Coming off the success of her debut album, When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? (2019), Billie Eilish's massive fanbase is already looking for another musical offering from the 18-year-old pop phenom. This past weekend the "Come Out and Play" performer hit the stage at the 2020 iHeartRadio ALTer EGO music festival and took some time out to personally connect with fans and answer some questions about being nominated for multiple Grammys, when we could expect her sophomore album to be released, and more.
During an interview with iHeartRadio, Eilish revealed that she was grateful for being recognized by the Recording Academy stating, "I mean, winning any Grammy at all is like... Who would ever think you'd win a Grammy, you know what I mean? I've never thought, 'Oh I'd win a Grammy someday!' So, genuinely if I get anything I'll be happy if I don't I'm gonna be happy too, 'cause just to be nominated, what more could I ask for?"
Eventually, the topic of the follow up to her debut album came across during the interview. The singer/songwriter was asked if fans could expect another musical offering this year to which Eilish responded,
"This year? No, but I will be making it this year. But next few years? It’s coming. When it’s made. It’s not made yet."
We might not receive a full-length Billie Eilish project this year but we can expect to get a documentary starring the "bad guy" singer to hit the Apple TV streaming service this year. Check out Billie Eilish's interview at the 2020 iHeartRadio Alter EGO music festival in its entirety below.
The Weeknd Teases Fans With Still From Brand New Music Video
Abel has something up his sleeves.
The Weeknd is one of those megastars that everyone is always demanding music from. The last time we got a full-length project from The Weeknd, it was all the way back in 2016 with Starboy. Now, fans are looking for a lot more and they got near the tail end of 2019 as the artist dropped two singles: "Heartless" and " Blinding Lights." The visual for "Heartless" has already been released and now, fans are waiting for the "Blinding Lights" music video.
Recently, the Canadian singer took to Twitter and Instagram with an image of himself and a woman with the caption "tomorrow." Based on his other Instagram posts, it appears as though the singer is gearing up to release a music video and fans are extremely excited.
It remains to be seen what this video is for, exactly. Of course, the most likely option is that it's specifically for "Blinding Lights." Some fans are optimistic that this could actually be for a new track that no one has ever heard before. Either way, it's safe to say we're excited to see what Abel is about to hit us with.
Stay tuned for updates on what The Weeknd drops tomorrow as we will be sure to bring them to you.
Migos Playfully Tease "Culture 3" As Anticipation Continues To Build
Migos are gearing up for a huge release.
At the beginning of 2017, Migos hit us with what would eventually become their magnum opus, Culture. The album was an instant classic in the trap music genre as they took their signature sound and made it more melodic. Songs like “T-Shirt,” “Bad and Boujee,” and “What The Price” became huge singles that dominated hip-hop radio and playlists for the entire year. The following year, Culture 2 came out as the sequel to their big project. While this album didn’t get the same critical acclaim, it was still jam-packed with big records.
For the last two years, fans have been begging for a third installment and it looks like their prayers will be answered in the not-so-distant future. Last night, Offset took to Instagram with a photo of himself next to Takeoff and Quavo. “CULTURE 3 2020 LAST CHAPTER,” he wrote in the caption. Essentially, you can expect the album to drop this year.
What’s also interesting about this post is the admission that this is, in fact, the last Culture album. The series has been incredibly popular for Migos so far and this next installment will surely be yet another example of their growth in the music industry. The group has been hard at work to get this project out to the masses and we can’t wait to see what they come up with.
Let us know in the comments below what you’re hoping to get in this next installment of the Culture series.
SZA Gives Behind-The-Scenes Peak Of Unreleased Music Video
SZA been busy.
We all know SZA SZN is approaching. We can feel it in our bones and see it on our feeds. While the TDE signee avoids giving us specific details regarding when we could expect new music from her, she has been teasing that the day is not too far away. On Sunday, SZA shared a “photo dump” on Instagram, meaning she unloaded a random bunch of cute pictures sitting in her camera roll. However, this particular dump didn’t seem to random. The slideshow communicates a message: SZA is in album mode.
Three photos in the post show her in the recording studio and another three of them appear to have been taken on set for a music video. Is SZA prepping a new single? While the song remains a mystery, we now have an idea of what the vibe for the music video will be. SZA is seen dressed in what seems to be a metallic snakeskin bodysuit with matching silver heels by which it would be absolute honor to be stepped on. Sean Brown is tagged in that photo, perhaps because he is responsible for directing the video. SZA also shared a short clip from the futuristic visuals, which shows her twirling in another killer outfit amidst flashing lights.
SZA, we’re happy to have you back around.

"Album 2/?/20 I’ll let y’all kno the exact Date ASAP," he wrote. Demi Lovato Readies New Studio Album, First Since Overdose
Demi Lovato’s in the studio creating her next tape.
Demi Lovato is taking this year by storm and has immersed herself in every aspect of music she can. When announcing her hiatus from social media last month, she promised that upon her return she would be equipped with some music. Her first share back was an announcement for her Grammy Awards performance followed by another update on how she will be singing the national anthem at this year’s Super Bowl in Miami next month.

TMZ now reports that even more music updates are on the way since Demi is working on a studio album and plans to have it out in the first half of the year. The body of work will be the first since Demi’s near-fatal overdose that happened in July of 2018 and by no surprise the lyrical content will touch on the event, her stint in rehab and her struggles and journey there on out.
“What I see in the mirror [is] someone that’s overcome a lot. I’ve been through a lot and I genuinely see a fighter,” Demi said of herself in her first interview since the overdose. “I don’t see a championship winner, but I see a fighter and someone who is going to continue to fight no matter what is thrown their way … a strong woman.”
NBA YoungBoy Drops Cryptic Tweet Possibly Revealing Album Release Date
Could NBA YoungBoy's next project be dropping as soon as next month?
YoungBoy Never Broke Again looks to be preparing to drop his latest musical offering sooner rather than later. In a rather cryptic Tweet posted this Friday (Jan. 17), the "Slime Mentality" rapper eluded to the fact that he might be releasing a project in the coming weeks.
The Tweet simply stating, "FEB.21," has his followers and his rap peers questioning whether or not the "No Smoke" rapper will be dropping in the month of February.
While some rather disturbing footage of an allegedly inebriated NBA Youngboy surfaced recently, the 20-year-old rapper has been able to maintain focus when it comes to providing content for his devoted fellowship. Coming off the freshly released of visuals for his single "Makes No Sense,", dropping some heat entitled "Money Talk" alongside Rich The Kid, and previewing a new track he has lined up with Offset, there's a very strong possibility YoungBoy could be looking to follow up his 2019 mixtape, AI YoungBoy 2, which debuted at number one on the Billboard Hot 200 Albums Chart.
Coming off an insanely lucrative and successful yeer, the Baton Rouge rapper is looking to continue his streak as one of the hottest rappers of this current generation. He's become one of the most consistent hip-hop acts to reach the forefront of the culture on his own terms and a new project could help him maintain his position in the game if he decides to drop a record at the top of the new year.
Check out NBA YoungBoy's mysterious Tweet below and let us know if you're looking forward to a new project coming from the Louisana rapper in the comment section below.
Lil Uzi Vert Makes Bold Claim About His New Album, "Eternal Atake"
We just want the album now.
Lil Uzi Vert has been teasing Eternal Atake for over two years now yet here we are in 2020 with no album in sight. Uzi has given us some singles here and there but nothing to make us think the album is truly on the way. In August, it will be three years since the release of his last project, Luv Is Rage 2. At this point, fans are getting restless and all they want is a sign that it could be on the way, sooner than later.
Recently, Uzi took to his Twitter where he made some bold proclamations about the new album. One of those proclamations was that Eternal Atake is his "best body of work" so far. This is a bold proclamation when you realize how many dope mixtapes Uzi has in his discography.
Fans were quick to reply to Uzi and asked if it was better than Luv Is Rage 1. As Uzi explains, it slaps way harder than the aforementioned project. This is great news for Uzi fans who are hoping to be blown away by this new album. When you consider how long he's been working on it, you would hope it's good.
Stay tuned for updates on Eternal Atake as we will be sure to bring them to you.
Does Mac Miller Have Ariana Grande Harmonizing With Him On "Circles"?
A familiar voice seems to make an appearance on Mac's posthumous album.
Mac Miller's posthumous album, Circles, arrived on Friday, and the companion album to 2018's Swimming is a beautiful devastating bounty of self-reflection. According to a statement in which the album was announced by his family, Mac had been working on Circles with Jon Brion, who completed the album following Mac's untimely death in September of 2018, "based on his time and conversations" with the late artist. The project has garnered plenty of attention already, and some close listeners have already begun speculating who else might have contributed to the album. After a particularly familiar voice could be heard harmonizing with Mac's on the track, "I Can See," some became convinced that Mac's ex-girlfriend, Ariana Grande, was featured on the song.
Mac and Ariana started dating in 2016 and were together for almost two years before splitting in 2018, months before Mac passed. Ari has since publicly expressed how deeply his death has affected her and how much she misses him. Though Swimming came out only a month or so before Mac's passing, he was likely working on Circles simultaneously, so it's possible that Ari recorded some vocals for the latter while they were still together. However, one of Mac's reps had "no comment" on whether this rumour is true, and Mac is currently the only credited vocalist. Still, there is definitely a female voice on "I Can See" that sounds an awful lot like Ari. She even tweeted something about harmonies the day before Circles dropped.
Nick Cannon Ignores Eminem’s Surprise Drop, Calls Mac Miller’s "Circles" A "Classic"
Nick Cannon pays homage to Mac Miller’s post-mortem album, “Circles.”
Nick Cannon is one of the hardest working men not only in hip-hop but in the entire entertainment industry overall. He recently dropped his first solo full-length project in four years, The Miseducation of the Negro You Love To Hate, stepped back into the battle rap realm going head to head with Eminem, and got the morning show hosting gig for the highly-popularized LA-based radio station, Power 106.

With music being very prevalent in his career at the moment, the “Pray For Him” rapper took time out to share some kind words about Mac Miller‘s posthumous album, Circles (2020), all the while totally disregarding his nemesis, Eminem’s, surprise drop album, Music To Be Murdered.
In a thoughtful Instagram post featuring a photo of Miller’s Circles album cover, Nick Cannon kept it short and sweet stating, “Rest in Power King! #Circles is classic.”
While many participants within the culture have been critical of Nick Cannon’s actions as of late, Nick Cannon has continued to be one of the most creative personalities in hip-hop diversifying his assets and ventures into many different avenues. His new podcast, Cannon’s Class has also enlightened some of his dedicated followers. However, if he continues to prod Eminem with diss tracks, he could potentially end his own recording career.
Check out Nick Cannon’s reflective post about Mac Miller’s post-mortem LP, Circles, in the Instagram post provided below.
