can still help out a team in need.
After some rumors early in the day, it was announced that Rivers would be signing with the Indianapolis Colts. According to Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network, the deal is worth $25 million and will only last for one season. This gives Rivers a nice trial period with the team and if things don't go well, both sides can move on as if nothing happened.
There is poised to be an increase in quarterback movement over the next few days. Tom Brady, Cam Newton, and Jameis Winston could all be changing teams within the matter of a couple of days. With this in mind, keep it locked to HNHH as we will bring you all of the latest updates.
Meek Mill Wants In On Boosie BadAzz’s NBA Smoke Sesh Proposal
Boosie BadAzz wants to take full advantage of the coronavirus quarantine by smoking some “exotic weed” with NBA players, and Meek Mill is down to join the cyph as well.
Even though coronavirus is spreading like wildfire throughout the NBA, with recent reports now saying multiple Brooklyn Nets players contracted the virus, that hasn’t stopped Boosie BadAzz from wanting a Players’ Tribune-style smoke session with any willing NBA players currently on lockdown. Oh, and Meek Mill wants in on the weed cypher too!

Boosie posted a message on Instagram yesterday as a call-out any and all basketball players in the Atlanta area who’d be down to spark a few while telling stories of their time on the court. “I WANNA SMOKE SOME EXOTIC WEEK WITH SOME NBA PLAYERS N HERE ABOUT THEY BEST GAMES N TOUGHEST MATCH UPS,” BadAzz wrote, even adding the hashtag #notestugood in reference to not having to worry about league-mandated drug tests because, in his words, “U ON BREAK ANYWAY.” Meek jumped in his comments to co-sign with a series of laughing emojis and also writing, “I’m coming too.” Exotic or not, sharing blunts right now seems to be one of the quickest ways to transmit COVID-19, especially with random NBA players at that. Let’s just hope we don’t have to report two more positive tests in the near future.

Lakers’ Kyle Kuzma Called Out Over Hand Sanitizer Hot Take
Los Angeles Lakers forward Kyle Kuzma weighs in on hand sanitizer: 'Companies been taking money from us for years. This don’t work.'
Los Angeles Lakers forward Kyle Kuzma is receiving some backlash for his recent comments about hand sanitizer because this is the world we live in now. According to Kuz, the bottled germ killers that everybody has been rushing to purchase during the coronavirus pandemic are nothing more than a scam to make even more money for companies such Gojo Industries, which manufactures Purell.
Kuzma’s controversial IG story featured a bottle of Purell hand sanitizer along with the following message for his 4.7 million followers, “Now y’all finally finding out companies been taking money from us for years. This don’t work."
Kuzma's comments quickly made it to the front page of reddit, as one user remarked that the 24-year old forward "could have blood on his hands" if others follow his advice.
“Not the most intelligent message to be putting out there during a global pandemic," wrote one user (H/T Heavy.com). "If Kyrie or Gobert said something like this this sub would explode. Should Kuzma face repercussions for putting out this dangerous and misleading information? If senior citizens see this post and stop using hand sanitizer Kuzma could have blood on his hands.”
Check out some of the other reactions to Kuzma's hand sanitizer hot take below and remember to wash those hands!
Floyd Mayweather’s Uncle, Roger Mayweather, Dead At 58
R.I.P to the boxing legend.
According to a report from TMZ, Floyd Mayweather’s uncle, Roger Mayweather, has sadly passed away at the age of 58.
Its unclear at the moment as for what the cause of his death was, but it’s been known that Roger had been in declining health for years. In fact, Floyd opened up about Roger’s health back in 2015 and blamed boxing for damaging his brain. “My uncle Roger Mayweather has lost a lot of memory from the sport of boxing,” Floyd said … “He’s only in his 50s, but it seems like he’s an old man in his 80s.”

Roger Mayweather competed as a professional boxer between 1981 and 1999, when he retired to serve as a trainer to his nephew. Throughout his career, Roger won 59 of his 72 professional fights, winning the WBA super-featherweight world title and WBC light-welterweight world title among other distinctions
This report comes just days after Floyd lost another person super close to him, and that being Josie Harris, the mother to three of his children. While details remain scarce on both deaths, let’s keep Floyd and his family in our prayers during this difficult time.
RIP Uncle Roger.
Cardi B, Post Malone, & Future’s Producer Andrew Watt Has Coronavirus
Producer Andrew Watt, who was worked with Cardi B, Post Malone, Camila Cabello, and more, has tested positive for the coronavirus (COVID-19).
One of the first cases of the novel coronavirus, also known as COVID-19, has just been reported within the music industry as producer Andrew Watt reveals he tested positive for it.
Andrew Watt, who has worked with superstar rappers like Post Malone, Cardi B, Juice WRLD, Future, A Boogie wit da Hoodie, and more, told the world of his diagnosis earlier today, sharing just how dangerous the virus truly is.
“12 days ago, early morning of March 6, I started feeling like I was hit by a bus. I couldn’t move out of my bed for days and started to run a fever,” said Watt on Instagram. “I was seen by a doctor at my house who told me I am positive for the regular flu and there’s no way I could have Covid-19 as I haven’t left the country and all I do is go to the studio and go straight home.”

After he developed a dry cough, Watt rushed to the emergency room where he begged for a coronavirus test. He was refused because of federal regulations, but upon seeing his private doctor, he tested positive for COVID-19.
“Currently…My fevers have gotten much much better and I have begun to have somewhat of an appetite again but it is very hard for me to breathe as a result of this pneumonia. I am 29 years old. I am a healthy young man and I am going to get through it no matter what. I am going to make a full recovery.”
He goes on to note that this illness should be taken seriously, echoing the government’s statements that this is not a joke. “Social distancing is to protect someone’s mom and dad, someone’s grandmother,” he said. “It’s not about you. It’s about everyone together fighting this as a team.”
Stay safe out there, and get well soon, Andrew!
Kevin Durant Tests Positive For Coronavirus
Kevin Durant is reportedly one of the four Brooklyn Nets players who tested positive for the coronavirus.
The Brooklyn Nets confirmed on Tuesday afternoon that four players on the team had tested positive for coronavirus. Among them, superstar forward Kevin Durant.
According to The Athletic's Shams Charania, Durant has not shown any symptoms and says he's feeling fine as of now, but warned others to be mindful and keep themselves quarantined during this frightening time. Says Durant, "Everyone be careful, take care of yourself and quarantine. We're going to get through this."

Durant was reportedly with the Brooklyn Nets last week as they prepared to take on the Golden State Warriors at the Chase Center in San Francisco. As we know, that game was scheduled to take place in an empty arena, but the NBA season was abruptly postponed once it was discovered that Utah Jazz center Rudy Gobert had tested positive.
As of now, the Nets are the only team outside of the Jazz and Detroit Pistons who have had someone test positive for the coronavirus. Those infected include Utah's Rudy Gobert and Donovan Mitchell, as well as Detroit's Christian Wood. Worth noting, the Nets did not play the Jazz or the Pistons over the last two weeks before the shutdown.
As of this writing the other three Nets players who tested positive for the coronavirus have not yet been revealed. The team issued the following statement on Tuesday.
"All players and members of the Nets travel party are being asked to remain isolated, closely monitor their health and maintain constant communication with team medical staff," the Nets said in a statement. "The health of our players and staff is of the highest priority to the organization and the team is doing everything within its power to ensure that those affected receive the best care possible."
T.I. & His Daughter’s Quarantine Song Is Heart-Warming
T.I. takes to Instagram during quarantine to share a video of him and his daughter singing a family-oriented bop.
T.I. has been at home with family just like the rest of us, and although he’s no longer letting us in on his family life through the reality show T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle, he has been utilizing social media to curate a little show of his own.
It has been refreshing to see an uncut version of T.I.’s family dynamic. Yesterday, T.I. walked in on his family participating in a highly choreographed Tik-Tok routine, playing the role of a confused father. Today, he’s the #GirlDad who happily follows his youngest daughter around the house singing renditions of a song that they must have written together.
“Yes I love my daddy”, Heiress sings.
“Yes I love my baby”, TI sings back.
T.I. is a respected forefather of Atlanta-based trap music, alongside greats like Jeezy and Gucci Mane, but even guys as hard as that, know how important it is to be around family during the quarantine. Maybe we’ll get more of T.I. and his family as we push through this state of emergency together. It is also possible that other artists will be inspired to open up and share more of themselves with the world as well.
Everyone has to do their part during the coronavirus pandemic, and if staying at home with family is one of those things, maybe it’s not so bad.
