Travis Scott fans rise up, as all signs point to him becoming a fully-immortalized Fortnite character when Season 2 of the popular battle royale lands in full. Though it's yet to be made official, a Fortnite miner and leaker by the name of Lucas7Yoshi unearthed several pieces of code indicating that Travis will play a major role in the upcoming drop. His findings point to both a skin and emote from the "Sicko Mode" rapper, along with several other pieces of La Flame's signature aesthetic.
As of now, it's unclear whether Travis' inclusion is part of Epic Games' Icon series, which has already brought streamer Ninja, Marshello, and Major Lazer into the fold with various pieces of exclusive content. Should the mined information prove accurate, expect to see no shortage of Travis Scott avatars running amok and wreaking havoc -- conversely, haters should have a field day in sending the Astroworld's digital counterpart off to meet his maker.
It's a logical move for Travis Scott, who previously partook in a record-breaking Fortnite stream alongsideDrake and the aforementioned Ninja. There's something to be said about a man who knows his audience. And while Epic Games have yet to officially comment on La Flame's inclusion, it wouldn't be the first time a miner has unearthed a developer's best-laid plans with startling accuracy. Are you excited for Fortnite's Season 2?

Young M.A. Praises Fine Behind Of Insta Baddie
Young M.A. jokes about booty of woman who starred in her latest music video.
Young M.A and her model girlfriend Mya Yafai have been globe-trotting arm-in-arm and looking amazing while doing it. The couple that formed last year was spotted in Dubai last week, seeming to have been celebrating their love there since Valentine’s Day. While Yafai is fine as hell, Young M.A. opted for another woman to star in her latest music video for “She Like I’m Like” off her debut album, Herstory In The Making.
The Marc Diamond-directed visual tracks a fictitious relationship between Young M.A. and DominiQue MrsGiJane Williams. Williams goes by @mrsgijane on IG, posting tons of thirst-inducing photos of her wild physique. She also appeared in the 2019 Samuel L. Jackson movie, Shaft. No wonder Young M.A. enlisted her as the love interest in her new video. The rapper shared a still from the vid on her IG and cracked about Williams’ impressive booty while playing on her song’s title:
“She like: ??
I’m like: Ya ass walked in 2 min after you.”
In the shot, Young M.A. is splayed across the couch like royalty, while MrsGiJane approaches her in a skintight dress. Fellow rapper Casanova appreciated that and commented, “IM STEALING THIS POSE LOL.”
In other Young M.A. news, she recently released her own sex toy. Learn about it here.
Joe Budden Scolds Wale For Not Giving Deep Enough Answers In Interview
Joe Budden felt Wale was holding back in new “Pull Up” interview.
Joe Budden is not one to hold his tongue when something isn’t sitting well with him. While he was interviewing Wale on the latest episode of “Pull Up”, he didn’t hesitate to call out his guest when he was giving unsatisfactory answers.
Around the 15-minute mark of the video below, Budden asked Wale to speak about how he felt when his recent single, “On Chill”, became a commercial success. Wale, without much enthusiasm, started discussing how the numbers reflecting its positive reception left him with a “good feeling.” Budden thought the DMV rapper wasn’t diving deep enough to offer an honest response. “Oh my Jesus man,” Budden exasperatedly interrupts. “I hate when you n****s make this difficult. Coming off of the album, before the fucking album that’s doing great right now, when there were rumors that maybe Wale had lost a step – that maybe Wale’s pen was not as sharp as it once was, that maybe Wale wasn’t as valuable as he once was – and then you caught another hit. So, when I ask you how it feels, I’m not looking for this shallow laid-back bullshit that you’ve given everyone else.”

This occurred within the first 20 minutes of the interview and tension is palpable for the remaining hour and 20 minutes. There are several moments when Wale appears to be frustrated with Budden’s tone and prying. Wale explains that his hesitation to speak on certain matters stems from past experiences of his words being twisted and held against him. At one point, Wale says, “Go ahead. Add to the list of n****s that get the toxic moments from Wale and I just come off the wrong way for everybody, every time.”
Meek Mill Speaks On Pop Smoke’s Death
Following Pop Smoke’s murder, Meek Mill takes to Instagram to send a powerful and provocative message.
Pop Smoke’s death has left many rappers reflecting on difficult questions. Though no arrests have been made, police have speculated that the young rapper (he was 20 years old) was murdered during a premeditated hit on his life. During a statement to the LA Times, Captain Jonathan Tippet of the LAPD explained that he “wasn’t comfortable calling it a robbery” given the amount of information pointing elsewhere. Be that as it may, the violent nature of the crime had many rappers weighing in on the fallout. Casanova implored young artists to keep a tight circle of loyal friends. Waka Flocka advised rising rap stars to keep a low profile and move legally. Meek Mill has opted for a more reflective stance.

Taking to Instagram to share a portrait of Pop Smoke as rendered by artist @art_of_a_giant, Meek fired off a powerful and provocative caption. “KKK KINGS KILLING KIINGS,” he writes, before closing out with a “RIP POP SMOKE.” It’s a multilayered message to be sure, condemning the bleak finality of black men murdering other black men and likening the process to a notorious and racially-motivated hate movement. It didn’t take long for many to line Meek’s page with comments, though it’s unclear whether the rapper will continue building on his message.
Ever since his release from prison in April 2018, the product of a sentence many deemed to be unjust and unfairly motivated, Meek has been increasingly vocal about topics of racial equality and black excellence. He recently linked up with hip-hop’s first billionaire Jay-Z, joining the Roc Nation family as president of his Dream Chasers label. These days, Meek’s words seem to carry weight – this latest message is no exception. Rest in peace Pop Smoke.
Travis Scott & Kylie Jenner Reunite In a Day Out With Stormi
Kylie Jenner & Travis Scott enjoy the day as a family.
Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott were recently spotted sharing a routine family day with Stormi.
Per TMZ, the separated couple were seen coming together on Sunday at a trampoline park with their two-year-old daughter. Coming off a pretty extravagant StormiWorld-themed birthday party, Sunday’s outing was kept pretty low key and laidback, with the family opting to jump around in a “VIP area” of the indoor park. Following Stormi’s 2nd birthday party, sources told the outlet that the two seemed to be on a path toward rekindling their romance.
The pairing first split up in October of last year. Rumors of alleged infidelity on Trav’s part swirled in the aftermath, but Travis denounced the claims on his own.
“I love [Stormi’s] mommy and I always will,” Scott said in an interview with XXL. “The hard part about relationships is just trying to be in one without a million outside voices interfering.”
He would double down in an Instagram story afterward with more specific sentiments: “It’s (sic) really affecting when u see false things about u once again these false stories about me cheating are just simply not true. Focusing on life, music, and family at this moment is what’s real.”
Lizzo Is Up For Launching A Thong Line With Tommy Hilfiger
Lizzo is ready to get cheeky with Tommy Hilfiger.
Back in December Tommy Hilfiger revealed that he was interested in working with Lizzo. Now, the breakout pop star has confirmed that Hilfiger did in fact reach out, and she’s already set her sight on her signature item with the iconic designer: thongs.
It was on Sunday that TMZ caught up with the singer the day after she took home the prize for Entertainer of the year at the NAACP Image Awards. They prompted her on Hilfiger’s past statement as she confirmed that he get in touch. While she wasn’t too wordy on what they discussed she expressed that she’d be interested in working on a line of the cheeky undergarments that have colored her public persona.
Prominently, December also marked the time when Lizzo sported a cutout dress courtside at a Lakers game that showed off her assets clad in nothing but a black thong. She caused a stir when she proceeded to twerk when the jumbotron’s focus was on her at the time.
Tommy Hilfiger is certainly no stranger to creating iconic and inclusive styles in the digital age. Most memorably, he teamed up with Zendaya to create a line in extended sizes and lengths to accommodate both plus-sized and tall women. Time will tell what actualizes, if anything, from a Lizzo spark.
Billie Eilish Says Michael B. Jordan Should Be Next James Bond
Billie Eilish would like to see Michael B. Jordan as 007.
Following the forthcoming, No time To Die film, Daniel Craig’s James Bond will be no more. It leaves behind the question as to just who will take on the next era of Bond, and Billie Eilish has offered up her take on the matter.
“Honestly, Michael B. Jordan would kill that s–t,” the singer said earlier in the week in an interview with Capital Breakfast. “I think he’d kill it.”
No time To Die will mark the end of the series of Craig films that have included Casino Royale, Quantum Of Solace, Skyfall and Spectre. Eilish ties into all of this as she is the voice behind this film’s theme song, making her the youngest artist to compose a James Bond theme song.
the premise of the new film finds Bond retired in Jamaica. Naturally, the solace is short-lived as he’s tapped by an old friend from the CIA for help in rescuing a kidnapped scientist. Rami Malek takes on the role of the Bond villain this time around.
No Time to Die will debut in theaters in April.
JoJo Announces "Good To Know" Album & Tour
Jojo’s “Good To Know” album arrives this spring.
Singer JoJo has been on a strong campaign to return to the spotlight lately. Most recently, the songstress nabbed a Grammy for her work on PJ Morton’s “Say So” track for Best R&B Song at this year’s ceremony. Now, she’s returned to share her intent to deliver on brand-new album this spring.
In a statement, Jojo explains that her Good To Know studio album will be a product of all she’s learned and absorbed over the years.
“Every piece of feedback, criticism (internal or external), whatever it is — it’s all just information. And it’s all good! I’ve been lucky to have the space to reflect on my own journey up to now, and I hope people can take comfort in the fact that I am not anywhere near perfect, and I will never sugarcoat anything. We’re all constantly living and learning and that’s what makes this life fun.”
With the new album, JoJo also revealed an accompanying tour that will find her kicking off in Seattle on April 21 and ending things on May 30 in Minneapolis. August will resume the European leg of her run as she heads to Dublin on August 31st and wraps up in Sweden on September 25th.
G Herbo Opens Up About Mental Health & Decision To See A Therapist
G Herbo gets vocal about his battle for his mental health.
This month will mark the arrival of G Herbo‘s PTSD studio album. Prominently, the project’s artwork featured Herb holding an American flag in which the 50 stars that typically represent the 50 states were replaced with images of all the friends that Herb has lost over the years. In a recent conversation, the Chicago rapper opened up about the trauma that such an upbringing brought upon him and discussed his decision to see a therapist at his lawyer’s request.
“When the lawyer told me to go see the therapist, it was really just me embracing it,” Herb tells HipHopDX. “I think I was already aware of the issue, and why I even had to get arrested or have to carry a gun in the first place.”
The arrest in question was his 2018 run-in after being arrested with two other men after a limousine driver alerted authorities that they had firearms.
“It’s like, we kind of don’t know that we suffer from these mental health issues,” he continued. “I’m a product of that. I was shot at. I seen my first murder at nine years old. A lot of this stuff that we encounter on a day-to-day basis, we think is normal just because it’s our reality. We think it’s something we’re supposed to be going through. I feel like in the poverty-stricken neighborhoods, a lot of us are suffering from PTSD. I thought it was important for me because I know it’s a lot of people who are like me.”
He would go on to highlight his connection to rapper 21 Savage who is set to be featured on project select “By Any Means.” He elaborated on a similar background that the two share and the similar mental consequences that they’ve faced.
“We have had serious conversations about what we are to the people and just embracing it,” G HErbo explained. “Our flaws, and the shit that we’ve been through that made us make some of the good and bad decisions that we made in our life. We had those conversations before, and that’s kind of what inspired the record or what wanted me to put Savage on the record. I knew that it was a record that was true to him, as well as it’s true to me, because we’ve been through a lot of the same stuff.”
Kanye’s Sunday Service Performs Roddy Ricch’s "The Box" & More
Kanye West & his Sunday Service Choir Paid Tribute To Roddy Ricch performing "The Box" and "Ballin."
Kanye West and his renowned Sunday Service Choir decided to pay homage to one of the up-and-coming hip-hop artists of this current generation in Roddy Ricch, performing his hit singles "The Box" and "Ballin." While there has been turmoil in the midst of the Sunday Service Choir after supposedly 30 members of the collective were reportedly fired, they've been able to maintain a level of relevance by performing during NBA All-Star Weekend in Chicago, bringing the clan to Miami for Super Bowl weekend, and even honoring Kanye's friend and inspiration, Kobe Bryant with an exclusive one-time performance. Now, the Kanye West-led group is back with gospel renditions of one of the biggest hits of the year.

In a clip posted to Kim Kardashian's Instagram Story, Kanye West and his Sunday Service Choir patiently wait for the bass to drop in a dimly-lit, red-illuminated room. As soon as the beat comes in the choir begins flipping Roddy Ricch's infamous opening bars to "The Box," singing, "Pullin' out the coupe at the lot, gotta thank God for the drop..."
Kanye West and his massive clique also performed a chilling version of Nas' "Everything" as well as some cuts from his latest LP, Jesus Is King (2019). Justin Bieber also made an appearance at the undisclosed location to perform Marvin Sapp’s legendary gospel single, "Never Would Have Made It." But while The Biebs might have increased the star power in the room, it was Roddy Ricch's "The Box" and "Ballin" that shifted the energy in the room.
Check out Kanye West and his Sunday Service crew perform Roddy Ricch's "The Box" and "Ballin" as well as Nas' "Everything" in the videos provided below.
